Dani squeezed his hand as she watched the girl go- "I think she just thinks we want alone time" she said reassuringly- "You can try and call her back if you want?" she asked him softly as they shuffled along in the queue a little.

Philip smiled. "No, that's alright. I can talk to her later. Presley would like to be with her friends now, as she should. She wouldn't have nearly as much fun hanging around us." He said, shrugging and squeezing Danielle's hand.

"She is your friend" Dani smiled- "She was so excited to see you" she said reassuringly as she squeezed his hand back and smiled widely at him. "It'll be easier to hang with people back at school and stuff too, I promise" she said softly as she kissed his cheek.

"What do you need help for?" he asked, still looking out at the scenery, so small and it still could get smaller, he looked upwards, they still weren't at the top yet. "Be quiet and look around" he said, he wondered why Rose would be yelling so much. "Unless there's a zombie aboard I doubt it, why would you die?" he said" he looked at her and realized. Rose, a Gryffindor was screaming. "Bravery and courage, that's what they say about Gryffindors" he mumbled.

Philip smiled and squeezed Dani, kissing her cheek as well. "I Know, baby. It's alright. Let's just try to enjoy the day." He smiled, looking Dani in the eye, not paying attention to their place in line.

Rose cried. 'I've already TOLD YOU!' Rose cried. 'I don't like heights! You said yourself, there're stuff YOU'RE scared of!' Rose trembled. She continued to cry, but shut up. Tyler obviously thought she was an idiot. HE hadn't been transported on top of a church for a hour. She had. Stuck up there. And now. 'B-Bravery and courage!? WE'RE GOING UP TO 500FT!' Rose cried. God. Just somehow make this a bad dream. No. A voice in her head said. We're going to do this. Rose looked over the edge, hand over her mouth. The ground was so small. The PEOPLE were so small! 'T-Tyler. I-I don't think you've noticed but I am BLOOMIN' terrified!' Rose gasped. No. Carry on Rose! The voice told her. She opened her eyes again. She realised it sounded like her mum. 'Alright. Tyler. You wanna know what my mum told me when I was little? Don't be scared. Or at least don't show it. I bet she was terrified when she got Cancer.' Rose trembled. She pulled a tissue and wiped her eyes. 'I'm gonna be brave. Like my mum.' Rose said firmly. She looked up at the clouds. 'It's really pretty here.' Rose stated.

Tyler started at her blankly, he had to get the basket with the crazy person. "Whaaa?" he said, he didn't remember saying anything. Once she got to what must have only been the tenth word he switched off, he always did that when people talked for too long, he never listened. "That's great and all but do you think you could be a tiny bit quiet?" he asked, "I mean, it's cool and all but look, we're probably moving at a snails pace compared to most rides, those tiny people down there can probably hear you" he said as he glanced over the sides looking down at them, only realizing how small they looked, it was good to be this high in the air again.

She finally started quieting down, he was relieved, he lent he his back looking up at the fluffy balls of whiteness. White candy floss. "Now I'm hungry" he said out loud.

Dani nodded- "Yeah!" she said softly as she watched him closely and waited for anyone to tell them that they could get on this Ferris Wheel! She was used to waiting for rides though; it was a pretty normal thing. "Anyway... I was thinking that we could take my niece out for the day soon?" she asked him curiously as she leaned against him gently.

'Dear Lord, those are people!?' Rose smiled. 'I thought they were ants.' Rose chuckled. She rolled her eyes. Yeah, Tyler, the one who noticed nothing. Probably didn't even hear me say about being brave like my mum. Or just doesn't care. Rose thought miserably

Rose laughed. 'Yeah, I'm hungry too! Remember when we first met, we were cloudbusting? You couldn't see anything, you thought it was alllll candyfloss...' Rose chuckled remembering. 'Then we went to try and find some candyfloss on the table? But, instead we ate beans!' Rose said reminiscently. This was a nice place to chat. Rose decided. 'You're lucky, I've just been to Sugarplums!' Rose laughed as she pulled out of her purse some chocolate. 'Want some?' Rose waved it infront of his face.

Philip shrugged. "I don't see why not." He smiled at Dani, leaning back up against her and nuzzling her lovingly. He didn't mind waiting in line at all. If anything, he enjoyed it. It gave them time to just talk about things they maybe didn't always have time to chat about.

