#13: Quidditch

Cedric jumped on his broom. He, was playing against Slytherin. This year, his team was going to win the Quidditch match.
"I want a fair game," Madam Hooch said. "GO!"
The game went on and on. Hufflepuff was down by fifty points. Cedric looked all over for the Snitch. Then, out of the blue, he saw it!
Cedric made a dive for the Snitch. The Slytherin Seeker did as well. They were neck and neck. They bumped each other and Cedric knocked the Slytherin Seeker off his broom.
Cedric flew toward the Snitch and after a while, he caught it.

#18: Whomping Willow

Cedric walked down to the Hogwarts Grounds. He had heard about the Whomping Willow. To him, it sounded pretty cool.
When he reached the Whomping Willow, he saw that a student walked up much to close to Whomping Willow.
The Whomping Willow began to go nuts. So, Cedric ran near the Whomping Willow and shouted, "Glacius!"
The Whomping Willow froze. The student, was in total shock.
Cedric, saw that the student was a Hufflepuff girl. The girl stared at Cedric and said, "Thank you."
"Not a problem."
"How can I repay you?"
"Just don't do that again," Cedric said smiling.

#1: Herbology

Cedric and his friends walked all the way down to the greenhouses. It, was time for Herbology class with Professor Sprout.
"Today," said Professor Sprout. "You will be repotting these Mandrakes. Remember, their fateal cries could kill you. But, these will just knock you out because they are so young. Begin!"
The Hufflepuffs began to work. First, they put on their eamuffs and repotted the Mandrakes. Cedric, was the first to finish.
"Cedric Diggory," Sprout said. "You, are the first to finish. So, I award you ten points. Good job."
The Herbology class went on and then, it was finished.

#2: Muggle Studies

Cedric walked up to the Muggle Studies classroom. Muggle Studies, was an interesting class to him. But, it wasn't his favorite class.
"Today," began the Muggle Studies Professor. "You will be learning about how to use the telephone."
Cedric never heard of anything called a telephone but it sounded intersting.
"All you do," said the Professor. "Is pick it up, dial a number, and talk to someone. Diggory, you try."
Cedric got up from his seat. He picked up the phone, dialed a number, and talked to someone.
"Ten points to Diggory," the Professor. "For succesfully using the telephone correctly."

#3: Transfiguration

Cedric and his friends walked down to the Transfiguration classroom. It, was time for Transfiguration class.
"Good morning," McGonagall said. "Today, you will learn on how to transfigure a monkey into a teacup."
The class stared at McGonagall. Cedric, was excited.
"All you do, is think of a Transfiguration spell and tap the monkey. Go on. Diggory, you first."
Cedric did as he was told. He thought of a Transfiguration spell and tapped his monkey.
The monkey screeched and transformed into a teacup.
"Good job Diggory," McGonagall said. "Twenty points for Hufflepuff."
The class went on and then, it ended.

#4: Ancient Runes

Cedric walked up the stair to the Ancient Runes classroom. Cedric, liked this class. But, he wasn't to fond of it.
"Welcome to Ancient Runes," said the Professor. "Today, we are going to learn what the Runes mean. Diggory, can you tell me what the Runes on the board mean? They are quite simple."
"Yes Sir," Cedric said. He told the Professor what they meant.
"Good job. Twenty points for Hufflepuff. Now, to harder ones. Open your books to page one."
Cedric did as he was told and opened his book. The class went on and then it finally finished.

#5: Astronomy

Cedric walked up to the Astronomy tower. He opened the door and sat down in a chair.
Students came pouring into the classroom. Then the professor said, "Today, we are learning about the stars. As you know, there are billions of starts out there. Some are planets and some aren't. Can someone tell me the name of the biggest star?"
Cedric raised his hand and said, "The sun, Professor."
"Correct," the Professor said. "Ten points for you. Now ..."
The class went on. Then, finally it was Homework time.
"Write an essay on how a star is born. You are dismissed."

#6: Divination

Cedric walked up the silver ladder. He entered a room that made him nearly faint. He sat down in the back of the class.
"Tea Leaf Reading!" Professor Trelawney said. "You will be learning about that. Now, fill your cups with tea and leaves and then empty them. I will be up here if you need any help."
Cedric did everything the Professor told him to do. Then, the Professor popped up right next to him and took his cup.
"A star," the Professor began. "That, means good luck. You, will have good luck sometime in the future. You're dismissed."

#7: Care of Magical Creatures.

Cedric walked down to Hagrid's hut. Class was about to start. He made it just in time.
"I'm gla' yer came. Grea' class toda'. Foller me," Hagrid said.
The students followed Hagrid into the Forbidden Forest. Hagrid stopped and said, "Now jus' wait! The' will be comin' soo'."
Somthing made a crack. A strange creature walked by. It, was a unicorn.
"Now, just don' move. Girls, I'm sure yer can go up ter it. They don really like boys a lo'."
Cedric, just sat down and looked at the unicorn, seeming he couldn't really do anything else in the class.

