Pepper hugged the bear tightly, feeling as if it were real and her new best friend. "I'm going to take you home with me." She told the bear and she turned to inspect her new BALLOON. "Eek! It's sparkling!" She giggled and grinned and took the ribbon from him, as she did, she sneaked another kiss. HEHE. Wasn't she lucky that she got to kiss the shopkeeper? "Thank you, sweetie." She whisper!giggled.

She inspected her pretty new balloon. "I like the sparkles, that's a nice touch." HEHE.

Tag was half paying attention to Alec right now, sorry. He was a bit preoccuppied making sure that this rare balloons got his full attention. It wasn't everyday you found a leprechaun and unicorn balloon.The balloons were still dancing all around Alec and Tag was still merrily hopping around the place. Whoa he had way too much sugar that morning. "Yeah good to see you too, Alec!" Tag said absentmindedly.

"Your hair might get all electricfied." Tag said slightly worried as he stopped the leprechaun from dancing on Alec's awesome hair. Too bad it wasn't flippable anymore. "Here!" He said to Alec as he held out the leprechaun balloon towards the badger. "Now you can have me-if you buy the balloon. Just don't deflate me." Suspicious eyes.

Stop! Wait. What was Alec even asking? "You'd like it if a "Tag" balloon was bouncing on your head? I guess I would do it for you. I mean you asked ." Cheesy smile. Hopefully that's what Alec meant. An if not well then the offer was still there. Maybe Tag would find a way to literally jump on Alec's head. Weeeeiiiirrrrdddd.

Torin chuckled, knowing that she was only teasing him. "Ah, so you were in Gryffindor." That explained why she was unfamiliar to him. He generally knew a lot of Hufflepuffs in school, even though he had a lot of friends from all the different Houses. "Well, I suppose you could say that. No one really expected me to get it." *coughReesecough*

Oh... Torin bit his lip at that. He couldn't imagine losing his mom. His dad, he hated, but his mom... she was amazing. "That's awful, but I hear Beauxbatons is good." Yeah, he was great in awkward situations. :/

Wesley just stood there and grinned at his cute girlfriend, squishing that teddy bear like it was about to jump out of her arms. And she even TALKED to it. Gosh, Pepper was so adorable. Wesley returned the sneaky kiss, making sure none of the students and kiddos around had SEEN. Hehe. Sneaky. "You're welcome, my dear."

BEAM. "I'm glad you like them." Oh, the wonders of simple charms. Hehe.

Still grinning happily, Pepper gathered the bear in her arms and held tightly to her balloon, to the untrained eye, she probably looked like a four year old, but to those who knew her well, she was just Pepper. "So, Mr. Roderick, how much do I owe you?" She asked with a giggle. She was totally paying for this stuff, even though she knew he was going to say she shouldn't. This was his JOB, he had to make money and she was here to support her MAN.

He wasn't going to make her pay for those two things. "Your company is just enough." And her wonderful cooking at home. That was a nice bonus. Pepper giggled. She was soooo going to sneak money into his pocket later, but for now, she wasn't going to argue with him, even if he WAS super cute. "Alright, alright, I'll make cookies AND chocolate pudding." She grinned and wiggled her eyebrows. No better way to show someone you love them then to put them in a sugar coma, right? "I should go home and start on that then if I want it to be ready for when you get there." YEP. And she was going to put her new friend in a special place of honor and name it, too.

Oh, good, she gave up on the payment. Wesley BEAMED when Pepper said she would make him cookies AND chocolate pudding. "I knew I loved you for a reason." HEHE. He was so happy they decided to get an apartment together. But she spoiled him way too much. He was going to overdose on sugar. "If you must," he said with a sigh. But, he had to get back to work and start working on closing up.

Wesley smiled and gave Pepper one last kiss. "I'll see you in a few hours, my darling?"

"I hope that's not the only one!" Pepper teased with a GIGGLE. Seriously, sometimes she wondered if giggling was the only sound she could make, especially when she was with Wesley. "A few hours, yes." Pepper grinned and leaned in close to give him the last kiss. The last kiss until he got home, of course! "I love you." She whisper!kissed before she pulled away and wiggled a finger at him, "Get back to work now, lots of kiddies to look after." HEHE. Before Pepper left the shop, she looked back and blew another kiss.

