Hello everyone, it's Ali and I've finally made it over here! With some great support I'm going to be doing my very first drabbles on my ministry charrie Victoria (Nesbit) Culloden when she was at school.

83. Fearful

Sitting in her room looking at the letter. She hoped it wouldn’t come, the parchment even terrified her. All her family were top wizards, but she was just quiet Victoria.

How was she ever going to be like them? The letter only said she got in, it didn’t say she was going to be great like her parents. What if she failed? What if she made no friends? Why couldn't the letter say anything about that?

Could she just not except and continue her private education. A huge castle with all those students were so intimidating. She was extremely fearful

35. Pure Blood

“Grammy what does Pureblood mean?”

“Why do you want to know dear?

“Oh, someone at the park said if I wasn’t pureblood I wouldn’t be a good witch.” She frowned looking towards the ground, because she wanted to be a good witch just like her mommy and Grammy. Feeling a hand at her chin she looked up at her grandmother.

“Let me tell you right now Victoria, a good witch is not something that can be shown by blood. You are a pureblood, but that doesn’t matter. You will be a great witch, because you work hard and are you.”

33. Classroom

Walking through the door, she had a big smile on her face. She did it! Finally! She was the first person to class not the last. Finally she was figuring out this castle. Not just a lost first year anymore, nope she was knowing where her classes were and getting there before everyone else. She sat and waited and waited. Where was everyone? This was odd. Tapping on the desk she looked down at her books. Pulling out her parchment she went over some notes. Still no one had come, that’s when she realized she was in the wrong classroom.

14. Hogwarts a History

She sat in the library reading. The book was huge, even for her and she couldn’t handle another page, so slamming the book shut and closed her eyes. “Hey I wouldn’t do that if I were you. Sleeping in the library could get your face all changed by someone less nice.” Her eyes opened and she blinked at the person next to her, laughter soon came after. “Did you do something to my face?”

“No, but check the book.”

She opened the book. Victoria Nesbit was here.

“Now you are a part of Hogwarts a History.”

She smiled towards Jon.

29. Pensieve

The office was cold and boring. She hated waiting, but she seemed to be always waiting for him. Her father said he’d be just a moment. A moment was fifteen minutes ago and the nine year old sat looking around his office. Her eyes fixed on something she had seen many times, but was told never to go near. ‘It would tamper with evidence and you could get hurt.’ Her father would say many times, but he wasn’t here. She got off the chair and walked over to the pensive. How did it work exactly? Leaning over she peered inside.

25. Owl

Scribbling the words quickly she was too excited not to wait to share the news with Tommy and her parents. She had made the team, it was so exciting! She never thought she would be good enough, but she made it! Even if it was just reserve she was on the quidditch team and being on the team meant she belonged. She had a team and they would be all friends. This was the best day ever. She rushed up to the Owlery to grab Zing. Looking around she noticed her owl laying awkwardly and tears started to fall. “Zing”

12. Charm

She sat in front of the mirror with her makeup, no this wasn’t working. Why wasn’t there something that could make her prettier? The rest of her friends were so pretty, why couldn’t she be as pretty as them.

“Come on Vic we are going to be late for the dance.”

Dance why did the prefect event have to be a dance? She looked back into the mirror. This just wasn’t working. Pulling her wand she did the beauty charm. Seeing the change she smiled, it would work for tonight at least. Standing she actually felt more confident and pretty.

39. Duel

It was her turn, she had to do this. The professor said there was no getting out of it, but she didn’t want to do it. She didn’t want to draw her wand anyone.

“Ruth you go up against Victoria”

She heard the name and her eyes snapped up, the Gryffindor girl that she worked with the other day. She didn’t want to duel her. As she stood there nervous and about to raise her wand she heard the words, her wand went flying and her hands went to her ears. Holding the rabbit ears down she hid from everyone.

50. Boggart
To Joel and his creative brain

Sitting down for breakfast she couldn’t’ believe how happy she was and to top it off breakfast was being made for her. It was so sweet of Luc to do that. “Thank you for breakfast.”

“No problem I figured you were tired from fighting the boggart.”

She looked at Charely as he spit out his drink and she glanced back at Luc, “Boggart? What are you talking about?” She was so confused.

