It's hard to tell which sense hits you first, the sound of all the different creatures or the smell of them. Either way, you realize that there is a magical petting zoo just behind one of the rides long before the place becomes visible. In front of an enchanted tent is a medium sized enclosure that contains an array of young magical creatures. Transforming rabbits, crups, nifflers, puffskeins, and knarls are just a few of the creatures enclosed in this pin. There must be some shield charms in place as the baby clabberts climbing the enclosure can't seem to escape, not that they've stopped trying. The charms won't keep you from heading in through the gate to play with these cuddly creatures though, and you're more than welcome to!
For a sickle one can get a small bag of treats from the carnie stationed behind the small kiosk by the tent entrance. The tent itself contains a couple of creatures a bit older and more dangerous than the those found in your local pet store. And if you're old enough, the carnie will grant you entrance. Stop trying to figure how they acquired these creatures, and take a look around at the augureys, streelers, and two young three-headed dogs, each in their own large enclosure. Wild winged-horses take residence in the center enclosures, hooves occasionally stomping the dirt in agitation.
Do you risk petting them? No. The charms prevent it for the ones that bite atleast, and one will even alert the carnie so he can kick you out for messing with his creatures. But do enjoy walking the through the circular tent if allowed in, and enjoy the enclosure out front as well.

She blinked a few times and then said,"But they're really easy to care for and they hum when they're content.."
Violet then noticed the look on Selina's face and then sighed a little before saying,"Puffskeins are the parents of Pygmy Puffs basically..."like Owen She then looked back at the Puffskein giving it another gentle smile. Selina gave a side glance to Violet who was suddenly explaining very in depth the Puffskein and all of its origins. However, Selina was not really interested on how it ate, what it ate, and what noises it made. All Selina really cared about was that it was fluffy. She leaned over to get a better look at it and squeaked, "It's so fluffy I'm gonna die!"
Then she snapped her head around to look at Violet and said in a deeper tamper, "IT'S SO FLUFFY!"
Why was it that little ugly, fluffily animals always made Selina act like a three year old? If the two girls did not go elsewhere soon Selina might explode from all of the cuteness. How could you blame her though? It was like a ball of fluff. That is too cute for even words to express, coherently at least.

Alessia saw there was some sort of carnival going on. The idea was very mugglish in her opinion. But her curiosity got the best of her, she just had to go and check it out.The first thing she saw was a petting zoo. She couldn't resist, she had a soft spot for animals. She went over to the the kiosk where you could buy treats for the animals. "Excuse me? I would like one bag of treats please." Alessia said to the carnie.

Another little one! Where were all the tall people? Jethro dug one hand into his bag of peanuts while looking at the girl with that wide grin of his. "You WOULD?! Well, I'd like a shiny sickle! What'd ya say we trade 'em?" He popped a peanut into his mouth and fed the shell to JuJu Bee, other hand held out for the sickle he should be receiving from the girl.

Oh, dear Merlin these animals smelled terrible. But... they were slightly cute. And intriguing. Walking up to the animals, she looked at the little ones out front. They were quite odd, all different shapes and sizes. She didn't even know what they were called. Apparently Ellie wasn't very educated in the animal department.

Alessia blinked. She didn't know what quite to think of this carnie. "Umm. Sure. How many?" Alessia asked aware of her Italian accent. That was one thing she was very self conscious of. Still being fairly new to England, she noticed that she sounded a lot different.

"They're not there all the time. Only two of them go to Hogwarts; my older brother and younger sister. I don't see them too much. Then in the summer I visit my Aunt in France for at least half of it, so I only see the other ones for half the summer and breaks." That was all she saw her parents too, now that she thought about it.

Jordan was a first year last year, and his year wasn't all that great. "I just have the feeling all the time, that HogWarts will be better than it was last year." Jordan mainly thought that because of the new Dark Arts teacher. "I definitely want to take more classes this year, than I did last year. I'm even thinking about trying out for Quidditch." Jordan had already played a lot of Quidditch during the summer, and was determined to get better.

Elektra raised her eyebrow looking over at her red headed friend and she shakes her head. "This is going to be interesting." She wearing her clothes that she loves so much she walks over towards Violet and Selina and looks at Selina. "You ok over there?" Elektra looked over at Violet and then looked at what Selina was looking at and Elektra gasped and shouted in a high squeaky voice "OH THE BABY!!!!!! WOOK AT IT!!!!" she smiled. "Oh, how cute!!"

She sighed in frustration and couldn't take it anymore. Violet walked up to the almost hyperventilating redhead and placed her hands on Selina's shoulders. Violet raised her right hand and then smacked Selina across the face and gasped realizing what she had just done and said swiftly,"OhMerlinSelinaIamSOSOsorryit'sjusttha-" She stopped and then paused before saying,"Actually, NO, I am NOT sorry! I have had it up to HERE!", Violet stood on her toes in her wedges and reached her hand up as high as she could. "And I didn't know how much longer I could take it!"
Violet then looked over at Elekta and pointed, while narrowing her violet eyes,"You're next if you don't knock it off!" She then closed her eyes and took a few breaths to relax herself. Violet slowly opened her eyes and then smiled sweetly,"Now...Shall we carry on?" Quote:

If she was not so coordinated from Quidditch she would have stumbled back from the sheer force that Violet had put into her slap.
Her hand flew up to her cheek as she squeaked, "Ow! What was that for?" But Violet was already on top of that as she snapped about how she didn't regret her latest decision to slap her friend. Then she threatened Elektra as well. With a red hand print on her face Selina stepped between the two girl's and said, "Simmer down Virgina."