Dani watched him closely- "She'll love you!" she laughed as she brushed back her curls and smiled widely- "I know she will... she's a bit of a handful though" she admitted with a little widening of her eyes, she then shook it off with her hand. "Nah, she'll be good" she said as she laughed a little.

Philip smiled. "I'm looking forward to the challenge." He smirked at Dani jokingly. He was quite fond of small children, especially when they behaved how they looked - Adorable.

Dani laughed- "As am I!" she said, giving her boyfriend a small high five as she giggled- they must be crazy taking that three year old out for the day, but hopefully it would be fun. It most likely would be- Lana was a sweetie when she wanted to be. "Do you have any little kids in your family?" she asked him softly.

Looking at all of the new people in the queue, Jean cupped a hand over her mouth. "Step righ' up! Fo' o' less to a baske'!"

OOC: For those on the ride, get off whenever you like. Doing it this way because it would be too tedious to actually direct everyone off of the ride and to cut your RP short, and then to get others onto the ride.

Even if Josh wasn't living at the house anymore, she felt rather lucky to have gotten him away from his Uncle's place and to this carnival that randomly showed up in Diagon Alley. Why was there a carnival here in the first place? Were they celebrating something?

It didn't matter though. Not when she saw that GIANT ride thing right there. HOLY MERLIN! Just look at how high it went! "Joooooosh!" she grinned, looking to him eagerly. "I want to go on that one." Like, right now.

Tug tug.

This place seemed to be...so much fun!!!

His mouth half open with amazement, Josh looked around as he wandered in the carnival area with his beloved girlfriend. Wow! Just wow! This was the first time he had ever visited a carnival after all. And this one was not just a carnival at all, it was a magical carnival!!! So, this was awesome. It totally worth coming here from all that way. Eh...it would still worth it there had been no carnival, on the other hand, since he was with his Evelyn.

The boy was eyeing the huge Ferris Wheel with a huge smirk and the the smirk became wider when he looked back at the Slytherin as she voiced his name. ''Hmmmm?''

Aha! She wanted to go on the huge wheel!!!

''To appeal me, it should be moving faster.'' he said first then well he was being tugged. Oooor who cared if it moved slowly there was the fact that he was going to be alone with his girlfriend metres above everyone else. Hehehe. ''Buuut okay. I am sure the look at the top is amazing.''

As if he cared about that.

Moving faster? Well, she supposed that would make it even more interesting, but look at how high it went! She didn't care that is was slow. She just wanted to be up there without having to be on a broom.

Not that he had a choice. She would drag him onto that ride whether he liked it or not. Kicking and screaming!

Maybe she wouldn't if he didn't want to, but those thoughts disappeared once they were at the ride. GIGGLE! Ferris...Wheel? That was an AWFUL name for this ride, not to mention boring. She mentally scoffed at it. If it wasn't so cool looking, she wouldn't go on it because of that name. "How high do you think it goes?"

Well...this was going to be fun!! Could have been much more fun if it had worked the way he thought but this was still...fun. Hahahaha!! Following the girlfriend obediently, he just stared at her soft dark hair while they approached the ferris wheel. As usual the Slytherin girl was the one in charge after all, so he needed not to look around much right now. She knew where she went and the lion boy was just following her.

Once they were on it, Josh settled himself down on the seat thing comfortably and fixed his eyes on the she-snake again. On second thought. Actually it was way better that the ride was slow. Or it should have been slower...maybe. Hehe. So he could spend more time there, up high, away from the other people's curious eyes.

Upon hearing Evelyn's question, Josh moved his gaze to look down then up to measure the height of it but...eh...his eyes were no tape measure, were they? ''Ummm...i don't know really. But i am sure it is no higher than the point i want to take you.''

As an empty basket appeared in front of them, Evelyn took her seat and waited for Josh to do so as well. Hmmm. Well this was cozy. It would've been even better if this thing had no top on it, but no matter. It would have to do!

Looking at Josh, her cheeks began to turn a rosy pink, the beginnings of a blush since he was staring at her with those big brown eyes of his, and she took a deep breath when he turned his gaze elsewhere. Blushing? Really Flores?

