100 Drabbles for the Dangerously Dylish Slytherin Captain - Sa13+ Banner made by: ME! DISCLAIMER: I (THE Govoni) do NOT own any of the Harry Potter content that might be displayed in these drabbles. I am NOT using these writings as means for profit or personal benefit. They are simply for the entertainment of SnitchSeeker members. Harry Potter is the exclusive property of one, J.K.Rowling! Today was THE day. Thanks to an inspired first Charms lesson with Professor Bellaire days before, Dylan's brilliant idea had been BORN. Of course, the Slytherin would be the first to suggest that many of his ideas were brilliant...but this one topped all those that preceded it. With the help of the handy-dandy Disillusionment Charm, he'd be moving himself out of the Slytherin Boys dorms...and would relocate himself to a secret location on the grounds. "Extended glamping" was what the Captain was calling it. Privacy. Quiet. Dylan-time. All that was left to think about was not getting caught... SPOILER!!: The Theme List |
Slytherins were infamous for their attitude and sass. Slytherin Captain Dylan Montmorency was one that exuded these traits...more so than any other in his house. ...And apparently...his owl, Jackson, had learned from his master. He'd been writing a letter to his mother, trying to decide if he should fill her in on Slytherin's impressive shutout over Gryffindor...when he spied the eagle owl giving him...looks. Yes, Dylan knew LOOKS when he seen them. "Don't look at me in that tone." Squint. Clearly unimpressed, Jackson hooted once and took off out the window. He blinked. "Get back here!" |
Merlin, help him...If Dylan heard one more thing about Purebloods being better than everyone else, he was going to break someones face...or curse something. Actually, he'd probably do both...because it'd been a while and he felt a tad rusty. What a ridiculous notion. "Aren't the lot of you dying out?" It was said casually to the girl whose conversation he'd eavesdropped on. "Also...aren't you all dating your cousins now?" It was a serious question...since there weren't that many pureblooded families left. Dylan knew. He'd researched for History of Magic. The girl simply rolled her eyes. |
It was a lazy Sunday afternoon on the grounds...and for once, Dylan didn't have anything to do. Quidditch was over for the season...So, there wasn't any practices to hold or teammates to manage. Lessons were pretty much done...So, Professors weren't really assigning homework anymore. Finals were finished...So, no reviews or studying to do... ...And Beezus had left for some appointment. So, he couldn't just snog her to pass time. Boredom. Utter and complete boredom. Dylan rolled over onto his stomach, gazing out across the black pond to where the giant squid shared in his lazing. Sigh. |
