The Worple and Warmsley Magical Travelling CarnivalThe Worple and Warmsley Magical Travelling Carnival is here for the first time in Diagon Alley. Sponsored by all your favourite shops of Diagon Alley, the carnival is here for the summer! With magical rides and games, food stalls, knick-knacks and entertainment, this is a party for all ages that you won't want to miss.
Scattered on both sides of the main stage are the carnival's biggest money makers. The stalls and vendors. The lights, bells and whistles from each stall seem to mesh together, drowning out the sounds of the petting zoo nearby, but maybe not the smell? There's hoopla, coconut shy, weight guessing, pinball racing, and of course the infamous test your strength stalls, just to name a few, all with a magical twist. For those who'd prefer a moving picture as a keepsake to the mini stuffed animal they won as a consolation prize, there's faceless standees: humorous cardboard cutouts that come in pairs or groups of three in various sizes. The photographer stands ready to snap your silly photos and greedily accept your money.
For those who'd rather not waste their time with frivolous games, and just want the big prize, there are vendors just for selling merchandise, though they do cost a pretty sickle. While there are a few vendors selling various confectioneries intended to rot your teeth to the core, both magical and mundane, many are selling knickknacks. Some vendors sell questionable jewelry and pretty trinkets, along with glowworm sticks. Others have oversized and miniature wizard hats, sunglasses intermixed with the large stuffed animals and magical balloons. And then there are those that sell magical firecrackers that the carnies suggest waiting to set off until you get home. They may have been rumored to have sent wizards to Mungo's for minor burns, but what do the carnies care? It's not as if they're liable for any of you lot.
The carnies aren't the only ones attempting to sell items. A few of the vendors belong to your local shopkeepers attempting to sell items such as sparkler wands and glow in the dark wand holsters.
Wander around with your friends, and have fun! Just don't get a bad case of sticky fingers.
OOC: Feel free to interact with the Carnival Stalls & Vendors wandering Carnie, Slick Gibbins (Anna Banana), chat, play and win a prize!
Dude. The Pensevies aint got nothing on you. Aslan is the God
Amy shrugged, all nochalent...if she could spell/prononce/knew what it meant it would be better, but still, she conceded with a nod, "I'll let you off on that one" she nodded, mainly because that was a relativley nice way to say "stop talking". Generally Sammy wasn't included in this people tended to either give her a blunt "shut up" or the more imaginative one's tended to come up with a narnia themed insult. So petty. But then she stormed off, which was probably more childish.
"Uhuh. Well" she faltered "techniqly I'm from Greenwich, but you know" she tilted her head to the side "I spend more time there than here so yeah" she eventually finished with a nod "am I to assume you're not?"

'I seem to be entering a lot of weird clubs lately. Like the I Hate William one. Oh, but you haven't heard of that. Most of my friends are annoyed at some boy in my year and they're uniting forces.' Ariadne chuckled. 'I know that sounds terrible, but he's really irritating most of the times.' Ari started to wonder whether she was talking a bit too much.
Her remark did sound pure-blood-ish, indeed, but she wasn't one, nevertheless. 'I grew up in the wizarding world, but I'm, in fact, Half-Blood.' she replied briefly, not feeling the need to get into details about her messed-up family. 'Which is your favourite magical fairytale?' Safe territory, safe conversation subject. Hopefully.
'You should ask Madam Donovan for career counselling. I went to the Headmaster to ask him what I needed in order to become a wandmaker, but he sent me to our Head of House instead. I reckon I must take an apprenticeship with a registered wandmaker after I graduate, and I must be really good with magical creatures, Transfiguration and Charms.' Ariadne replied, twirling her hair, deep in thought.
Emily raised her eyebrows and chuckled slightly. "William? William Starr or something isn't it? I think I talked to him briefly last year. What's he done that's so irritating?" she asked. That kid had come off a bit strange, but she hadn't really talked to him for long, so it was hard to judge.
She wished she hadn't sounded so bad. "Oh, me too." she nodded, not wanting to go into details. "I really like the fountain of fair fortune from the tales of beedle the bard, but my sister prefers the tale of three brothers. What about you?"
She paused for a moment, thinking about it. Her head of house didn't really like her that much, but she was sure she'd have forgotten about that since it was so long ago. "That's a good idea. I may just do that, thanks." she smiled. Ari was so helpful! "I'm guessing I'd proabably have to be good at care of magical creatures as well. At the moment I'm probably average." she really did not like admitting that. "So since we like reading so much, is it likely I'm to see you in the school's library some time?" she grinned.