His answer to his question had her smiling though. A shy smile perhaps? She could do those ever now and then. "How high would that be?" she asked lightly, curious to know. Also, why hasn't he? Hehe.

Laughing, Dallin nodded. Although Ellie couldn't see him, because she had her head on his shoulder again. He kept his eyes open, looking to the front of the basket while he waited for them to get to the top of the Ferris wheel. If it wasn't wasn't so noisy on the ground, and they weren't on a portable carnival ride, it might be sort of peaceful. Nice.

He was quiet as Ellie explained why she was happy. When she started talking about how she was going to die, and about how her fourth year was so bad, he grimaced. Yes, he still didn't like talking about her curse. It just... wasn't good, even if she was cured and wasn't going to die. But then, she said that he was the reason she was happier than she'd been in years. That sort of shocked Dal. He didn't know what he could have possibly done to make her that happy. Besides help save her life, or whatever. If you could count what he did 'helping save her life.'

"I -" Oh! Nevermind! Lookie here! "We're almost at the top," he said, nudging the arm Ellie was leaning against. "Look!"

Totally missing the slight and beautiful colour change on the she-snake's face, Josh shot another curious look at up and down still trying to figure out the height though he knew he was never going to be able to do so. He just knew that this basket was going to be the highest thing he had ever been into. Riiight, he had never been in an airplane, either.

As they got higher and higher slowly, Josh felt like he was getting excited however he knew it had nothing to do with the ferris wheel ride. It was, very well, because of the fact that he had his beloved with him and they were getting away and away from the crowd as the ferris wheel moved.

Taking a deep breath, he stared back at Evelyn right into her adorable hazel eyes and a warm, sincere smile appeared on his face when she asked the next question. ''As high as my love can take you.'' He could not name a certain height, though, because... ''And i don't think its possible for any known ways to measure my love for you. Numbers can go forever.''

Skye stared at the giant ferris wheel that was in front of her. No way. She was so going on this. Man, magic was awesome. The young witch walked up to the line and waited for an empty basket to come from the 500 ft wheel.

When it finally did come, she decided she didn't want to go on this alone. So she sat there, but waited for the next person to come. Hey, even if they were a stranger, it didn't matter. She could make friends at Hogwarts through this! She sighed and leaned back in the seat and waited for the first person that would come.

For a second Isobel thought he was going to take her hand, like he did when they went up into the Treehouse. To her immense disappointment, he didn't. She tried to be her normally cheerfully self as they made the walk from the stage to the Ferris Wheel. It didn't work so well; and she hoped he blamed it on her fear of the Ferris Wheel. Truthfully, that was 90% of what was making her less cheerful than usual.

And then they were there. Isobel looked up, up, up, at the large Ferris Wheel. The prospect of riding in it terrified her, and she was glad Damien was there, whether or not he was holding her head.

"Hello," Isobel said cheerfully to the carnival person who was there. Then she waited for Damien. Truthfully, she was stalling having to go up there, but she tried to convince herself that she was waiting for Damien.

He wanted to take her hand. As a friendly gesture, of course, but there was the complication of another guy in Isobel's life, and last thing Damien needed right now was more complications. His entire life was a big one that was just now starting to figure itself out.

One of the many things he could discuss with her on their ride. It could certainly be a long one.

Damien trailed slightly behind Isobel and heard her greet the person who was working the Ferris Wheel. He gave the man a friendly nod and greeting before walking up behind along side her. "You --- You're sure you want to go up there?" he asked. He was starting to feel bad because the poor girl really did have some crazy aversion to heights. Yet, she was the Hufflepuff Quidditch Captain and kept urging him to go flying with her.

Crazy girl.

"I'll be with you the whole time," he added. The whole ride that is. Bah! Why couldn't anything be simple. Where was Lockhart when you needed him? Damien stepped ahead of Isobel and into the basket, holding it as steady as he could for her to climb in. Looked about as chivilrous as a goat. Ferris Wheel's could be considered a more --- romantic ride. The operator probably thought he was being a complete git towards her.

It's not like her boyfriend would be anywhere nearby. Not to mention the fact that Isobel probably wouldn't even be with Damien if her boyfriend was somwhere around the carnival.

And it was just a friendly gesture.

"Come on, Isobel," he urged, slowly extending his hand out to her.