Simply because she COULD. Yep.

Chloe had always wanted to go to Weasleys Wizard Wheezes but could never find the time. But today she finally had the time and after hearing so many rave reviews about the place she could not wait to enter it herself. She walked in her jaw dropped. The place looked astounding. The store was filled top to bottom with wizarding toys and toy demonstrations. It all looked so cool. She had no idea what she truly wanted so she walked over to an associate, "Hello there, what would you reccomend my good man".

Wesley was restocking toys on the top shelf when he heard a woman's voice below. Oh, hello there. Stepping down the ladder, Wesley put his hands on his hips and took a look around. "Well, it depends on what you're looking for. Toys, balloons, pranks, things to tick off your annoying neighbor... There's a lot to choose from."

"Alight then, what is your favorite magical pranking item here?", Chloe responded with a sly smile.

His favorite? That was a HARD question. "Well, the Skiving Snackboxes are the biggest hit. It's always fun to make people vomit." Wesley giggled immaturely. Then he coughed and composed himself. "I like the dungbombs, too. Oh, and the nose-biting teacups. Those surprise the guests!" Hehe.

WELL, so far, Cat still hadn't purchased any of her official school supplies. She'd been very busy exploring the Alley and looking in all of the FUN stores. There was still LOTS of time to do school shopping, right? Sure! There was nothing quite like procrastinating.

Though it wasn't quite procrastinating when you were planning on buying presents for your little cousin, right? Standing on her tip toes, Cat peered at this charmed tea set on the shelf, it was rather cute and she was almost certain that Olivia would totally love it, and probably Uncle Robbie too. HEH. Now, the only thing left was to figure out which color to pick...

"Are you getting one of those?" Alice was procrastinating, TOO. Mostly because she would much rather spend time examining toys and balloons for little children than finding textbooks (really, who wouldn't?). And making conversation with total strangers inspecting tea sets while she was at it seemed like a good idea, you know?

"Is it for someone?" Or did this person want a tea set for herself? Mimicking the girl and standing on tip toes, Alice scrutinized the tea set alongside her. "Which color are you choosing?" Because if she was going to converse with a person she didn't know, rapid questioning was obviously necessary. And she was good at questioning.

Also. "What's your name?"

Cat had been asking herself that very question when she heard it out loud. She glanced at the new girl and blinked at her questions. Wow. Did everyone in this country talk so fast? SHE WAS LOVING IT.

"I was thinking about it, yeah." Cat picked up the box and tilted it to show the pink color, answering that question. "It's for my little cousin, she's three and I'm not so sure if this is a good gift for a three year old. Maybe she'll like the hugging bear thing better." She grinned at the girl, "What do you think? Tea set or bear?" HMM. OR something else? "There's so many options."

Her name? "My name's Caterina. What's yours?" HI NEW PERSON!

"Bear. Definitely the bear. She can't hug a tea set." Alice nodded her head seriously, sounding matter-of-fact, as if she was an expert on bears and tea sets and everything three year olds. Still standing on tip toes, because she liked feeling taller than she actually was, she made her way over to inspect the other toys. "Or you could get a self-bouncing pogo stick. Those are cool. Toy brooms, too, but I don't think they sell those here."

Caterina. "Ca-te-ri-na. Eight letters, four syllables, rhymes with hyena and ballerina." She paused for a second before responding, still talking a mile a minute. "My name's Alice. Five letters, two syllables, rhymes with palace and malice." Except those weren't as fascinating. "I like yours. It has loads more interesting things to rhyme with." Her eyes remained on the toys, still scanning the area for nice toys for three year olds.

For example. "Patina. Ocarina. Verbena." Alice could do this all day, did she know?