Although it would be wonderful to be famous one day and to see her daughters names in lights, it didn't always go that way. Not always did people get their dreams and instead have to stick to occasional extras and the odd advert here and there. Trix didn't want to see her child go through dissapointment. "I'm hoping she'll excel in school like I had done" Or tried to do. Though becoming Head Girl and achieving all 12 of her OWLs was definitely something to be proud about.
The Blonde picked up her baby carefully into her arms as she found somewhere to sit, rocking her softly as the child continued to sleep. She looked back up at Emma, tilting her head as she listened to what she was saying. She herself had plentiful drama in her schooling days. First year she ended up in some complicated love pentagon which slowly evolved to be something bigger. A few months in, she ended up with full blown memory loss which even to this day left her with very little recollection of her childhood. Her second year was awful, the leaving of her Best Friend and then her sudden outburst of love for him at the end of term feast. Her seventh year had been alright. Apart from yearning for her bestie to come back, she had met her now fiancé and completely fallen in love, all whilst planning for a very exciting prefect tea party. "Oh that is a shame" she stated, biting her lip. The Malfoys did have their traits still. Her parents had mellowed, as had a lot of the family but their past and the underlining of their pureblooded ways still stayed. "I've never met your boyfriend, I hope you drag him to my wedding" she giggled, winking at her. It was strange that, she would have made the effort but the pair still remained at school where Trixie did not.
"Oh I know your struggles" she sighed, glancing down at the floor before squeezing her cousin with a one armed hug. "I had a muggleborns child. My baby isn't even a pureblood. Dad went completely crazy at Freddie but once he saw his granddaughter, well he couldn't turn her away could he? Mum was okay, she just.. cried" she spoke, a serious tone in her voice. "Luckily Freds went to him first when he asked for my hand in marriage. Asked his permission. It was so romantic" the nineteen year old giggled. "I'm sure your parents will warm up to the idea. As long as your boyfriend makes you happy they can't exactly take him away can they?" she asked, believing truly that they would. "What did your boyfriend think of them? They didn't scare him away did they?" she asked, a glint in her eye and a mischievous smile. She knew Freddie wasn't exactly comfortable around her dad anymore, she was sure the poor boy thought the same.
Aww. Emma definitely was a sweetie wasn't she? "Thank you. I'll be okay until a few days before. I KNOW I'll be a nervous wreck on the day. Its massive you know? I just want everything to be perfect" she sighed thinking about it. But the main thing was that she was marrying the man she loved. "Oliver?" she repeated cackling. "No I have my own ideas up my sleeve for him" she giggled. It was a secret though. It would take a lot of persuasion but oh boy, it was going to happen. But the whole planning thing was scary. She had very little time left and a lot to do. She would end up relying on all her friends and family to make everything special.
"Or maybe a sandy type colour, you know?" she asked. It would all have to fit the theme. "I'll go pick some dresses out and then drag you all to the shop sometime to make sure you're all comfortable" Because she wouldn't want them feeling or looking uncomfortable. All she knew was what the theme was and they would HAVE to look incredibly pretty. "I'm thinking long and flowy" but nothing too flashy. Oh no. THAT was Trixie's job after all wasn't it? "And it doesn't matter about the price, this is my treat after all" which meant beautiful jewellery and amazing heels. Depending on whether they could all walk in heels. Merlin. How awful would it be if one of them tripped up or fell flat on their face?
D:
The blonde nodded her head as Trixie went on to say that she hoped her daughter had a successful career. Emma hoped so to but if the girl was already a drama queen at her young age, then who knew what would happen as she aged! The younger Malfoy nodded again. "That's true. Merlin, I have OWLS this year. I'm not too excited for them. How were they when you went through?" she asked, fidgeting with her bracelet.
The Malfoy frowned a bit as Trixie told her that it was a shame that her parents didn't exactly like the fact that young Emma was dating a muggleborn. Emma was disappointed in her parents for not letting these grudges go because the Slytherin thought that these prejudices were silly. She wished that one day her parents would see others the way she saw them, not by their blood statuses but by who they really were. The blonde chuckled. "Well, I definitely will have to bring him! He loves to have a good time and he's such a sweet guy," she began as she imagined Braeden at a wedding surrounded by Malfoys. Oh Merlin. The poor lion had a huge run with the Malfoys.
