"That's good." she said nodding. She knew what it was like to miss your family, especially parents.

Emily smiled wishing she could do them but suddenly it vanished. "R-really?" She hadn't been expecting that. She wasn't quite sure what to do. "Um, okay..." she said standing up. She coudn't do much, and especially wearing jeans.

She put her hands by her shoulders and fell back into a crab. She coudn't shake the fact people were watching. She then lifted her legs so she was doing a hand-stand. It only worked for a few seconds before she lost her balance and fell on her side... Well she had said she wasn't great yet!

Kita giggled along. Ferris Wheel? In a weird way, she could actually imagine a little girl squealing loudly next to Dani as the Ferris Wheel whirs round and round.

Quite a cute image, that was.

"Are you sure it's only three year olds who are fascinated by it?" she asked, smirking slightly at the girl sitting near her, "Maybe certain sixteen year olds are fascinated by the Ferris Wheel as well?"

Pfft! Certain soon-to-be-seventeen year olds were definitely excited about the Ferris Wheel as well...

Stick together? N'aww! Now wasn't that sweet! "Thanks Dani!" she said, leaning over and giving the girl a hug, "Just... promise me you won't make me go on any scary rides." Were there any scary rides at this carnival?

Dani smirked a little- "Yeah yeah, you got me. I love it too" she winked at Kita as she giggled before moving and putting her bag on her lap, she heard what Kita said next and then hugged her back with a big smile on her face. "Of course I won't..." she said ever so slightly mischeviously with a little cheeky smile on her face.

"Oh, and this is a picture of my niece, isn't she a cutie?!" Dani said proudly as she passed the little picture that she kept in her purse over to Kita. "Although her Grandma on Georgie's side is... annoying, she makes her do all these modeling things and it's just..." Dani rolled her eyes.

Kita giggled, feeling slightly proud that she had got it right. After all, which sane person didn't like the Ferris Wheel? "And i love it too," she said, winking back at Dani. Maybe that can be the first ride they go on...? Kita smiled, glad that-

Wait... WHAT WAS UP WITH THAT SMILE?!

She narrowed her eyes slightly at Dani. Was it just her imagining things or did it seem like Dani was planning something? Maybe it was just Kita going mad.

Shaking her head, Kita turned her attention back to Dani and the picture she had just drawn out. "Oh, she's adorable!" she said, taking the picture and holding it up next to Dani's face, "Boy, Dani she looks like you!" Well... they were both blonde! That's the main thing there. Wait... WHAT?! "Modelling?" she repeated, her eyes darting from the picture to Dani and then back again, "But... isn't she too YOUNG to be modelling?"

And now onto the real business. "So, er, Dani," Kita said, trying her hardest not to crack a smile, "A little birdie told me you went on a date with a certain guy..."

Dani smiled widely when Kita said that Lana looked like her- now that was a compliment, and she wouldn't be surprise. Lana was Luke's kid, and Luke was her big brother after all. She then sighed a little and shrugged- "I know- they have babies modelling for catalogues and stuff nowadays. Georgie hates it, she's just too scared about facing the wrath of her mother about taking Lana away from all that" she said before sighing and then smirking at what Kita said next.

"Maybe I did..." she giggled as she blushed ever so slightly and picked up her drink again, fiddling with the straw and letting her pretty ring glimmer in the sunlight.

Jordan needed a rest for all the fun, he had, had. So he decided to go to the rest area, to just relax, and feel the breeze. He looked at his watch and saw it was about mid day, perfect time for the breeze to come in.

Nika giggled a bit as Aurora continued her excitement. It really was a good day after all. All the thoughts about what went down during the last day at Hogwarts were completely pushed to the back of her head and she was ready to move on, until they would eventually come back up. But until then she'll forget about them. When Nika offered her the card she looked at Aurora with a puzzled look and a raised eyebrow. "Really? You really want to give it away!? Are you sure?" Nika had always looked at the cards like they were some valuable possession. She must have at least a hundred Salazar Slytherin cards and maybe even twice the amount of Godric Gryffindor, but she'd never give one of them away. She valued them way too much.

