Rave looks at the professor in discust "I never thought I'de say this but i agree with the Hufflepuff (erica)!"

*Andriel decided to write down some of the rules, but she knew that she wasn't good at not breaking the rules though.*

Raven threw her hands in the air. Jaren was one to speak up for himslef but no was not the time. Raven would pretend to right down notes but instead she wrot. Never put your head down infront of Perry face. He will tap your desk loudly. She charmed her paper that whenever any body looked at it there would be a a quidditch match taking place.

Nadia bit her lip, her expression once more serious. It was like she was another person in this class. And another for Mr Borr's probably. Finally, she raised her hand though slowly and with no hurry.

"Professor, I was wondering about rule number 11," she said with still the serious, stony eyes. "Is there something dangerous in the dungeons right now that makes it be recently banned?" she asked. Her mind went back to the previous year, and to the trial which was held in there.

Astoria rolled her eyes and looked at the professor.
What a load of crap! The old teachers were awesome, it seems to me that these "ministry" teachers need to be schooled in how to have fun!

Erica turned and saw Llewellyn nod her way. She nodded back and went back to writing her notes.

Rave looked at Jaren. *just about to say the same thing* she thinks smirking.

*Hm...sounds like I should stop breaking the rules...That's awful!*

Alex raised her hand again. 'Truer words have never been spoken Mr. Perry,' Alex agreed, smiling. 'Erm, sorry to bother yet again but I have another question. What exactly does rule number twelve mean? You know the one where student publications are not permitted on the grounds.'

Perry's face tightened at Jaren's question. "That is a very interesting point of view. I suppose some people will need to be very aware of defensive charms, but most of you will lead quiet lives if only can master the very basics. It has been bred into you in your time here that you are constantly in danger and must be on guard. You must be on guard, its true, but not because you are in peril. You must be on guard to AVOID peril."

Perry turned his back on Jaren and looked at Nadia. "The dungeons are dark and damp. It is very unhealthy down there." His voice was terse and sharp and said simply that he was done discussing the issue.

"Ah, my clever Slytherin friend... you are full of questions today. That simply means that insidious garbage such as what was published last term is not to be continued. Poisonous, venemous words that were biased and specifically intended to create dissension."

Raven looked at Perry and actually agreed with him. We were showed alot of danger at Hogwarts and it has scared us to do things and we have always wanted to do defensive magic so that we defend oursleves. But she disagree with one thing. In the wizarding world. You can't dodge Peril... because peril will come after you. And when it finds you, you can run or hide.

*Andriel scowled at Perry. That guy doens't like our dear dungeouns...Freak!*

*Ministery needs to get out of Hogwarts. Their what should be banned not the dungeons* Rave thought anger showing on her face. She quickly masked the look for fear of losing house points.

Brittany walks into the room half-asleep bumping into an object that fall over. 0_0''
"Heh....sorry about that!" *Brittany yawns* "Good morning professor!" Brittany smiles as she takes a seat in the front row.

*Andriel looked over at Rave and noticed that Rave was thinking the same as her.*

Alex gave an extremley ugly look to the Slytherin that just walked into the room. She was ready to attack her, but she decided she had better things to do.
She just kept her hand up the whole time. 'Ah, of course,' Alex said shortly, remebering last term's little incident. 'What about rule number nine? I mean, if they say that a perfect can supervise it, but what of the perfect is part of the organization? If a professor finds out, do they all the punished?'

Astoria smirked to herself as Perry said the dungeons were unsafe.
Awww! Perry doesn't like the dungeons....LOSER! He wouldn't go down there for a million Galleons!

*Andriel looked at the girl who just entered the classroom. Isn't it a bit too late?*

"You, my dear, are very very late. I hope you have an excellent excuse." Perry looked more than a little excited about the prospect of taking away house points from this girl who was clearly violating rules.

Rave longingly thought of the great hall and getting some food in her stomache then sinking into her nice warm bed in the Slytherin dorms.

Raven smiled at the words comming from Professir Perry. Another thing to agree with. Raven hated going down there and having to touch old moldey stone that never gets to see sunlight. That place needs a major clean-up. Raven looked at all the Slytherins that pouted and whinned as he dissed their area of aloness. Raven had the urge to smirk but stayed humble within her self and tried to show no sign of liking his words.

Nadia blinked at the professor's two answers but still her face pretty much showed no emotion. Only when the professor had turned away she allowed herself a grimace. A rather 'oh-please' kind of grimace.

Nadia raised her hand again, though right now it looked like she was doing it out of hobby, "Would you mind giving us your opinion for safety-guidance; do you think outside publications like the Quibber and the Daily Prophet are included in those?"

"Also, do you think it's safer in the Common Rooms or in another part of the castle?" she added her hand held high. These questions were asked with no emotion but also, to Nadia, with no purpose. It was like she had found some enjoyment from asking stupid questions to the incapable teacher.

Jaren nodded silently, face indifferent and he went back to taking notes without another word. In his mind, though, he wished Nadia would shut up, if even for just a few minutes.

"Yeah, I have a goood reason! I wain in the dangerous dungons and it was so dark that I fell asleep" Brittany said as she chuckled to herself
