The Worple and Warmsley Magical Travelling CarnivalThe Worple and Warmsley Magical Travelling Carnival is here for the first time in Diagon Alley. Sponsored by all your favourite shops of Diagon Alley, the carnival is here for the summer! With magical rides and games, food stalls, knick-knacks and entertainment, this is a party for all ages that you won't want to miss.
It's hard to tell which sense hits you first, the sound of all the different creatures or the smell of them. Either way, you realize that there is a magical petting zoo just behind one of the rides long before the place becomes visible. In front of an enchanted tent is a medium sized enclosure that contains an array of young magical creatures. Transforming rabbits, crups, nifflers, puffskeins, and knarls are just a few of the creatures enclosed in this pin. There must be some shield charms in place as the baby clabberts climbing the enclosure can't seem to escape, not that they've stopped trying. The charms won't keep you from heading in through the gate to play with these cuddly creatures though, and you're more than welcome to!
For a sickle one can get a small bag of treats from the carnie stationed behind the small kiosk by the tent entrance. The tent itself contains a couple of creatures a bit older and more dangerous than the those found in your local pet store. And if you're old enough, the carnie will grant you entrance. Stop trying to figure how they acquired these creatures, and take a look around at the augureys, streelers, and two young three-headed dogs, each in their own large enclosure. Wild winged-horses take residence in the center enclosures, hooves occasionally stomping the dirt in agitation.
Do you risk petting them? No. The charms prevent it for the ones that bite atleast, and one will even alert the carnie so he can kick you out for messing with his creatures. But do enjoy walking the through the circular tent if allowed in, and enjoy the enclosure out front as well.

Brad smiled at Alex as she began to speak to him, at least they were on good terms and the little accident before was long gone. Good. It was better that way. Brad moved his feet slightly on the muddy ground and wondered what he should say next, hmm. "Oh no it's fine, it's the past" He pressed holding his hands up to stop her talking and saying sorry any longer.
He turned towards the zoo again as he noticed Alex doing the same. It did look a bit grubby and yeah it stunk but that wasn't news to him. It was nice to come to the zoo again, the last time he had been to one he was far younger. Sigh. But now was his chance to go around with a friend, good. Brad turned to smile at Alex when she accepted and entended his hand, "I'm Bradley Wills"
AWKWARD. "Alright, then." Alex gave a nervous smile. "You know, I've never been to a zoo before..surprising, isn't it? " At least, she didn't ever remember going to one.
So, yeah. Alex was actually excited to visit the zoo for the first time in her life. She turned to face the guy when he introduced himself. "Nice to meet you, Bradley." She paused for a second and asked, "Do you mind me calling you Brad? I mean..only if you want.."

Morrigan wandered over to the Petting Zoo section of the carnival, still not entirely believing she was being paid to come here. Still, it was for a good cause, and while she wasn't as zealous about animal rights as some of the others she worked with she still loved them and wanted them to be in comfortable surroundings.
She looked over the outdoor creatures before heading over to someone who looked like he was part of the display and wiggling her fingers at him in a wave, "Hey there. What's in the tent?"

Jethro's matched the man's tone mockingly while still giving him the EYE. "You've never been to a wizard carnival?" Another one, huh? The man supposed this place was crawling with muggleborns. More than when he was growing up. "If ya wanna know about the carnival, ya need to be workin at one. We don't give out our secrets to passerby's like yourself."

This one got suspicious looks too, since she seemed to be speaking with both the young lady and this, this guy. But Jethro said nothing since she wasn't being all nosey and trying find stuff out about his creatures. The man fished out another peanut and gave the entire thing to Juju Bee. She would need proper jarvey food soon.

He just looked at her but after a moment more he nodded accepting her apology. They'd both been in the wrong, him more than her. "I'm sorry too, I shouldn't have said what I said" He tried again.

"It looks a little sad actually" He stated turning to watch the creature once more. "I bet he's a big softy" He added turning towards Alex and giving her a dazzling smile.
He knew the atmosphere around them was tainted and not quiet right but he didn't know what he should do about it. Yes he was angry a little but so was Alex. This was turning out to be a good afternoon was it?
Sad? Alex looked at the clabbert again. Hm. "Yeah, I guess it does. Maybe it wants to get out of the cage, eh?" She asked with an eyebrow raised. Was it confusion over some random lady being really conspicuous out of nowhere and asking her questions, or confusion that one of her department coworkers would walk right up and make little to no attempt at being sneaky? "Well sure, I've seen pretty much all of 'em. They're adorable!" She was getting bunny licky-kisses to her nose! Soooo cute. Though really, that probably meant her face moisturizer had a lot of salt in it, hmmm....

He tried to look above Alex to see where she was taking him but he couldn't see instead he obeyed and waited to see where she was taking him. It wasn't long till he stopped next to her and looked into the next cage. He saw nothing.
"Yeah, It's really good. I've made quiet a few friends," He told her turning to smile at her. The cage forgotten. "I wouldn't want to work anywhere else" He added. A muggle store? Interesting, he wanted to know more. "Tell me more about where you work" He asked

"Alright, I was just curious, sorry I asked", with that Jack walked off knowing that did not go well but atleast he had not fully blown his cover. He really felt out of luck now, how on Earth was he gonna crack this, he already felt many of the larger creatures were being treated poorly based on how small their cages were but that was not enough to make a good case. He knew something was sketchy around here, but he had no real proof of anything chargable. He then noticed one of the larger creatures start to go crazy in his cage. Most people would run but he was brave and handled things like this quite a few times. He quickly took some pictures as creature inflicted injury upon itself in a desperate attempt to get out of it's cage. He then left the area quickly. He had to Get to his head with this as soon as possible.
Bradley felt himself being dragged away from the cage towards another, he laughed. He tried to look above Alex to see where she was taking him but he couldn't see instead he obeyed and waited to see where she was taking him. It wasn't long till he stopped next to her and looked into the next cage. He saw nothing.
"Yeah, It's really good. I've made quiet a few friends," He told her turning to smile at her. The cage forgotten. "I wouldn't want to work anywhere else" He added. A muggle store? Interesting, he wanted to know more. "Tell me more about where you work" He asked
o_O There was no animal in the cage. Eeek. Alex turned towards Brad. "Hey, look. This cage is empty.." She looked at the cage again before she continued, "Has the animal escaped or something?" Gosh, that would be really scary. She looked nervously around her.
"Well, that's good." Alex said, with a laugh. "Damon works at the Ministry and he seems to really enjoy his job as well." Tell him more? "Well, it's a book store..which is actually weird because I don't read much.." She grinned. "But, I do enjoy work..it's not very exciting but I like it.." Alex gave a shrug.

Bradley turned towards the cage and frowned. I seemed a bit odd that it was empty but not unheard of, he shrugged and turned to Alex. "Maybe the animal's been taken out for feeding or something" He was setting his bets on the 'something'. Giving Alex a small smile he turned from the cage, "Maybe we should try another one?" He asked, he was enjoying himself more than he thought. That was good.
"Does he?" He asked not too sure who this Damon was, maybe her boyfriend or something. Like Emily was his girlfriend. Well he wished but still. Working in a bookstore when she didn't read much? "Well that's not unheard of" He said chuckling he was glad she enjoyed herself though. "At least you enjoy yourself though ey?"
