Veela [21]

Godric stood, gaping open-mouthed at the dancing, silver-haired beauty. Her mesmerizing body seemed to sway to the soft beat of the music, her silhouette standing out sharply in the glow of the candlelight.

Godric felt a strong impulse to jump up and join her. But… something seemed to be holding him down. His dark eyes spotted the strong female hand that was holding him down.

“Godric.” The female whispered angrily, “Remember, me? Rowena… you’re girlfriend!” Rowena said, grinding her teeth together.

Godric snapped out of his trance and gazed across the table at the angry witch. “I love you.” He said with a grin.

Snowball [95]

“Come on Godric!” Rowena called, dashing through the fluffy, newly fallen snow. It was the first snow of the winter and Rowena had nearly dragged Godric out by his cloak to observe the snowfall first-hand.

“I’m much more of a summer person, Rowena, dear.” Godric called back, still standing in the comfort and protection of the Hogwarts castle.

Rolling her bright blue sapphire eyes, Rowena bent forward, packed the snow into a hard ball and then using her wand aimed it precisely at Godric’s bored face.

The look of shock and amusement upon the bravest wizard of the age was priceless.

Dress Robes [31]

“Ouch! Don’t pinch me there, Rowena!” Godric yelled at his wife, rubbing his backside vigorously while the sour-faced beauty glared at him.

“I wouldn’t have to if you had just gone out and bought new dress robes like everyone else does.” Rowena replied in a sweetly, sarcastic tone as she examined her husband’s bright scarlet colored dress robes.

Godric replied by muttering an unintelligent remark about the expense of merchandise these days.

Rowena simply rolled her eyes and jabbed another pin into her husband’s robes which was received by a loud squawk of protest and a dark death glare.

Rowena merely smiled amiably.

Pureblood [35]

Salzar paced the sitting room, his green robes flying out behind him. Godric watched his friend with wary eyes as Rowena poured tea for the two wizards.

“I don’t understand, Godric.” Salzar suddenly hissed, “Why further contaminate our prestigious school with mudbloods? Clearly the purebloods are the path to our future.” He said, throwing his arms out before him.

“As I told you before Salzar, anyone with magical ability is allowed in this school. Rowena, Helga and I have agreed upon this.” Godric stated stiffly.

“If that is your final word?” Salzar asked quietly, now standing still.

Rowena slipped her small hand into Godric’s large one.

“It is.”

Sweet Tooth [88]

Rowena’s dark brown hair was bent in front of a large selection of Honeydukes chocolate. She already had a large armful of candy from around the store and was just deciding on which piece of chocolate when two large hands covered her eyes.

“Hello Godric.” Rowena said through giggles.

“Hello darling.” Godric replied, grinning and kissing her cheek. “What do you have there?” He asked, picking up a bag of Bertie Bott’s.

“Just a few snacks.” Rowena said hastily, trying to put everything back.

Godric grabbed Rowena around and kissed her, crushing the candy between them. “You and your sweet tooth.” He whispered jokingly.