"Yeah, I'm definitely thinking the bear is a better idea. Olivia seems to be the type to carry one everywhere." Well, she WAS a three year old little girl, so. Cat replaced the tea set and selected a cute bear instead. "I want a self-bouncing pogo stick!" She totally did, too. She could pogo down the street, people would love her for it and throw money at her. These thoughts in mind, she examined one.

She had to admit, she'd never been educated on her name before, or had it rhymed to her. "I like your name too, like Alice in Wonderland." Which just so happened to be her favorite story when she was a kid. "Like... chalice and borealis." This was pretty fun, actually. "Most everyone calls me Cat, so that opens up a whole new world of rhyming possibilities."

She studied the bear again and gave it a test hug before glancing back at the other girl and tilting her head, "What's a ocarina, anyway?"

"You know what?" Alice moved over to examine the pogo sticks with her, squinting at them thoughtfully. "I kind of want one, too." How high did they bounce? Not high enough to hit the ceiling, surely, so could she and Cat both try one out now? She chose a pogo stick and held it for her new friend to scrutinize with her when she was finished snuggling the teddy bear experimentally. "I like that book. That song, too." Alice grinned and started to test the feel of the pogo stick's handles. "Cat is easier than Caterina. Housesat. Wombat. Cravat."

An ocarina? "It's a wind instrument with a mouthpiece and six to eight finger holes and an ovoid shape." She momentarily let go of one of the pogo stick's handles to make an egg with her hands, JUST in case Cat wanted a visual reference. "Do you think the shopkeeper would mind if we tried pogo-ing in here?"

"I have a feeling I'll be rhyming things all day now." Cat giggled as more words that rhymed with hers and Alice's names popped into her head. She'd be rhyming in her sleep, probably. But Cat certainly didn't mind, it was fun!

"Ooooh." She put the bear back in the shelf for a while and got a pogo stick of her own out after glancing over the one that Alice had. "I haven't seen a shopkeeper around here yet, but I'm sure they won't mind so long as we don't break them." Or anything else, or themselves.

"Let's do it." She placed hers on the ground and stepped on the footholds. As soon as both of her feet were off of the ground, the stick began bouncing, small, short little ones at first, but it got faster and higher quickly. "This is SO much better than a regular pogo stick! You should try it!" WHOOOOO.

BOUNCE. BOUNCE.

"Rhyming is fun." She continued scrutinizing the pogo stick warily, wanting to make sure it wasn't faulty or anything before she got on it. "Let's not break them. Or ourselves." Was that possible? If they hit the ceiling hard enough (could the sticks even go that high? More questions.) or used them wrong, maybe, but Alice wasn't sure that was a question she wanted to know the answer to.

She mimicked Cat, stepping onto the footholds and beginning to bounce, short at first, and then higher until she was sure she WAS going to hit the ceiling. BOUNCE. "I am a kangaroo," Alice declared decisively, attempting to maneuver the bouncing stick away from the shelves as to not knock anything over.

"I need to get one of these for sure." BOUNCE BOUNCE.

"We'll definitely be buying them if we break them." Cat giggled though, she had no intentions of breaking anything, though she WAS pogoing in the middle of a shop, she wasn't a bad kid or anything. She bounced down one aisle and back towards Alice, "This would be SO fun to bounce down the street, huh?" It's not like there were cars on the Diagon Alley street!

"I feel like a frog. A larger-than-your-average-frog and certainly more cute, but a frog none the less." WHEEEE!!!! "Maybe we should bounce to the counter to pay!" Wouldn't the shopkeeper LOVE that?!

"If we get these, we can go bounce down the street together and make people look at us all funny like we're totally insane and belong in St. Mungo's." Alice maneuvered her pogo stick closer to Cat, bouncing in a little circle around her. "You want to?" SHE wanted to.

A frog? "I think you're cuter than an average frog." Pause. "If you were a frog, would it depend on the type of species of frog you were? 'Cause some don't use jumping and hopping as their primary method of locomotion?" Pause pause. "Why am I considering locomotion methods, again?" Yes, why? Alice stopped talking immediately and started bouncing down the aisle again. "We're getting 'em, then? We can bounce over there and pay and then bounce out and not get off them even once."

Because they were cool like that, obviously.