Then Nika just waved her hand in the air to Aurora's next comment. "No way!" She shook her head as she began to plan a present in her head. "I just have to get you something! Besides your my friend and it's sort of like a law that I have to get you at least something." A chocolate frog does not count. "Well, maybe we could throw you a party at Hogwarts!?" She asked Aurora with a sweet smile. "I went to a couple last term in the room of requirement! If you give me a list of your friends I can tell them to head over one day and we'll have an awesome party for you and it can even be a surprise party--" Oops. "Well if we are going to make it a surprise then you have to pretend like you didn't know about it and act really, really surprised."

Vanessa walked up to the rooftop of Ollivander's and saw Bonnie standing with her back towards her. She ran over quickly, but quietly and hugged her younger sister. "Bonnie!" She said, messing up her sister's hair as she did so. She pulled back and took a look at Bonnie. "Since when did you get taller? And when am I meeting this boyfriend of yours?" She asked, questions filling her head one by one. Oh how she missed her younger sister.

Crazed!Girl jumped when someone hugged her. Her hair was ruffled so she knew it was her big sistah. "OH MY GOSH VANESSA!" She took in her sister and gaped. "Vanessa, you look amazing." When did she get taller? "Um..I dunno. A while ago I guess." That's says how little we've seen eachother... Crazed!RavenclawGirl blushed when Sebastian came into the picture. "Soon. Very soon," she bit her lip to hide her smile.

Juggling four balls high above his head Ivor wandered into the rest area, easily able to jug the four balls, and walk at the same time. He was just that good at juggling. Well until you added a few more balls though. Four was about his limit. He was able to just juggle and not concentrate, which was fun, which would mean he was able to talk to people at the same time.
Ivor smiled at the people that were in the rest area, and he decided to stand still. Maybe he could add another ball? That would look pretty impressive right?

Elias wandered over to the rest area he and his colleagues were meant to be obtaining. So far, so good. It looked like everybody was having a fantastic time and the recycling bins were receiving some much needed attention. Picking a stray can up off the ground, he tossed it into a nearby bin. Nice shot. Though it wasn't nearly impressive as the man juggling close to five balls. They were going so fast he couldn't hardly tell.

The man had half a mind to bring Caroline and Lauren over to watch, but that would involve leaving his post. "Impressive," he said to the man with a nod. "How many can you juggle at a time?" Juggling was a brutal sport, he imagined. Especially if you managed to drop whatever it was you were throwing about.

Kita blinked. WHAT?! Baby modelling? What in the name of merlin was THAT about? "That... is stupid," she said, looking at the picture of young Lana and trying to imagine her posing for a cover of a magazine, "She's only a child. Who knows, they could be corrupting her mind with all this modelling." What? It was plausible. Wait... "Has she won any awards?" 'Cause, if she has... No, it was still wrong! Facing the wrath of her mother... Now Kita knew exactly what that feels like. "Who knows, maybe Georgie will find her strength some day," she said, smiling at Dani.

Maybe? Was the girl trying to tease her? Or just make her beg for more information? Pfft! Like she was going to beg... "And?" she asked, looking intently at Dani, "What happened? I want to know EVERYTHING!" Kita wanted details and, darn it, she was going to get some!

Wandering around the carnival, Mordred thought it was best to look for a place to relax. He was sure his knees would collapse anytime—he had to battle with himself about it though because the place has so many things to show, and it was also his first time to be in a carnival.

Mordred looked up to see that there was a rest area above Ollivander’s. He fixed the over-sized wizard’s hat on his head, and climbed the stairs. Scanning the area, he saw Aurora talking to another girl. Too excited to ask if he got his gift, he made his way toward her.

As he plopped on the grass next to her, he also brought out an apple he bought from the fruit stand he saw at the carnival. “So. What do you think of the grimoire?” he asked looking up at the sky as he started eating the fruit.

