How many times do i have to tell you not to enter my lab by yourself!” Startled, Kevin dropped an empty vial on the ground and turned his head to his mother. “I only tried to make some potions!” he stirred the liquid. His mother repaired the glass and pulled on his ear. “Owww! What was that for?!” he shrieked. “That’s for being cheeky, young man” she said dragging him by the ear towards the door. “You can come back in after you apologised” Kevin stuck his tongue out when she turned her back to check on the potion. OOC: Kevin's real name is Kenji. Although he is called Kevin for the outside world, at home his parents still call him Kenji. | |

19. Wand
“Look, it’s that weird family” Kevin held his mother’s hand tightly as they walked on the street. He blocked out the whispers and stares around them “What a horrible mother she must be to let her son become like that, disgusting!” . He felt his mother’s hand tightening around his own. “Did you know, that kid attacked the neighbourhood kids?” The hand was gone from his own and the boy looked up to see that his mother had drawn her wand and pointed it at the people and they laughed. Kevin tucked on his mother’s jacket to drag her away.

25. Sorting Hat
“Hirase Kenji” Kevin looked up from the crowd of first years and walked forward. His hands were sweating and he was nervously sitting down on the wooden stool. The sorting hat was placed on his head and fell over his eyes. “Hmm…I see greatness in you” Kevin jumped hearing the voice. “A lot of potential but also stubborn, very stubborn. A strong attitude as well” Kevin stayed quiet, not thinking about anything except for wishing that the hat would hurry up with talking and just sort him already. He heard a chuckle in his ears and the hat yelled “GRYFFINDOR!”

61. Kiss
“Ewww, I'll kiss you when hell freezes over!" Why on earth would Leah say that out of the blue? Without even knowing what was going on and that there was a *Kiss Me* sign on his back that his fellow Gryffindor , Angel had put there as payback for his prank at the lake, Kevin wanted to keep his pride so he simply grinned at her. “Well, too bad cause I’m a FANTASTIC kisser!” Even though he had never kissed anyone before. “You’re really missing out you know” he wiggled his eyebrows before rolling his eyes. Hufflepuffs were super weird.

39. Duel
After writing down his message, Kevin folded the piece of parchment in an airplane shape with his hands and then grabbed his wand. He grinned mischievously as he used it to levitate the paper in to the air and flew it over the other students heads and towards the staff table. The airplane was a note for the Astronomy Professor about their promised duel later. Instead of letting it drop on the table in front of the man, Kevin made sure that the paper hit the Professor on the top of his head a few times before it dropped down.

93. Chicken
“….Give it back” Kevin’s eyes travelled from his phoenix feather wand to his childhood bully's face and narrowed his eyes. “What’s that? You want it back?” Kevin didn’t say anything, didn’t even nod but kept glaring at the guy as he looked at it. “You still play with branches? You’re such a baby” “Give it back, now” The bully looked at him , thinking. “You changed during the year you vanished, freak. You’re less of a chicken now—“ “I SAID GIVE IT BACK NOW!” The other guy flinched and dropped the “Whatever, take it, freak” and he marched away.

54. Dare
Kevin was determined to find out what was going on with his friend. So the boy waited for the perfect moment to corner him and he saw his chance at the Gryffindor study tables. It took a while but finally Zander confessed what was bothering him.
He had a crush on Bentley.
“You pinky sweared not to tell anyone!” Kevin grinned. “But those are easily broken” he wasn’t going to break the promise he just wanted to see how much of a Gryffindor Zander was. “Y-you wouldn’t dare!”
“Wanna bet?” he wiggled his eyebrows and grinned at the older student.

“Identification” the goblin said without looking up. “Why should I? Do you know who I am?!” the goblin didn’t even bother looking at the young boy. “No idea” Kevin took a deep breath through his nose and held his head up high. “I’M the GREAT Kevin Hirase, now you do as I say and open my vau---OWOWOWOWWOOWWWW!” His ear was burning as he felt it getting squeezed between fingers. “What did I tell you about being polite? Now apologize!” Kevin struggled free and looked from his mother to the goblin and sighed. “…whatever” that earned him another ear pinch.