“Yeah the boggart, I heard you guys dealing with it. Did you finally get rid of it?”

She still just stared at him confused. “Boggart?” Then she realized.

91. Future
To Deniz and Cosgrach

If a crystal ball would have shown her back in school that she would be thirty six, divorced, three kids, a failed engagement, and now standing to walk down the aisle again to someone her fourteen year old son set her up with, well she probably would have said Divination was crap and laughed. Now thinking about her past she knew she wouldn’t change anything, she had three beautiful children and now she was going to marry a man she dearly loved. No pain or tears would have made her change this future. No she was walking down to Cosgrach.

100. Homework

Why did they get so much homework, did the professors not realize she had to study for OWLS. How was she ever going to get through the rest of term? Looking back down at her parchment she noticed a blue dot growing on it. WHAT? HOW? She looked around to notice Jess and Hope standing laughing with Jess wand out.
“Would you come on, studying can wait. Let’s sneak out.”

“No, I’m not getting caught, I have to study.”

“Study later, Jon wants you to come.”

“Ewww now I’m not really coming.”

“Come on stop doing homework and have fun.”

17. Cauldron

“I CAN’T FIND MY CAULDRON JESS.”

“Oh I used it the other day for cereal, just grab that bowl over there.”

She grabbed the bowl and quickly began brewing her homework. How could she have forgotten it was due today. Mixing the ingredients she wasn’t paying attention to anything but what was supposed to go next when the smell hit her.

“What is that?”

“I don’t know but it’s awful, something is burning.”

She looked around in the dorm not seeing anything until her brown eyes looked down.
Jumping back the bowl had melted.

“It’s on fire do something”

6. Divination

This was boring and now they actually had to get a partner and read their palms. She looked around and noticed Jess was already partnering with some Gryffindor she had been crushing on. Ugh, she really wasn’t good about asking for a partner so maybe if she just slouched in her chair she’d go invisible and not have to work with anyone.

“Need a partner?”

Her brown eyes looked up and her cheeks flushed. He was handsome and her lips were not moving.

“ I well yeah if you need one.”

Way to be cool in front of a boy.

76. Zap

“Come on Victoria just do the spell.”

“I can’t get it to work”

Why was Jess pressuring her, they were just practicing in class. So what if her focus was off because Jon was in here. The spell should still be working. Moving her wrist she tried again with another fail.

“Victoria would you focus, we have to win the boys can’t win.”

She swooshed again and still nothing. She had to do this spell. It had to work. Moving away from Jess she swooshed again saying the words wrong and a spark came.

“OUCH you Zapped me.”
“sorry Jon.”

61. Kiss

“Why are you always such a jerk.” She was mad, more then mad very angry as her face was red. He had embarrassed her yet again in class. “I can’t stand you Jon Maroon, why do you hate me?” Glaring at him as he came closer to her, she took a step back.

“I don’t hate you, my friends just don’t approve of you. “

“Why should I care what you or your friends think.”

He moved closer, what was he doing? He was kissing her, WHAT? Her mind raced, she pushed away, anger disappeared confusion present. Why the kiss?

22. Kneazle

Walking into the house she flopped on the couch. Summer!! It was great to be home. Pulling out a book she began to read, it was time to catch up on her favorite author and maybe go get some ice cream with Jess later.

Wait a second, she sat up a little straighter and looked around. Two eyes looked back at her. “Why is there a Kneazle in here?

“Isn’t he precious, I bought him yesterday”

She wanted to go back to school.

73. Warn

She didn’t want to hear it, nope it wasn’t true, but why would her best friend lie. She looked at Jess not sure which way to turn. “He would never, he loves me.”

“Jon Maroon loves himself that’s it and you can’t figure that out.”

“No you’re wrong he loves me, he told me we are getting married right after school.”

“You’re nuts and dumber then I thought. He’s using you. Your smart he’s not.”

“Shut up! He’s not, your jealous, that’s why you are lying and saying he tried to kiss you.”

“Whatever, don’t say I didn’t warn you.”

70. Spook

"We should not be out this late."

"Oh Victoria you are so lame. Go back to bed is you are scared."

