The DADA classroom looks the same as it ever did, if not a bit dusty. Perry casts a haphazard dusting spell before seating himself behind his desk. It's time for yet another class, and he knows the students will benefit from his knowledge. He opens the door and waits for students to appear.

Alex just sat there, her eyes wide. She didn't know what to do anymore. She couldn't take it. 'STOP IT. Just STOP IT. He's trying to teach all of you here a lesson and you just don't get it. Stop talking back to him, stop being rude. Just plain stop it. I've leanred wuite a lor from Mr. Perry today, and I WILL most definetley stick up for him,' she said angrily.

Astoria groaned and glared at Raven. She then looked towards Rave and Andriel and smirked.
I am about ready to get up and punch that arrogant smile off of her face!
When Perry suggested that Slytherins needed 10-12 hours of sleep, her eyes bugged out of her head.
Heck no! I have difficulty with 8 hours of sleep! 10 hours is too much for me! If that girl EVER goes near the Slytherin dungeons I will make SURE that every Slytherin gets a swing at her!

Brittany looks at the fellow Slytherin. " I'm not a first-year, I'm a 4th year." Brittany then turns her head towards Raven. " And I didn't even say anything to her and she is already acting cranky." Brittany then looks at Professor Perry. "How do you suppose we get those hours of sleep when we have work to do??"

Kylie looked around at the class in awe...things were really start to get out of control. She thought how glad she was that she was in Ravenclaw and that, for right now, none of her fellow house members were acting like that Slytherin girl. The last thing she wanted was for her house to lose points. She looked down at her notes on the rules and waited patiently for the Proffesor to regain his control over the class.

Linnea gasped, "Professor, she's now being rude to staff and students!" She looked up at him, as if about to cry, "All of the Slytherins are questioning your authority to remove their House Points," She let her lip tremble, "I don't don't think they should be breaking the school rule about respect to the professors." She said it all in her best little girl voice.

"Miss, I suggest you take a seat and learn to shut your mouth. I'm tired of hearing your nonsense, and I'm tired of the trouble you are causing. If I hear another word from any Slytherin about this, then you will all deal with the consequences. Now... are we ready to talk about the rules again?"

Brittany rolls her eyes and sits down in her chair. " Why do you hate Slytherins so much, Professor? I come in telling you Good morning and BIG Mouth has to say something rude. If you ask me, I think she is going to be a Good Death Eater someday for her cockiness. Me on the other hand is trying to learn something."

Stupid prats. Only reason you are doing this is because you feel the need to suck up to your own head of house! It is obvious that favoritism will play a BIG part in this class!

Kay sat in stunned silence, unable to fathom how the class went from peaceful conversation to an outright argument. If only everyone could act civil for the remainder of the lesson.

Say nothing and react to nothing, Erica thought. The boredom she felt before was gone now. It was a complete mad house between Ravenclaw and Slytherin. She knew if she just kept her mouth shut, she might be able to save Hufflepuff from losing any points. She continued to take notes as she thought, Perhaps Perry should take a page out of Melita's book and make the class sing along to something.

Raven looked from Slytherin to Slytherin and they all trembled with rage. Raven shook her head and raised her hand whiling smiling. "Maybe 10-12 hours would make them not be so crank and get so mad," she said smiling. Her intenions wasn't to ruin their life but she felt threatened everytime she felt some one eyes on her. "Yes, professor the rules as you were saying."

Perry smiled. Some children just didn't know when to stop. "Let me repeat, for all of you... you were late. It is against the rules in this class. You then proceeded to talk back to me, mock me, and insult my students. If you can't take the time to familiarize yourself with my class rules, then you may no longer be in my class. You are excused. Please report immediatly to the detention hall, and I will meet you there when I"m done with the good students. Raven, do not even reply to her ignorance."

Linnea's lip began to tremble a little more and she let her eyes fill up with tears, she gave a little sniffle. "Slytherins are mean." She said quietly.

Raven nodded and did as she was told. She remained face forward and watched as the Professor was contiuning with his lesson. She took down all the school rules and placed them on top of her DADA notebook. She smiled once more and watched the Professor.

Ravens smile grew to a grin of greed. She wanted more than anything for some one to try to fight or murder her. It would be their murder! Hopefully Nadia would advise them not to go near me and understand that I, Raven had a shady past that many students wouldn't want to be around. She shrugged at the Professor and looked at her fellow Ravenclaws. She raised her hand and polite smiled. "For those that wish to learn they shall learn and some mayn't be capable but that is ok. Many of us shows where they belong." She coughed slight and while mubbling "azkaban prison."

Anelreas closed her eyes and gently shook her head. What was going on with her house this term? Surely the changes didn't affect them that bad! They could at least hide their anger and express it in the privacy of their Common Room!