“You were caught stealing on camera!” Kevin wished to be anywhere but in front of his father. He didn’t dare to look up.
“Dad, i…” His father ignored him and paced around. “I didn’t raise you to become a thief!” Tears started to form in his eyes.
“Dad, i’m sorry, i didn’t mean to…they told me..and if i didn’t…they would—“ his father cut him of again. “You will go back to the store and apologise, don’t let me warn you again”
Kevin nodded his head slowly. His father gave him one last dissapointed look before he left the room.

“Kenji , sweety, what’s wrong?” The family sat at the dinner table but Kevin hadn’t picked up his fork yet. Instead, he had been looking in front of him, frowning and his face was slowly turning red.
“…sweety, if you have to , you know, go …you can just go…” the 9 year old turned in the direction of his mother and smiled.
“I’m practising to become an animagus, mom!” His father knocked the back of the fork on the table and they both looked at him. “Eat your dinner, now” Kevin sighed and picked up his fork “…Yes father”

“Kenji, can you come here for a moment?” Kevin walked to his mother’s potion lab and peeked behind the door. “What is it?” his mother gestured for him to enter and as he did he saw three potion bottles on the table, they looked identical. “I have a little test for you, can you identify which potion is real?” Kevin walked closer and inspected the bottles before coming to the conclusion that the one in the middle was the one. His mother smiled and nodded. “You know what potion it is?” Kevin nodded. “Amortentia mother” he smiled brightly at her.

31. Dress robes “Come out of your room right now”
Kevin groaned as he shook his head though his parents couldn’t see him. “I’m not giving you another warning” his father warned and after a few seconds the door opened revealing Kevin in his dress robes. “he looks adorable” Kevin glared at his mother but felt bad for doing. “I’m not wearing this! You can’t make me!” “It’s your grandmother’s wish for you to wear the robes” Kevin put on his hip hop hat as his parents turned around. “And leave the hat at home!” He threw it back in his room.

95. Snowball
Snow had decorated the grounds at Hogwarts and Kevin used this opportunity to practise his spell work. He sat on a bench near the Great Lake and waved his wand at the snowballs he had made and used the levitation spell to lift them up in the air.
Looking around, he saw a group of students walking in the distance. He grinned widely, pointed his wand at them and slashed it forward. The snowballs flew with speed to the group and hit them , the snowballs breaking.
He could just hear the angry shouting as he quickly left the area.

16.Dragonhide gloves
"I want that" eleven year old Kevin pointed at the dragonhide gloves in the store. He heard his mother sigh but he ignored it. "First of all, its can i have that, please. And second its on the school shopping list which you didn't bother to read have you?"
Kevin hadn't been listening and had grabbed a few gloves, busy with finding the perfect pair for his hands. He showed his mother the perfect gloves and grinned. "These ones!"
Not wanting to argue about his attitude on his first day in Diagon Alley, they paid for the gloves.

29.Pensieve
Kevin paced back and forth in front of the pensieve in the Law Enforcement lab. The substance was swirling around but he was still not in the memory. It was his first case and he was nervous what he was going to experience. He knew the big picture from what the victim had told. An attempt kidnapping for money. It had gone wrong but the culprit got away. It was his job to find out who it was. Watch the memory and report it to the Aurors. He stopped pacing and bend his head over the bowl before sinking in.

78. Stealing
"What are you doing?" Kevin asked as he pointed at Zander's jacket. "I'm..smuggling plants out of here" the Gryffindor whispered. "Stealing is against the rules,I taught you well" He grinned.
"Are you stealing plants to get back at Professor Walton because he's not as preeeettty as Professor Bentley?" Zander's face turned pink. "Th-this has nothing to do with her"
"Suuuure... But seriously, why?"
"Because i need to get back at him somehow" Kevin nodded encouragingly. "Of course you need to! The man stole your woman's job!"
"Where do you plan on hiding them?" He asked. "My room?" Kevin facepalmed himself.
