“Minerva what’s wrong?”

“They hate me, all the kids at school. They laugh at me and call me different.” She was different, things always happened around her and she didn’t do them, though people blamed her. They didn’t like that she was smarter that’s all she could think of, but she didn’t try to be smarter, she even stopped answering in class, but yet they teased.

“Oh honey, it’s alright, you are different. You are special.”

“You always say that, but I’m not different. They hate me.”

“You are special Minerva Lynn. You learn one day why you are different.”

53. Chase
Many different times

He was after her, she could feel him. Minerva ran as fast as she could, but there was no escape. She knew he was after her. He was going to catch her just like last time. She wasn’t going to be caught, she couldn’t be. NO!

Running was her best option. She had to get out, but why did her feet feel so heavy. Footsteps behind her, she heard his voice. No, she had to keep going Alberto would not get her. She took off down and alley before she felt a hand , she jumped awake from her nightmare.

98. Pajamas
Age 8

“erva, erva please”

“No Jacob I want to read.”

“erva please, no one wants to play.”

“Okay fine go get your pajamas on and I’ll make us a tent to sleep in.”

She gathered the blankets and started building the blanket fort, her little brother just loved sleeping in them at night, the down fall she had to sleep there too and the floor was so hard. Finishing it up just as he came back down she grabbed two pillow and climbed in.

“erva it’s soft.”

It was soft, but how? It was the floor. She blinked towards the carpet.

37. Animagus
Age 13 Dedicated to Maxwell Lupin/Seb

"You want to be what?”

“An Animagus”

“But that’s so dangerous. Come on we need to go to the library.”

“Why?”

“because if you are going to do that, I have to know everything I can to help you. There will be books about it and books about healing spells.”

Grabbing Maxwell’s hand she headed up the stairs, he was crazy enough to learn and she loved him enough to help. That’s how they seemed to work, he was the adventure she was the bookworm. Though she was terrified something would happen, but it would be years before he did.

9. Defense Against the Dark Arts
Age 18

Why wasn’t term over yet? She felt like at this moment of her life, class were just hard to focus on. It was the last Dark Arts and she just wanted it to end. Sitting on her mat she tried to focus, but her exhaustion and emotions made it hard. As she tried to clear her every heavy mind she saw it. Yes, she knew what she saw and heard. That student, that visiting student just sent a spell towards her friends.
Jumping up she pulled her wand, she was going to take the creep down once and for all.

69. Slap
Age 15 Dedicated to Elliot/Kate

What did she do to make this girl hate her so much? UGH, Minerva was so mad, she could just slap her. First she took Maxwell and now when she finally starts liking another boy, Elliot just has to stick her nose in that too. She wasn’t better then Minerva though she tried to act like it. She just made her blood boil. She hated her, that was the only words she could think of for this stupid full of her self claw. She needed to back off of Ethan before Min really slapped her. She would really do it.

59. Ignore
Age 14

They seemed to be everywhere, why was that? Maxwell never went to classes, so why on earth now did she have to see him and his stupid new girlfriend all over the castle. She wanted to throw something at them. It was so annoying, flaunting their stupid relationship around. She would ignore them, yes. They did not exist. That was going to be her plan now. She would ignore them, but it was hard to ignore when Elliot was always in her face. Why was she in every single class? She would still ignore, yes, she would ignore the witch.

8. Potions
Age 18 Dedicated to Ethan/MJ, Cece/Mary, and Lafay/Droo

She didn’t want to be here, why was she here? She jumped at the sound of Lafay’s voice. Imagines of the detention still in her brain. She had Ethan next to her she could do this. As she worked she couldn’t concentrate and then she heard a door and glanced back jumping seeing the healer. WHY WAS SHE HERE? WHY WAS SHE BEHIND HER?

HOT.. HOT

Her arm was on fire, was her robes on fire? She was in this nightmare again. Her hair was going to burn again! She screamed and soon it was out. She looked at Ethan.

10. Arithimancy
Age 12 To Professor Hadley and Jess!

What was that number again? Minerva looked through her book. Her life number. She wasn’t sure if she truly believed in this subject or not, but she didn’t mind math. It wasn’t her best subject, but she wasn’t going to hold that against her favorite Professor. She wanted to do good, Professor Hadley deserved her to do well. Looking back at her parchment Minerva began to calculate the numbers. Did she forget to add something? Her thoughts moved to something different went her feet all of the sudden were wet. How were they wet! UGH!! Myrtle had flooded the loo.

30. Feast
Age 18

This was one of the hardest nights of her 18 year old life. She was saying goodbye. Not only to her friends, her professors, and her school. She remembered being terrified at that sorting hat and now she was terrified standing at this book. She read Ethan’s and put an arm around. This was it, this was the end, but it wasn’t, it was just the beginning. She was terrified to leave these comforting walls, the normal of knowing what would be. She had no clue what would be out of these walls. This feast was it, it was goodbye.

57. Goblin
Age 11

She stayed close to her mother’s leg. This was weird, so weird. Her blue eyes watched as people seemed to think it was normal. How did they think it was normal, no she’d never think it was? “Mom can we just go home? I don’t have to go to that school.” She just wanted to go be normal, she wasn’t normal here.

Walking up to the huge building Minerva saw someone standing at the door. Not someone, something. “What is.”

“Minerva Lynn manners”

“But mom what is that?’ she watched it as they walked in.

“A goblin, they work here.”

94. Allergic
Age 12

There was a potion for EVERYTHING! Minerva sat in class as Professor Lafay asked if anyone was allergic to anything. At that moment she wished she was. As scared as she was of this professor the thought of being able to cure an allergy just with a potion was so cool. Why couldn’t her kind or her dad’s kind be able to know this was real? Could she give it to her dad even though he was a muggle? What If they did find out about this priceless piece? This was so super cool. Focusing she started on the potion.

40. Spell
Age 11

Spell! She had to know spells? It was like she was trapped in her television on an awesome show. Looking around the classroom the first year lifted her wand. What if the spell didn’t work? What if they were wrong and she was like her dad? She felt the butterflies fluttering in her stomach. She didn’t want to fail she wanted to be a great witch. Watching the professor she followed the instructions and moved her wand. “Aguamenti”

Nothing

She moved her wand again, “Aguamenti”

Nothing again

Taking a deep breath she lifted her wand, “Aguamenti”

Water, there was water!

35. Pureblood
Age 16

Why was she so nervous? It was just meeting his parents, but Minerva was nervous. What if they didn’t like her? What if they were like her mother’s family. They were pureblood and she wasn’t. She was half, but always considered herself muggeborn. She didn’t know anything about magic until she was ten. Her mother was disowned by her family for her marriage. She had lived with those awful relatives for a year. She was shunned for not being pureblood. What if this was the same. What if she wasn’t good enough for Ethan because she wasn’t a Pureblood witch.
