100 Drabbles Before Rae Lands In Detention - Sa13+ Credits to the wonderful Maxie! Hey, I'm Bre, I have never done a drabble in my life before. Picking up her quill and some parchment she started to think on what she should start on for homework. A thought? A thought had come! Rae quickly dipped her quill in the ink and went to write. For some reason she hesitated, her quill lay hovering over the parchment while ink dripped on it. In the excitement of her fantastic idea, Rae forgot what it was. Crumpling up the parchment with frustration she threw it in the fire in the common room. Now she remembered why she never did homework. |
93.Chicken OHHH YEAHH! Best class ever. Professor Kingsley gave them pillows, to turn to chickens! Only, Rae didn't have that exact plan. With a mischievous look she took her pillow over to her desk where nonverbally she cast 'Engorgio' on it. Giant pillow, oh yeah, that's where this was going. After a slight smirk she transfigured the giant pillow into a Giant!Chicken. HA! What now class? "Now, go peck people's heads off!" Rae ordered to Giant!Chicken. Then Professor Kingsley came 'round and just HAD to say.. "Please restore your pillow Miss Quirregen." Ugh, Fun ruiner. Who didn't appreciate a Giant!Chicken? Pout... Scowl.... |
76. Zap Refurnished and cleaned house. Evelyn had a smile on her face, a mischievous one... Why? Before Rae could ask, Evelyn walked up to her dragging her feet against the living room carpet and still smiling. Evelyn raised a finger to touch Rae's arm..... ZAP! "OW!" What kind of dark magic was this? "H-How did you do that?" But Evelyn gave no response, She just rubbed her feet and... ZAP! "URGHHHHHHH! PLEASE TELL ME YOU WONT DO THIS ALL NIGHT!" Evelyn only smiled without a word... zap! zap! ZAP! "Stop ittttttt!" Rae whined.... Stopping didn't seem to be likely. Aghhhh TORTURE!!!!!!! |
25.Sorting Hat Fresh off the streets and the new searing pain of her father's death. This year would be interesting, but what house would she be in? Rae's dad told her about a hat that told them where to go, she thought it was a silly story until she had seen it talk now. "Alicia Rae Quirregen." Her name was called, sitting upon the chair as the hat spoke to her "I see in you hurt, and grief. There will come happiness for you. As for your house, I see pranks, I see mischief. you have a good heart. You're a....... SLYTHERIN!" |
31.Dress Robes So here she was, in Madame Malkins, about to buy... Dress robes... Rae had no idea how to find one so she had the shopkeeper help her. Many many dresses this teenager had tried on. The shopkeeper would look, make her turn, then shake her head and send her back. How much effort was it really for a stupid dress?! Purple one... No Blue one... No Yellow one... No Green one... No Red one ... No. Black one... "Yes, this will do.... You seem to only pull off dull depressing colors.." Rae shrugged at the comment , great self-esteem boost. |
42.Portraits This grey eyed teenage girl was walking through the halls of the massive castle in which she lived and learned. Of course she always knew that the portraits could talk… However in all the years of her life she had never talked to a portrait… Rae stopped in the hall to see an old woman in a picture frame. She looked at her, maybe she would speak? “YOU! YOU THERE CHILD!” The portrait said… “Y-yes?” speaking of Rae right? “WHAT ARE YOU STARING AT? YOU KIDS! GO COMB YOUR HAIR! CHANGE YOUR CLOTHES! FILTHY KIDS!” Uhh what? “Rude.” Rae muttered. |
49.Yule Ball With her Golden mask and black gown, Rae entered the Yule Ball with none other than the champion himself, Fletcher. He dressed as a King for this occasion, and it suited him. He looked very handsome. They talked a bit at the Champion’s table, after some people watching and small talk while butterflies whizzed their wings around Rae’s stomach, Fletcher had something for her. Some jazzy trick with a wand later he’d conjured this beautiful, gleaming, golden tiara. "Feel’s like I’m a princess." Rae added after smiling. No, a Queen, that’s much better. Fletcher corrected, he was king and all. Thanks toRoro for making this RP really happen.. It was SOOOOOO cute! |
92.Chocolate Cravings…. Rae was having those cravings again. One that any NORMAL teenage girl would… All except the one she lived with, which Rae didn’t understand at all. But could she eat her sweet, savory, piece of deliciousness in her own house? Oh no. Things like this were basically forbidden! Rae waited all day until Evelyn went to sleep, then she snuck down to the creaky stair and lifted the board to reveal her chocolate stash. Rae placed, one, two, three pieces in her mouth. HA! Evelyn will never know. With her craving now satisfied she hurried off to her room. |
34. Parseltongue Rae was lying on the living room floor with her daughter Mallory, where they were both munching on the itty bitty muggle cereal called cheerios. While having cheerios in her mouth, Mallory attempted to talk. "Hasssss Siiieeee Gasssssh SSSaaaaahhh." Okay well, it was baby talk, nonetheless, Rae's head snapped over to her one year old daughter. "What did you say sweetie? Sounded like parseltongue or something... heh, I always knew you would be a snake just like your Mum. Fletcher wanted her to be a badger, but that wont happen to a PARSELMOUTH! No Puffs for this little Slytherin! muahah |
55. Egg On Rae was reading a book. Yes, a book. Now while reading, she came across a term she didn't quite understand. "Hey! Hey Destiny!" Rae called out. "What is it?!" Destiny replied from the other room. Evelyn was in the kitchen listening to her two friends talk. "What does Egg On mean?" For Rae was curious. Ev laughed and threw an egg at Destiny from the kitchen. There was yolk and slime all over Destiny's hair and face. She made a deep frown and made just one statement. "I've just been egged on!" Evelyn and Rae kept laughing. |
