1. Herbology ::
Cedric Diggory was handsome, respectable, intelligent and popular, so why was it mandatory that he had to take a class that would make him dirty, minging and ugly. Upon entering the greenhouse he saw his Head of House, smiling cheerfully at him. Avoiding eye contact and ignoring the small wave she gave to him, he sat next to his friend on one of the benches.
"Now today class," started Professor Sprout waving her mucky hands about and as she did so a huge dollop came flying across the air and hit Cedric on the forehead.
"Great," he mumbled, “Just great.”

2. Muggle Studies ::
It was nearing the end of second year and their exams had eventually finished. However, with this close came a choice. Cedric was sitting in the great hall mulling over a sheet of parchment which required him to make decisions about the optional classes he would be taking next year.
"Ancient Runes and Arthimancy seem far too complicated for you Ced," informed Patrick who was supposed to be helping. Cedric had gotten himself distracted, however, as a scream came from the Slytherin table. Some muggleborn had just punched a fifth year Slytherin.
Cedric's lips grinned widely, "I'm taking Muggle Studies!"

3. Transfiguartion ::
"Transfiguartion is a very serious business Mr. Diggory and you would do well to remember this," Professor McGonagall said to the golden haired boy sternly. "I do not appreciate people moonying other people in my class. It is disgusting and downright rude!"
You could tell that she was starting to get fiery red with anger. "With my greatest pleasure I am deducting 20 points from Hufflepuff house and you will receive your first ever detention in the dungeons with Filch. Do enjoy, now leave."
As Cedric left the office he couldn't help but stiffle a giggle. McGonagall had said moonying!

"Ced, oi Ced!" Patrick shouted after him, running down the corridor. Cedric turned and stopped waiting for his fellow Hufflepuff to catch up, "Whats up Patrick?" He asked boredly, he could be flirting with some girls if it weren't for this, probably stupid, interuption.
"Were you in Ancient Runes?" he asked.
"No, I didn't take Ancient Runes, why?"
"Aw man! You missed it. The Professor was bending over to pick up some books and Charley was pretending to poke her bum with his wand, but he accidentally did it!" He roared with laughter, "It was so funny!"
"Dammit!" Cedric cursed.

5. Astronomy ::
Professor Sinistra had set them an exam for them to practise their constellations. However, Cedric was never very good at Astronomy. He never found any real interest in it and he was beginning to stress out over the questions before him.
"Psst," whispered a boy next to him, "What did you get to number four?"
"Mr Diggory!" shrieked Professor Sinistra, "Cheating are we?"
"Err.. no," Cedric stammered.
"I think we can say you have failed this assessment. You may leave," she took his paper off him and he walked out of the classroom with all eyes staring. Great, just great. | |

6. Divination ::
It was the first day of Cedric's third year and he was rather excited because he would be introduced into new classes this year. Professor Sprout was walking up the Hufflepuff table handing out the timetables.
Eventually, she handed him the piece of parchment which was to be his schedule for the rest of the year. Turned out they had double Divination with... "Professor Trewlaney," Patrick moaned.
"What is up with Professor Trelawney?" Cedric asked, curious.
"Well she's a right dingbat isn't she? Always predicting peoples deaths and misfortunes." Cedric wasn't sure he had taken the right options after all.

7. Care of Magical Creatures ::
It was Cedric’s OWL year, and to say that he was nervous about all of his classes and how he would do in his final exams would be an understatement. He walked along the grounds of the castle, with his usual three friends, towards Hagrid's hut. This year it would be Hagrid teaching them Care of Magical Creature's at OWL level and Cedric thought it was more than fair to say that he should worry about this.
"Righ' today we're gonna be studyin' lethifolds! They're 'armless creatures," the half-giant announced to the class.
Yes, Cedric had every right to worry.