#8: Potions

Cedric walked down to the dungeons. It was time for Potions class. Cedric, hoped that Snape wasn't in a bad mood today.
"Get in," Snape shouted.
Cedric hurried in the classroom and sat down.
"Turn to page Twenty in your books and make a Shrinking Potion. If you do it wrong, you will have detentions for four weeks."
Cedric hurried to page twenty in his book, read it, and started to make the Potion.
Cedric quickly and carefully made his Potion. He raised his hand.
Snape walked over to Cedric. Snape looked over the Potion and liked what he saw.

#9: Defence Against the Dark Arts

Cedric entered the Defence classroom. Professor Lupin was sitting in his chair waiting for all the students to come in.
When all the students were there, Professor Lupin said, "Today, we will be learning about Boggarts. What is a Boggart?"
"A shape shifter," Cedric said with a raised hand.
"Very good. Now, to rid a Boggart, you use the Riddiculus spell. Who wants to have a go?"
Cedric raised his hand. He got up and waited for instructions.
"I will unlock that wardrobe, you say Riddiuculus, and think of something funny."

"Ridduculis!"
The Boggart changed into Malfoy in a dress.

#10: Arithmancy

Cedric walked into the Arithmancy classroom. He sat down with his classmates just before class began.
"Basics," he said. "That is what we're learning today. Basics."
Cedric opened his Arithmancy book. "Now," the Professor went on. "Use your chart for the numbers. Each letter stands for one. Add all of your numbers up and if you have two numbes left, add them as well. Keep doing so until you are left with a one didgit number."
Cedric did what the Professor had said. He had fun doing it.
"Now, remember your number. Next class, you will learn what it means. Dismissed."


#11: History of Magic

Cedric walked up to the History of Magic class. The most boring class he ever had taken. But, he took it anyway. He sat down and waited.
Professor Binns floated into the classroom. He started off with a long lecture about Wizard deaths.
The students as well with Cedric, started to fall asleep. Cedric tried as hard as he could to stay awake but Professor Binns' voice was no help.
So, Cedric fell asleep. It was much better than sitting there trying not to sleep.
Cedric woke with a start when the bell rang. He saw that everyone was gone.

#12: Charms

Cedric walked into the Charms room. Professor Flitwick, was standing on a huge pile of books and said, "Good morning. Today, you are gong to learn how to do the Wingardium Liviosa charm. It, make things levitate."
Cedric smiled. He always wanted to levitate items.
"Now," Professor Flitwick said. "You do a swish and flick movement and say 'Wingardium Liviosa'. Then, you have just levitated something. You can start."
Cedric picked up his wand and said, "Wingardium Liviosa!"
The item he picked livitated into the air. Cedric was proud of himself.
"Great job Mr. Diggory. Twenty points," Professor Flitwick said.

#19: Wand

Cedric walked into the wand shop. There was no one in the shop, so he thought.
"Mr. Diggory," said a man. "Let's see. Your wand. Hmm ... let me see."
"Umm ...,"Cedric said. "Who are you?"
"I'm Mr. Ollivander, of course. Oh, try this wand. It has a single hair from a male unicorn. Twelve and a quarter inches. Give it a wave."
Cedric waved the wand. Nothing shattered.
"Ahh ... This wand chose you. Now, it is yours," Mr. Ollivander said.
"What do you mean? The wand chose me?" Cedric asked.
"The wand chooses the wizard or witch. You better go."

#14: Hogwarts, A History

Cedric sat down in his four poster bed with a book in his hands. For his homework, he had to read the first chapter of 'Hogwarts, A History'. It, was very interesting. It didn't make him fall asleep like Professor Binns , the History of Magic teacher, did.
"Bathilda Bagshot," Cedric thought. "Is a good author. She makes History interesting unlike Professor Binns."
Cedric read more in his book. He ended the chapter and started to read some of the second chapter.
"I might as well get ahead of class," Cedric thought. "I won't be staying awake in that History class."

#20: Hogsmeade

Cedric walked down Main Street in Hogsmeade with Cho. They, were going to the Three Broomsticks. It was freezing outside, so they thought a butterbeer or two would warm them up.
They entered the pub and went up to the counter.
"Two butterbeers please," Cedric said.
"Coming right up."
When the butterbeers were ready, Cedric payed for them, and sat down at a table with Cho.
"It's a bit cold out there," Cho said.
"Yeah! It's freezing out there," Cedric said.
Cho giggled and drank some of her hot butterbeer.
Cedric smiled and did the same.
They finished and left.

#17: Cauldron

Cedric took out his cauldron. He was going to make a Potion for one of his sick friends.
"Hopefully, this will make him feel loads better," Cedric thought to himself, as he carefuly brewed the Potion.
Whe the Potion was finished, the Potion turned into a purple color. Cedric carefully poured the Potion into a glass and hurried over to his friend.
"Drink," Cedric said. "I'll make you feel better."
His friend drank. When his friend finished, Cedric took the glass and said, "It should start making you better in a few minutes. I'll come back to check on you."