Trixie knew how she felt? Oh Freddie was a muggleborn. Ohh.. Emma didn't know that. Her warm brown eyes gazed at her cousin's and she gave her a weak smile. Merlin. If their grandfather Malfoy was still alive he would probably have a heart attack. Seeing his perfect pureblood grand-daughters off with muggleborns. "No, you couldn't resist Tabs. She's adorable. And good on Freddie. That must have earned in some points with the in-laws," added Emma, a bit more seriously than before and with a wide smile. Good job Freddie. That earned Freddie some points with the Malfoys. Definitely did. Merlin, he was really brave. The blonde grinned at her cousin. "Oh Merlin, Trix. I really do hope so." And her thoughts travelled back to a conversation she had had earlier with Alfie. 'I want an invite to you and Brae's wedding, said Alfie and the Emma had blushed deeply. Who knew? He was a seventh year, she was a fifth year. "Well, at first Braeden was really unsure about Draco but then the two of them got along really well. He thought Mother was kinder than Father. And Father scared him. So hopefully, he'll become comfortable around Father. One day or never." she explained, chuckling a little as she remembered how the two had met. Oh Merlin.
The Malfoy nodded again. Yeah, everything perfect. Plus it was Trix's special day and all. The blonde giggled as well. Trixie had a plan up her sleeve. OOh. The blonde wiggled her eyebrows. "OOh, I'd like to know that plan. But perhaps its a surprise," she said, with a smirk as she continued wiggling her eyes. Oh yes. The prankster wanted in. Dress shopping? A sandy coloured? Hmm... okay. Truth be told, Emma would prefer green or blue but she wasn't exactly going to tell her cousin, so she nodded and smiled. Besides, it was Trix's special day and she didn't want to ruin it. "Awesome, Trix. Yeah, that would work perfectly. Long and flowy, sounds cute," beamed Emma. Merlin, weddings seemed exciting. Really, really exciting. But Emma didn't want to get married just yet, maybe in a few years or something. Trix was going to pay? "Pay? But Trix. Mother said that she and Father would help pay too. If you wanted. After all, you are her FAVOURITE niece. And if I hadn't told you that Mother would have been furious, " she explained, truthfully. Yes, her mother wanted to help her favourite niece out as much as possible.
Damon could tell that Alex was about an uncomfortable surrounded by this many people as he was, so when she took his hand to pull him to the side he really didn't mind. She seemed kind of embarrassed by the action, although Damon wished she didn't. "Good idea moving to the side," Damon said with a little chuckle, pressing himself as close to the wall behind them as possible. "Who knew it was possible to constantly be in the way?"
"I don't think you'd embarrass me because I'm sure you are much better than me," Damon said to Alex's comment about not being very good at them. "Although I think they do that on purpose. I have yet to ever go to a carnival where it is easy to win a game. I think that would kill their business if all the games were possible to beat." Damon looked around at the various games, thinking that one involving throwing would be probably be the safest and best for him. "What game would you like to try?" Damon asked, figuring Alex would be more comfortable if she got to pick the game. After all, she knew her strengths and weaknesses.
Alex turned slightly so that she stood next to Damon. Wow. It really felt good to stay away from the madness. Hm. Thinking about it..maybe, she was claustrophobic. Who knew? She felt slightly relieved when Damon didn't comment on the whole 'holding his hand' situation. She nodded when he said it was a good idea. "Yeah. I mean, standing in the middle of a crowd..you know, someone would end up pushing us or something.." Well, there was zero chance of that actually happening..ah, anyway. It was always better to prepare for the worst, right?
"Well, I'm terrible." She had been to a carnival a few years back and she actually ended up losing all the games she played. She nodded in agreement. "Yeah. True, that." Obviously, it would be next to impossible to win the game but she was still feeling a little nervous to even try. What if she was really bad and embarrassed herself in front of Damon? Huh. What game? "Um. I don't know.." Alex said as she eyed the stall on the opposite side. "How about hoopla?"
"It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you are not."