Dani sighed- "Yeah, she's won a couple things but... nothing serious" she said softly with a little nod at what Kita said next. She hoped Georgie would to be honest. She knew she would though.

"Everything?" Dani asked teasingly as she carried on sipping on her drink, she giggled a little- "Well... we went for ice cream..." she started as she brushed back loose curls and smirked again, she loved dragging these things out, it was fun!

Kita's eyebrows shot up. Won awards? So whilst Kita has won... well, nothing, a little baby has been strutting her stuff and has actually managed to win a couple of things? Boy, did she feel under-accomplished. "Well, well done to Lana," she said, "Who knows she might be super famous one day."

Went for ice cream... Whaaaaaaaaaat?! Was that all Dani was going to say? WHAT IN THE NAME OF MERLIN?! "AND?!" she asked, her eyes growing slightly wider, "Come on Dani, you know i love the details! Was it romantic? Did he hold your hand? Did you two kiss?"

Marina couldn't wait till she got the small field thing from Rafael. The Carnival itself was a blast! Let alone a magical one that she was appointed to attend!! Too bad Louisa hadn't agreed to come with her saying that she was an old lady with old interests. Pffftt, she was only twenty seven and hanging out in the Rest Area.

Didn't old people always hang out at The Rest Area whenever they were outdoors? Noooooo, she was just doing her job. Wandering around, she smiled at the bins scattered here and there and gave a wave with her wand to make them a bit more shiny... so people could see them and drop their trash in there.

And look at those cute little happy faces! Aww! She'd like to pinch those cheeks.. but she wasn't that weird, ahem.

Aurora smiled, "Of course, take it. I have hundreds of them at home, I don't really collect them though. You can have them if you like." she said. She liked chocolate frogs but she thought the cards were a little useless. They just took up room... not that that mattered when you could do magic but still, it was nice to have to store something useful rather than a card...

She grinned at Nika, "Seriously, it's fine. But if you insist then I guess I can't do anything to stop you." she chuckled.

PARTY TIME! "Oh wow! Yeah, sure! That sounds brilliant!" No-one had ever thrown her a surprise party before and she guessed that Hogwarts parties had to be the best of all. "I mean... party? What party? Who said anything about a party?" she added, making a mental note to write down the names of her friends.

Aurora turned around as she heard a familiar voice. "Mordred! You're home!" she grinned, wanting to hug him for such amazing gifts but knowing he wouldn't like it. Oh, what the heck. She threw her arms around him, her red hair rippling with the motion. "Thank you, thank you, thank you for the amazing gifts!" she said, stepping back and smiling. "They're fantastic! And the grimoire is just... wow!" Her bright green eyes glittered with happiness as she looked at Mordred. "I got them this morning. Best. Birthday Present. Ever!" she added.

She stood back, "Mordred, what have you got on your head?"

Two weeks ago Leon left the Ministry and went on vacation with his son to Italy, and today he expecting a normal peaceful day at work, hoping everyone will ignore his red burnt skin, and only today he finds out that there is a carnival in Diagon Alley and he wasn't in a carnival mood, he was burnt, he couldn't raise his hands because it was too painful, and he spend two whole weeks in a country full of carnivals with a six year old boy.

The only good thing about the carnival probably is the rest area, and Leon needed a lot of rest. Walking up the wooden stairs, he spotted an empty seat, but he also spotted Marina. Now he had a dilemma, to sit on the bench and ignore her, or to forget about the bench and to say hi. Hmmmmm... Leon walked towards Marina and said, "So how was live without me?" Of course it was a sarcastic question, because she probably didn't even notice that he was gone, and he was also expecting a laugh because his face was completely red.

She was sitting there staring at the young people wandering around or watching the peeps on the Carpet Coaster, the Ferris Wheel and Bouncy Castle. Yep, she was in a good mood despite her brother's shifty acts in the past month. She was here to enjoy herself and work as well.