#15: Room

Cedric lay in his bed inside his room. He wondered when his letter from Hogwarts would come. His father said that he should be getting on soon.
The was a tapping noise from his window. It was a little barn owl. Cedric opened his window and he owl flew in. Cedric saw that the owl had a thick envelope. So, he quickly got the letter off the owl and opened it.
It was a letter from Hogwarts! Cedric read over the letter five times. He couldn't believe it. He was finally going to Hogwarts.
"Dad! Mum! The letter finally came!"

#16: Dragonhide Gloves

Cedric walked through Diagon Alley. He had everything on his list except Dragonhide Gloves. So, he went to the propper store and found some.
He, picked black gloves with silver lining. He looked at the price and saw that it was ten galleons.
"To much," Cedric thought to himself.
So, he picked normal black Dragonhide Gloves and walked up to the counter.
"I would like to buy these Dragonhide Gloves," Cedric said.
"That will be one galleon and five sickles please," said the counter person.
Cedric handed the counter person the money and left the store, with his Dragonhide Gloves.

#21: Veela

Cedric read a chapter in his Defence Against The Dark Arts book. The chapter was about Veela.
"Veela are beautiful young girls with long flowing hair who dress in misty robes and dance under the midsummer moon."
"Intretsing," Cedric thought to himself. "They are beautiful, but they are deadly. I woner how they have the Veela on the Irish Quidditch team to be their 'cheerleaders'. They sure were beautiful."
Cedric went back to reading. "Although Veela can be benevolent toward humans and share their gifts of healing and profecy, they are quite tempermental. They will not tolerate being lied to."

#22: Kneazle

Cedric went to the Library. He was just talking with someone about Kneazles. Cedric, thought that Kneazles were very interesting so he wanted to see if he could know more.
Cedric looked high and low for something about Kneazle. But, he didn't find anything. So, he went over to Madam Pince.
"Excuse me," Cedric said. "I would like to find a few books on Kneazles."
"Follow me," she said.
Cedric followed the Librarian. She picked out book after book after book.
"Here you go," she said.
"Thank you." Cedric said thankfully.
Cedric sat down at a table and started to read.

#23: Telescope

Cedric sat by the window in his Dorm. His fellow roommates were fast asleep. But, Cedric couldn't sleep. He just couldn't because he had other things on his mind. So, Cedric opened the window, pulled out his telescope, and looked at the stars.
Cedric, saw the North Star, the Big Dipper, and much more. He could even name some of the planets. But, he saw a red star.
"Hmm ... that must be Mars." Cedric thought to himself. "Mars is bright tonight."
Cedric remembered that if Mars was bright, that it meant good luck. He didn't care. It was Divination work.

#24: House Elf

Cedric walked down to the Kitchens. He, was hungry and he had missed his supper. Cedric tickled the pear and peeked inside.
There wasn't a House Elf in sight.
"That's odd. They are usually down here working," Cedric thought to himself.
Just then, a House Elf jumped out from behind a corner. "What do you want?" it asked.
"I can down here for some food. I missed my supper and I'm hungry," Cedric said.
"Well, there's food over there. Now, hurry up. I have to find the other House Elves that Peeves scared away and have to get cleaing very soon."

#26: Quill

Cedric sat down in the Library. He needed a quiet place to write out everything he knew about a Red Cap. He got out his quill and started to write on a piece of parchment.
'A Red Cap, is a malevolent creature who haunts battlefields, dungeon, and other places where blood is shed with the intent of bludgeoning their victims.
Haunting castle on the Scottish border, the Red Cap-so named because of the human blood-soaked cap he wears-is short and stacky, but moves remarkably fast.'
Cedric put down his quill. That, was all he knew about the creature.

#27: Owl

Cedric walked up to the Owlrey. He had a letter to give to his parents.
Cedric, looked around the tower for his owl. When he finally found her, he said, "I have a letter for you to give to my parents Olivia. But, first I should give you a few treats."
Cedric got the treats out of his coat pocket. He put some on his hand and held it out to his owl.
The owl hooted and began to eat the the treats. When the owl finished eating, Cedric tied the letter to the owl's legs and sent her off.

#28: Time Turner

Cedric, was running out of time. He, was going to be late for Herbology class.
"If only I had a Time Turner," he said out loud.
"Hey Ced," said a Hufflepuff boy. "I know where you can a Time Turner."
"Where?" Cedric asked.
"Well, McGonagall has one. But, I don't think she'll let you use it, though."
"Thanks," Cedric said sarcasticly. "That's a lot of help. Not!"
"Hey. At least you know ..."
Cedric rushed out off Hufflepuff tower. He ran all the way down the floor, onto the Grounds, and in the greenhouse. He was on time for Herbology class!
"Phew!"