"Yeah, right in the middle of things is definitely not the best place to be," Damon said with a little chuckle. He was actually surprised that they weren't run into at all while they were standing there, trying to adjust and take it all in. "But if someone had pushed you I would have straightened them out," Damon said with a little nod toward Alex. It was one thing to push him but it was another thing entirely to push a girl.
"We don't have to if you don't want to," Damon said, wanting to make sure that Alex had fun today, not forced into doing something that she didn't want to do. He looked around the site while Alex thought about it, before turning his head towards the hoopla stand. "I'm not sure I've ever played that one before, but I'm willing to give it a go," Damon said with a little smile. "And who knows, maybe we'll get some beginners luck working on our side!"

"I know." Alex laughed. Her smile faded when she realized that it was starting to get more crowded..if that was even possible. Jeez. She blushed at his next comment. "Oh, really?'' She faced the crowd and hoped that he hadn't seen her bright red face. "I never knew you were a type of guy to straighten people out." She said, with a grin.
"Well, I guess it will be fun." Alex looked rather doubtful. It wasn't like she didn't want to try..but, she didn't want to make a complete fool of herself. She looked at him surprised when he said that he'd never played hoopla before. "Oh? It's like a really popular game..especially in a fair like this." She gave a small smile. "Yeah. Hopefully. You ready?"

"Well I always prefer conversation to confrontation, but if the situation calls for it, I do what I have to," Damon said with a little shrug. He noticed that Alex's face had blushed a little, but he didn't want to comment on it, or make Alex feel like he had noticed it, so he kept his face neutral. "I'm not the strongest guy in the world, but I know how to take care of myself." Throughout Damon's childhood he had lived in some rough areas, and if you didn't have at least a basic level of self defense training you were done for. That's just the way it was.
Damon wasn't sure if he was ready, but Alex looked ready and that was good enough for him. "Sure," Damon said with a little smile, taking hold of Alex's hand and leading them over to the game. He hoped she didn't mind, but he just wanted to make sure they didn't get lost or separated while moving through the mass of people that had somehow managed to get even larger during the couple of minutes they had been standing to the side talking. "Since you're more familiar with how the game works, would you like to go first?"

"Okay." Alex replied with a small smile. She winced at what he said. Oh gosh. She was just joking and he actually took her seriously? "Hey, I was kidding." She placed her hand lightly on his shoulder. "And, I think you're strong. I mean, look at you. You've been on your own for practically all your life but you're doing great! You have a job that you like, you travel, you have friends..so yeah, to be able to manage on your own like that..takes a lot of strength and courage." She took a deep breath and turned to face the crowd again. She seriously had no idea what made her say that.
"Great." She smiled as he led her through the crowd. Gosh. There must be thousands of people around here. Okay well..not thousands but definitely hundreds. Go first? Um, well. She knew what the game was but she never said that she was good at it. She gave a small groan. "Well..if you want me to.

Damon looked at Alex and gave her a little smirk. "I know you were. It's actually nice to be looked at as less intimidating than I was back in the states. I was just in such a dark place that I instinctively seemed to push people away rather than pull them closer." Damon didn't really like to talk about that period of time since he wasn't particularly proud of some of things he'd done and said to people. The past was in the past, right? "And thank you," Damon said with another little smile at her compliments. "I appreciate that."
"Or I can go first so you can realize how much more I am going to suck at this than you," Damon said with a little laugh. "I just have no idea how to play, so if you'd be willing to give me some instructions or guidelines, that would be very helpful!"

Alex felt like turning around and just banging her head on the wall! She was so annoyed with herself. Of course he knew that she was kidding. What made her think otherwise? Great. She'd gone ahead and made a complete fool of herself. Anyhow..she listened to what he said and said, "You're not intimidating at all! Well, you have to focus on the present..you can't change the past and you can't predict the future.." Seriously, what was wrong with her? Since..when was she so good at giving advice to people? She was usually the one in need of advice all the time. She sighed and shook her head. "You're welcome." She smiled. "Always here to give you compliments." She said, giving him a wink.
"I don't think anyone can be worse than me!" Hmm. Instructions? "Nothing really..if I give you any, you'll probably suck more."