"I.. I'm not scared."

She was terrified but wasn't going to let the older badgers no that. They crept down the corridor towards the kitchen. That's when she heard the noises.

"What was that?"

She looked behind her, but there was nothing. She kept walking, "No.. I heard something."

"You are just being a baby Victoria, go back to bed."

No she heard something. Turning she jumped at the sight.

"Spooked ya didn't I?" Peeves cackled as he floated.

3. Transfiguration

She had nothing to wear. NOTHING! She didn't like any of it. How was she going to meet Jon's parents with these clothes. "Mum I need to go shopping." "No you don't you have plenty of clothes." She stomped her foot like a child and turned to her closet again. There was nothing, she wanted something better. Pulling her wand she flicked at her dress and watched it transfigure shorter and prettier. "Much better." Slipping it on she flicked at her shoes making flats turn into heals. As she heard the door, Vic looked at her new outfit and smiled.

69. Slap

She blinked, was what she was seeing real? No it couldn't be. She was dreaming any minute she'd wake. Watching as the woman go up and walked over towards her with a grin on her face.

"This is my house, get out."

"Jon wants me here ask him." She folded her arms and just smirked.

"Rebecca you need to leave now."

Where was her wand. She didn't know which to hex. Thankful Bart was at his cousins to not have walked into this with her.

"I'm not leaving unless he says."

She turned and slapped the mistress across the face.

15. Room

She looked around the room. Four boxes sat on the bed. Four boxes showed all she had that she wanted to keep from this life. She was only worth four boxes after eleven years. Eleven years that she was devoted, supportive, and loving. Eleven years of doing what he wanted and putting her career on hold.

"I'm not leaving. I'm staying."

She brushed her tears hearing her son. She knew this was harder on him, but it was time to go. They were going to London, she was going home. They were starting over. She turned and left the room.

81. Depression

She heard them crying, she knew they needed her, but why couldn't she move out of the bed. She pulled the pillow over her head hoping they would go back to sleep, but knowing they were only a month old they needed her. She forced herself up and looked into the mirror not liking what she saw. Tears streamed down her face again she breathed rapidly and pulled the covers over her head again.

"I'll get them don't worry."

Charely was always getting them, why couldn't she be the mother they needed, what was wrong with her. She hated this.

88. Sweet Tooth

Chocolate, where was the chocolate, why wasn’t there chocolate in the house!! She stormed the kitchen trying to find some, “Jon do we have any chocolate?” She opened the cupboard, there had to be some. This was weird she never liked chocolate, but lately all she wanted was sweets. Where was this sweet tooth coming from?

Moving to the fridge she thought maybe there would be some chocolate ice cream, but nothing. She sighed why did she live with a health freak? Why was she usually a health freak? What was going on, why did she want candy now?

26. Quill

There were purple, pink, blue, yellow, black, red, multi color, but which one should she pick? Why was this so hard. She wanted them all, why couldn’t she have them all? “Mommy please can I have all of the quills?” The ten year old just wanted them all to draw pretty colors and make fun letters to her grandparents.

“Vicky you know you can only pick one. We always go through this. You have plenty of colors at home.”

She stomped her foot and pouted, she knew she was acting like a two year old, but she didn’t really care.

7. Care of Magical Creatures

She head down towards the stables, this was a class that made her nervous. She loved animals, animals didn’t love her. She was allergic to anything close to a cat and the rest, well the rest seemed to just always find a way of disliking her. So she stood at the back of the class almost hiding. “Hey babe, what are you doing back there?” She heard Jon’s voice and turned, “You know I don’t want to be picked for anything.”

“Sure you do, hey professor Vicky wants a turn.”

She sighed and pushed her way to the front. UGH

31. Dress Robe

She had to wear dress robes, UGH she hated wearing dress robes. Why couldn’t she just wear a nice dress, why did it have to be dress robes? Even her school robes were more comfortable then these. She moved near her mother and looked around. Her father was being awarded some high recognition, which she knew he deserved. He was such a great Auror, she was so proud of him, but did she really have to wear the dress robes. The color wasn’t even pretty. Her mother picked them and really she wasn’t a green type of person, no way.
