“I thought you said muggles couldn’t know about magic?” Jepp questioned.
Jason sighed. Teaching his son about magic was fun and one of the best parts about being a dad, but when Jepp got confused it was one of the toughest things for Jason.
“Right. But mom and I married and she got to find out.” Jason tried.
Jepp was quiet for several moments. “So mom can do magic too? Because she knows about it, right?”
Jason took a deep breath. “No Jepp, she can’t do magic. And she doesn’t really like it either. That’s why I’m teaching you.”
“Oh.”