"You say that now, but you didn't know me back then," said Damon with a little frown. "I was a completely different person then." Damon looked at Alex, not entirely sure why she looked like she was going to beat herself up. Had Damon said something wrong? She certainly hadn't said anything to elicit her being embarrassed. "That's true," said Damon with a little nod of the head. "The past is the past." Damon was staring at the game when Alex said she was always there to give him compliments. He turned to look at her just in time to see her little wink. Was she flirting with him? Damon couldn't stop a smirk from playing across his lips. "Well that goes both ways," Damon said with another little smile.
She didn't have any instructions for him? Damon looked at the game with a somewhat uncertain feeling. He supposed you were just supposed to take the little rings and get them to wrap around the bottles. At least, that's what he thought hoopla was. "Alright, I'll give it a go," Damon said. Handing the carnie the right amount of money Damon picked up three rings and positioned himself in front of the bottles. This was going to go terribly.
Damon shifted two of the rings into his left hand, keeping the one in his right, before easing his arm back and under throwing the ring towards the bottles. Damon let out a little laugh as the ring landed sideways on top of one of the bottles, hitting the lip part of it and reflecting off, landing on a back counter. "Want to try throwing the next one?" Damon asked, handing out a ring towards Alex.

Amy shrugged, all nochalent...if she could spell/prononce/knew what it meant it would be better, but still, she conceded with a nod, "I'll let you off on that one" she nodded, mainly because that was a relativley nice way to say "stop talking". Listening to how Amy stumbled over her words, Shannon raised his eyebrows at her again. "Nah. Well, kind of." He told her shrugging his shoulders. "Parents divorced, mum lives here in London, dad lives in New York, I lived with my dad up until the summer but I've come to London often to stay with my mum and sister." He explained. And that was basically his entire life story, minus a few details that no one really cared about, ever. "Never really got to go out and explore London before though." Shannon mused.

Amy gave him a little grin, as she realised how idiotic she'd just sound. She really needed to start slowing down her talking. Urgently. But his story was quite interesting actually. Wow. I went to New York once. She nodded dumbly. It's big she said, nodding her head. What part of New York? She asked, intrigued, was he a rich boy? Ooh. Or from the "wrong side of the tracks". She had thought he was American, but Amy was rubbish with picking up accents.
But he'd never explored London? Was he mad? Only the best place EVER
Oh. You must! Amy nodded excitedly, Harvey Niks is okay, but oh, London is soooo cool Amy nodded, all proud of her London roots

"Yeah its been ages. I didn't see you around the castle last term at all." And that's kinda suck. She knew perfectly well that the Hogwarts castle was huge and its really difficult to meet Emma especially they're not in the same house. "I'm pretty good." she told her. "It feels great especially after we beat you guys." she joked.
"Yeah," she said blushing slightly. "It seems I spent too much time holed up in the common room." She had spent so much time reading, She felt like she should have transfered to Ravenclaw. Laughing, she said "You guys were awesome this year. Winning the quiddich, gobstone, and house cups. Just dont expect it to happen again this year." she said giving the other girl a wink. This year, Em was determined to earn house points. "so, are you going to try out for quiddich again this year?" Looking over at one of the booths, Em asked, "So, want to hang out? What should we do?"
"What you were back then..doesn't really matter now. As long as you have changed." Alex looked at the hoopla stall, feeling a little excited. Yeah..it did look like fun. She noticed him staring at her, looking confused but she continued looking at the game ahead. She really didn't want him to know how embarrassed she really was. She nodded when he said that past was the past. "How true." She turned to give him a smile but..was he just smirking? She pushed him playfully and asked, "What are you smirking at?"
"Great." Alex stood back and watched him throw one of the rings. She noticed that ring just bounced off the bottle. She laughed and nodded in approval. "Hey. For someone who has never even played the game before, you're doing great."
She grimaced but accepted the ring that Damon held out for her. Uh. She couldn't help but think that this was going to be a complete disaster. She pulled her arm back and carefully threw the ring towards the bottles. She girnned when the ring hit one of the bottles and landed on a table nearby. "See? I told you." Ah, well. Even though she was terrible, the girl was still enjoying herself.