When BAM! Someone cut her stream of cheerful ideas. Someone who had a.. familiar face with unfamiliar skin color O_o She held down a chuckle and straightened up in her bench, "Leon?" Yes, it was definitely him! She stood up not sure whether to hug him or not, he obviously was burnt.. so she just waved coyly at him, "What's happened to you?!" She hadn't seen him in a long time!

“You’re...welcome.” he said with a little bit of shock as she hugged him.

“Happy Birthday, Aurora.” he hugged her back. He had so much hugs that day that he was able to learn how to finally share it.

“I’m glad you liked it!” he said as he pulled away. “Did you find anything interesting in it? I’m quite sure it will take you time to learn the potions in that book. The grimoire’s pretty rare, and the spells in it are pretty difficult.” he said grinning. “How was your summer?” he asked as he placed his hands inside his pockets.

“Oh this?” he said as he removed the wizard’s hat. “It’s a silly, over-sized wizard’s hat I bought from one of the carnival stalls." he said as he pointed down to the fair. "Thought it’s funny. I never wore our school cap, though. Maybe I should wear this during the school feast.” he said as he placed it on Aurora’s head and smiled at her.

Wooooah-ho-ho! Quite the juggler we got here! and how perfect is it that this juggler has to concentrate on catching them instead of the balls in the air. Frankie counted 4.. But in rotation the juggler wouldn't notice if there was only three correct? When the juggler was focusing on catching Frankie snagged a ball out of the rotation, mid-air, and casually put it in his pocket. Then casually started backing away.

Just because his skin was burnt doesn't mean he looks like or is a different person. Leon, is a unique man, and no one in the whole world looks like him, or maybe... he looked older. Hopefully he didn't, he has a six year old boy in his house, he doesn't want to look like a grandfather to his son, it's too embarrassing. But probably it was hard to recognize him because he was burnt, right?

"I just came back from vacation," he began saying, "and err... When you're on vacation, for a two weeks, in Italy, and you forget to put on suncream when needed, you usually get burnt." Yep, that pretty much explained everything. But now it is his turn to ask a question. "And may I ask why is there a bloody carnival in Diagon Alley?" He needed an answer... Now. He doesn't like being left behind, not knowing what is going on.

John looked up, losing a little bit of his concentration as someone appeared and began talking to him. He smiled at the man, continuing to juggle his 4 balls. Maybe he would add the 5th ball, so that he'd look pretty impressive. "Well....I can quite a lot." He nodded, reaching inti his pocket and pulling a fifth ball out. He grinned, before beginning to juggle the 5 balls. He really tried to concentrate hard now, so that he wouldn't drop any of the balls. That would be really embarrassing.

"See....?" John beamed, as he continued to juggle the 5 balls. he was doing pretty well with 5 of them. This was very good.

But as he continued to juggle he frowned a little. Hmm. He was sure he'd been juggling 5 balls. But now there didn't seem to be 5, because it seemed a lot easier. He laughed a little, and grinned. "Or maybe I can just do 4."

Vacation. Naturally, they were in summer right? And Italy! Wow. That was.. huge. "That's really great. You went with your son too right? How was it?" She had no idea if Leon had a fiance or a girlfriend or whatever. He seemed a bit touchy when it came to discussing such-

A young child had finished earing his sweet and was crumpling the wrappings up. Marina's attention snapped instantly toward him as she watched him go to the trash bin and throw it there. Smirking to herself, she looked back at Leon. She liked it when people seemed to be really into recycling and environmental, "I don't know why. But I think it's great! I've never seen a magical Carnival in Diagon Alley before. Have you?" Maybe there was one in Italy? "But I'm assigned to watch over the recycling bin around here. A small project to see how green are our wizards and witches." She gave a nod approving their greenness so far.

Anastasiya stood and smiled as the younger girl got up to show her what she could do. Nodding and grinning as she watched, the Contortionist slipped down into box splits, leaning forward and looking incredibly comfortable.

"Zee. Zat very impressive" she clapped after the young girls performance. "You could be Contortionist like Anastasiya in few years" she nodded.
