88. Sweet ToothSweet War

It was a rather normal morning, but to a passerby, it would seem like there was a war going on in the house.

"Come on, Evelyn! Give it back."

"No!"

With the loud footsteps pounding on the creaky floor with a few questionable bangs here and there, two teens finally burst out the front door, jumping the entrance stairs; One that looked like she just rolled out of bed while the other looked ready to go jogging. However, much to the boy's utter disappointment, the girl threw something as far as she could.

Evelyn had no sweet tooth for chocolate.

39. DuelNo Giving Up

With a swift act the Gryffindor dodged the ray of light coming towards him. Then he sent a disarming spell back which was easily blocked with a quick shield charm by the attacker. Then suddenly something happened, he stumbled, falling on his back. The next moment he felt a pressure on his wrist as the girl stepped on it snatching his wand out his grip.

''You need practice''

Smirking at his narrowed eyes, she simply started to walk away.

Then Josh took the empty chocolate frog box out his pocket and threw it aiming her head.

''It’s not over yet…Evilyn''

43. HeadmasterOnly When The Day Comes

These were the weekends that the Slytherin girl looked forward to, however, right now, she wished nothing more than to get out of this ridiculous place and back to Hogwarts. With her arms crossed and a look of irritation on her face, Evelyn stared at the boy opposite her, ignoring all the pinkness around them.

"Just one bite. Pleeeeeeaaase please?"

"No."

"Please?"

"No."

"Plea-"

"No."

There was a moment's pause, but the puppy dog eyes Josh was giving her made Evelyn sigh in annoyance. "The day I eat that chocolate cake will be the day you become Headmaster of Hogwarts."

53. ChaseThe Green Apples

Dust rose on the ground when he jumped off the wall surrounding many apple trees, laughing and holding two apples in his hands.

''GET BACK HERE YOU LITTLE THIEF!!!''

Surely, the farmer tried to catch the boy, yet even keeping track while trying to chase the little monster was almost impossible. So, he stopped and threw a few stones after him which failed to work since he ran too fast.

Those green apples.

They were the most delicious kind. It was the journey to Hogwarts tomorrow. So, he got them for the girl he had met in the magical alley.

56. FightThrough It All

She wasn't quite sure how the conversation turned out to be like this, but she didn’t like it one bit. They were supposed to be taking a nice stroll, but it took only one wave to another guy for Josh to be in a sour mood, causing Evelyn to stumble into the same direction.

The nice quiet stroll quickly turned into a competition of who could yell the loudest.

It was no secret that they had their ups and downs, yet, it was during fights like these that Evelyn wished a warm embrace was enough to make it all better.

61. KissOpposites Attract

Opposites did attract.

She was his silver moonlight. He was her little ball of sunshine. He was the warm-hearted Gryffindor, she was the cold-minded Slytherin. She was the head girl. He was, well, the infamous rebel of the school. And so on.

It was again one of those times that they strongly disagreed and argued over something. The lion kept glaring at her while the snake stared at everywhere but him.

''You had to say that and ruin…''

When their eyes met though, a silence feel on them.

And the next moment it was their lips that met one another.