Emily was chuckling, which meant she didn't change her opinion on Ari because the second year had admitted she disliked a housemate. So far, so good. 'Yes, it's him!' Ariadne nodded fervently. 'Well...' Ari trailed off, thinking of the best way to explain. 'He's really cheesy and used to hit on every girl he saw. My friend Rose hates him because he left her for someone else...' Pfft. How could someone be in love during first year anyways? Moving on: 'And my bestie, Gwen, hates him because he's been rude to her, and I...I hate him because of what I've mentioned before, but also because...he earned more housepoints than me and I worked really hard.' she mumbled the last part, making it almost inaudible, hoping Emily wouldn't think she was just mean and bitter.
'Oh, I love both of them, but my favourite has to be 'The Warlock's Hairy Heart.' It might not be as good as the rest for most people, but it's got drama and tragedy, my favourite genres.' Ariadne mused.
'I'm not such an expert at Care of Magical Creatures either, but we've still got plenty of time to improve. It's not like we're seventh years.' Ari said, though she secretly hated not knowing enough, as the perfectionist she was. 'Definitely. I spend most of my free time in the library.' Gosh, how nerdy did that sound?
"Yeah," she said blushing slightly. "It seems I spent too much time holed up in the common room." She had spent so much time reading, She felt like she should have transfered to Ravenclaw. Laughing, she said "You guys were awesome this year. Winning the quiddich, gobstone, and house cups. Just dont expect it to happen again this year." she said giving the other girl a wink. This year, Em was determined to earn house points. "so, are you going to try out for quiddich again this year?" Looking over at one of the booths, Em asked, "So, want to hang out? What should we do?"
"No wonder you've a pale skin." Freya joked. "You should spent more time in the outdoor or you would end up transparent." she giggled. "Yeah we're" but then again they always awesome she couldn't help to smirk. The Slytherin definitely ruled the school last term. "No we would do better this year." they would definitely do everything to keep it that way. "Of course." Wasn't that obvious she won't give up quidditch for anything. "Sure. Hmm..I dunno. Have you tried one of the attraction yet?" the blonde asked. Maybe they could go to one of those things.
"It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you are not."

Damon fell sideways slightly at Alex's playful push, but he didn't really mind. He started laughing before giving her a gentle little push back. "Oh, nothing in particular," he said, with a mock dreamy voice. Honestly Damon hadn't had this much fun in a while.
Damon took a little bow as Alex complimented him on his throwing. "Why thank you. I actually did much better than I had been expecting." Damon took a step sideways so that Alex would have enough room to throw, watching as she winded back and gently tossed the ring. Damon thought she had for a second there, a little smile of amusement playing across his face as the ring hit the bottle and bounced off the same way his did.
"Well it's good to know we're both in the same boat," Damon said with a little laugh. "Here...you throw the last ring. Yours came much closer to landing on the bottle than mine did."

She giggled when he took a bow. Oh, wait. Since when did she start giggling!? She sighed. Things were starting to get a little confusing. So..yeah, maybe she did have a really small crush on Damon but..she wasn't sure if he'd want to...nope. She shook her head. No, she wasn't going to give it any more thought. Gosh. Total confusion. Anyway.. "Yeah, you did. You have a natural talent, my friend." She said, with a grin.
"Me? No. Not at all. You should give it a try. You did WAY better than me." Alex gave him a smile. "I'm pretty sure you're going to land the ring on the bottle this time."

Summer work sucked, totally.Who ever had the idea that you should work during summer was nuts."Have you been to other places aroudn the carnival already?",Fee asked smiling,"summer should be there to have fun and nothing else."As the girl noticed Ellie paying extra attention to a blue shiny necklace she made a mental note that she would check out on it later,to get it for Ellie if she wasnt able to afford it herself."Yeees it totally is",she nodded,"it matches your house too."A true Ravenclaw.
Ellie laughed lightly at Fee. She was telling the truth about her being pretty? Ellie shook her head. She knew that she needed to learn how to accept compliments. "Thank you, Fee." She said grinning. "You're pretty good looking yourself." Ellie said with a silly smile at her Sytherin. "We should go shopping in downtown London sometime. I've never been in the stores there." Ellie said with a nod. She'd been to London, but she hadn't even gone shopping or anything. And she needed to go, especially with Fee. The queen of shopping.
Ellie smiled when Fee asked if she'd been around other parts of the carnival. "Yeah, a little bit. Dallin and I went on the Ferris Wheel. And I got some cotton candy. What about you?" She asked. Ellie looked back at the blue necklace. It was her house colors. "You're right. Too bad it's probably way too expensive." Ellie said and stuck her tongue out. She put it back on the table. Oh well.

