Aurora was wandering around in the carnival, looking for a friend, well anyone really, to spend some of her birthday with. She was just in such a good mood! She looked at all the animals in the petting zoo... oooooooh some of them were so adorable! |

Isobel was really hyper at the moment. It could have been from her cereal that morning-she had cinnamon toast crunch- but she suspected it was just from the carnival. She had decided against bringing Star that day, which had turned out to be a hood thong. She would not want to have her kitten with her there. Isobel had been wandering around the carnival, and she found herself at a petting zoo now. But there were magical animals. She also saw two people, and what better place to make friends than at a carnival? Isobel skipped over to then. "Hi," she said cheerfully. "Isnt this so exciting? I'm really excited, and this looks really fun. Oh and I'm Isobel, s fifth year Hufflepuff." The whole string came out in a long strong of words; she hadn't taken a breath. Yeah, clearly she was a little too hyper. |

"I've never heard of it," she said. "Well, I light just not remember it, it sounds kind of familiar." She had grown up on English and French stories. Between the two of them, she must have heard it somewhere. "I like the Nifflers," she said. They were so cute! "My summer has been great do far," Isobel said. "First I learned how to surf, and now this. Excitante." At times when she was really excited she spoke a bit of French without realizing it. "How has you summer been?" She asked Aurora. |

"Ooooooh!! That. Is. Adorable!" she watched a Niffler bustling around in it's enclosure. "Surfing is brilliant! I spend my whole summers surfing when we're at the Cornwall house!" Yay! More Surfers were always good! "It's been pretty good, my sister is having a baby!" she grinned, loving life. |
"It is awesome," Isobel agreed about surfing. "I wish I had known how before just this summer." She crouched down and reached her fingers in to the Niffler cage, because she really wanted to pet one. That's what she was supposed to do, it was a petting zoo. One of them walked right over to her and started sniffing her hand with it's large nose. Isobel giggled, and she was glad she wasn't wearing and rings. "Your sister is having a baby? That's so cool. I want to be an aunt, but my sister is only nineteen, she just got a boyfriend." At the time, she was content with being an older sister to Jaymie and Adelaide. "Are you the youngest sibling?" She asked Aurora. |

"Yep, she's twenty two and they got married last year. I'm so excited to be an aunt!" Even if it was going to be Auntie Ra-Ra. The worst nickname in the world. "Yup, I'm the youngest. Selina ran throughout the Carnival all in a tither. Her red hair was flapping behind her in the wind that she was creating due to the rapid pace she was running. The faster she ran the more she could feel her bag slap against her back, but at this point she did not mind. There was a Carnival in Diagon Alley. At first she was shocked by the news and did not believe the source of this information- Violet Le Veela. This quickly changed when Selina saw that Violet was talking about a plethora of magical creatures in attendance, if Selina knew one thing it was that Violet Le Veela did not mess around when it came to fuzzy fun creatures. So a Carnival had to be in town and boy was there a Carnival! Then she looked behind her and saw that Violet that lagging very far behind, "COME ON VIOLET! Get a move on, girl!" She was too excited. |

Violet heard her best friend call back to her and then she hollered back,"I can't run in these shoes SELY! SO BE PATIENT!" She adjusted her flower band and then continued walking to catch up with her best friend. Violet then ran her fingers through her hair making sure no knots were forming in her long golden locks. Thankfully it wasn't TOO bad, a tiny bit frizzy, but it was alright. Violet then opened her bag as she was walking and pulled out her brush and began running in through her hair. She continued to do so until she had FINALLY caught up with Selina. |

Violet then noticed saw Selina run over to one very shy looking animal in a corner. She could tell right away Selina was frightening the poor thing and she quickly grabbed onto Selina's shoulders who was jumping up and down like she really had to use the loo or something. "Sely! Stop jumping!" Violet then took a breath and took another look at the animal and she moved towards it and knelt down. When she noticed it look at her and she smiled softly at the animal as it moved closer to her behind the fence. Violet giggled a little and then looked at Selina saying,"It' a Puffskein Sely.."She took a moment,"They loved being cuddled, and they're scavengers...They often eat mainly small things, like spiders or leftovers...But...They really like using their long tongues to eat your bogey's while you sleep..." She blinked a few times and then said,"But they're really easy to care for and they hum when they're content.." Violet then noticed the look on Selina's face and then sighed a little before saying,"Puffskeins are the parents of Pygmy Puffs basically..."like Owen She then looked back at the Puffskein giving it another gentle smile. |
"What'er you lot doin just HANGIN 'round the pin?!" A crooked grin spread across the face of one Jethro Doge as he leaned forward in his kiosk, blue eyes on all the children that had gathered around the enclosure. "Don't tease the creatures, head on in! Just watch yer shiny things. Them nifflers are sneaky little buggers." He of course forgot to offer up the treats he was selling, but that was only because his jarvey had hopped off his shoulder and somehow found it's way into the man's bag of peanuts. "Oi! Get outta there you silly creature!" His peanuts!! |

The second year looked his eyes out for he had never been to such a carnival in his life. And now he was here alone, by himself , without his father or brother! Still gaping around in awe, Daichi quickly found a petting zoo near his right. He squealed loudly before running towards the area. Smiling brooooooaaaaaaaadly, Daichi landed on the ground with his knees, not caring if his clothes were getting dirty and tried to reach one of the pets that happened to be a rabbit through the fences. As the magical rabbit got closer with careful steps, Daichi kept on smiling encouraging to it and soon he could pet it. "N'aaaaaaaaaawwww your so cute~! I want you!!!" He looked around and found a man talking to the other children but he knew he was the owner, maybe he had some food for the animals. "Wait, i'm getting some food" he said to the rabbit who had already started to hop the other way when he had shouted. Daichi puffed his cheeks and stood up. Approaching the man, Daichi tugged the back of his shirt. "S-Sorry" he said , not knowing if he could just ask something. But then he figured that, why else would he be here besides taking care of the animals. "can i buy.. uhm" Gaaah he hated to be shy whenever he met someone new. "Canibuysomefoodfortheanimals?" he hadn't even realised he spoke it fast , but he was now grinning stupidly at the man. |

Jethro had removed his jarvey from HIS brown paper bag of peanuts and was in the process of scolding the creature, who in retaliated with some not-so-kind words that he wouldn't repeat around the young ones, when the boy approached. The boy was so small, and Jethro was SO BUSY, that he almost missed the kid. It was only when he spoke that the man placed the jarvey on his head and glanced at the kid suspiciously. One brow rose as he leaned forward. "Canawhatahuh?" The man didn't catch one word of what the kid said. "Yer gonna have to repeat yourself. And space them words out, kid." He was grinning of course, happy to help the lad. Though the same couldn't be said for the jarvey on his head who wasn't taking being scolded well. She muttered something along the lines of 'stutterer' which caused her to receive a flick from Jethro. "Don't mind JuJu Bee, she's jealous of all the attention everyone's gettin." Silly thing. |