Awwww Dallin and her had taken a ride on the ferris wheel together. How sweet."I am still trying to convince Hugo to go on it with me",the girl laughed,"another boy wanted to go on it with me but i thought i should save it for my boyfriend."It would be soooo romantic to go on it with Hugo during the sunset.Siiiiigh."I've been practically everywhere",Fee chuckled,"i am doing nothing but running around here for daaays."Yes she sounded obsessed and she kinda was. This place was amazing. The Slytherin just shook her head. There was nothing to expensive. She would just go get it for her friend later. No biggy."Its a shame it would have looked sooo good on you",the blonde nodded.

Damon gave Alex a mischievous smile before looking down at the ring in his hand. Damon had to admit that he was having a blast with Alex, and a part of him was attracted to her as more than just friends. Damon looked up at Alex, a bit of wonder in his eyes as she stood there with her arms crossed. Would Alex even be interested in dating someone like him? Damon gave her another little smirk before clearing his throat. "So, forgive me if I'm being too bold, but...uh...I was wondering if you had anyone...you know...special in your life? Or someone that you were interested in?"
Damon somewhat regretted the words as soon as they had come out of his mouth. That was far too bold of a question, not to mention if he was misreading the signs, he had just created an incredibly awkward situation between the three of them. Uh-oh. Nodding with another little smile as Alex insisted he throw the last one, Damon chucked it up into the air, entirely sure that it was definitely going to miss.
His eyes were on the ground the instant after he released it, slightly mad and slightly embarrassed that he had even thought to ask the question let alone say it aloud when he noticed that he didn't hear the tink that he heard the first time he threw, and when Alex threw it. Looking up in disbelief Damon noticed that the ring was perfectly around one of the bottles positioned right in the middle.
"Oh my god...can you believe?" Damon asked, his mouth falling open slightly from the shock of it all. Surely that had been a mistake...Damon just didn't win games like this...EVER.

Hehe.
Mia was busy looking around at the people walking by and the rides and stuff so she missed him putting something into his pocket. She turned when she heard his voice right by her and she reached out and took some of the food out of his hands. "Why don't we have a quick look at the stalls while we eat? That way we can leave quicker." She could tell that he was eager to get out of here.
She began to walk in the direction of the stalls while taking a bite out of her pizza. She couldn't help but giggle to herself as she thought of something. "Does Diagon Alley constitute as a wizarding village?" she asked, giving him an eyebrow waggle. He would know what she meant.
Of course!
Even though he was not enjoying the carnival, Nikolai knew they wouldn't be able to leave unless he bought her something. What could they but from a carnival, though? And would Mia even like anything? Ehh, they would find out soon enough, he supposed.
He took a few bites from his veggieburger as they walked, and as they reached the first few stalls, he had to admit, he was impressed. He didn't know why, but he didn't except to see decent things. Maybe Mia would want something. His pace slowed down, so she could get a good look.
Her question and eyebrow waggle caused him to grin, and glancing around like he wasn't sure of the answer, he shrugged his shoulders. "I would think so. I don't see any muggles running scared." Although.. he would have liked to see that.

"Have something in mind?"
She only suggested they look at the stalls for something to do. She was in no way expecting him to buy her anything. Even though they did have some really nice things. Stopping by one stall, Mia juggled her pizza and candy floss so that she could have a closer look at some of the items.
Turning to look at him, she couldn't keep the grin off her face. "Of course I do. It's constantly on my mind." she said giving him a wink before quickly finishing off her pizza. She had no idea what she was going to do with the candy floss though.
"You up for it?"
He would definitely know what she was talking about.

He would definitely know what she was talking about.
So much for browsing all the stalls, huh?
Nikolai, too, couldn't keep the grin off his face, and if he wasn't so hungry, and if he hadn't done nothing but complain about being so during the entire ride on the ferris wheel, he would have thrown his half eaten veggieburger away. Of course he knew what she was talking about and of course he was up for it. Like she had to ask.
That conversation they had was basically pointless.
Finishing off his food, he threw their trash away before taking Mia's hand and pulling her towards the exit.
"Did I tell you that I was here twice while you were in school, and I didn't like it?" Apparently it takes three visits for him to like it.
