ooc: Yes, we're all friends. I just want to make it clear to first years and people who aren't aware of the differences between in character and out of character... I am not the character I play. I do not dislike anyone I've RPed with today. I am not personally mad at anyone. It is just a game. Thank you. Peace out. |
Raven bowed to the teacher and left grabbing her bags and swiftly glidding through the halls towards the great hall. |
"Certainly, Professor Perry. Whenever you're ready." She packed her stuff and waited for Perry, sitting in her seat. |
Linnea nodded. "Thank you, Professor. We are not easy to deal with, probably from lack of instruction in the past. You don't deserve this, but I thank you for being patient" She curtsied and left the class, hiding in a group of Ravens so that no one could find her. |
Astoria smirked as the two Ravenclaws that were on her hit list were among the first to leave. Not so loud-mouthed and confident NOW, are ya! She gathered her things and left his class to head towards the Common Room. |
"Noooo..." Mithos sad without moving his lips to himself, while writing down the homework. He was furstrated with the behavior with some students. If the class didn't end so early maybe more points were going to be take from the Slytherin House! He walked to Mr. Perry "Have a good day Mr. Perry, Sir." he bowed and left the classroom. |
Ashley quickly packs her supplies and makes for the door thinking over the homework assignment. |
ooc: Argh! Sorry, I tried to delete the message I wrote, but my comp is protesting. I just wanted to ask if I have to write an apology seriously, and to who? Just RP as if you've been silenced and show up tomorrow with a short note of apology in Perry's office. Easy enough :). Apologize for letting your mouth get away from you :). |
Martha gathered her things, thankful that the class had ended. She glanced at Astoria, and hoped she hadn't offended anyone. She continued to walk out of the class and towards the Ravenclaw common room. |
Anelreas wrote down the assignment on her piece of parchment. She then stuck it in her bag and drew it over her shoulder. With a short bow to the Professor she left, her left wrist jingling. |
Kylie gathered up her things and quietly left the classroom. She couldn't believe how badly some of the students had acted. Her sister Casey was a Slytherin and she would never act that way in front of a teacher...oh well, she guessed she'd just wait for the next DADA class and see how that one went... |
Erica watched the students leave, one by one, some fuming, others frustrated and still others cool, calm and collected. When most of them had left, she stood from her seat, grabbed her bag and approached Perry's desk. "Okay, Professor. What did you want to see me about?" |
Kay rolled up her parchment and tightened the cap on her ink bottle before placing them in her satchel. She took out a thin rectangular-shaped box, opened it and carefully placed her quill inside it before closing the lid. She then placed the box in her bag and snapped the bag shut. Kay stood up and walked up to Mr. Perry's desk. She could see that he was agitated and decided to pay him a compliment. "Excuse me, sir. I wanted to inform you that this was an excellent lesson and I'm sorry that a few students ruined it. Professor Perry, I am truly looking forward to your next lesson," she said in a sincere voice. Kay did a small curtsey and turned around, walking out of the classroom. |
Perry watched the rest of teh students leave the room before he locked the door and cast an imperturbable charm on the door. "You mentioned that you are interested in helping me out this term. Is that still true?" he asked Erica. |
"I meant it then and I mean it now, Professor Perry. If you need help, I'm your girl." Erica gave a small smile to the professor to show how "genuine" her answer was. |
"Excellent," Perry nodded his head and considered what he was going to ask of her. "I need someone to act as my eyes and ears around the school. You've proven yourself to be very trustworthy in the past, and I think you could do this job very well. I'll be more than generous with house points if you can find people breaking the rules, but this has to be our secret. What do you say?" |
Erica thought about what Perry was asking her to do. It was sickening to think that she would be a minion to the Ministry and worse, she agreed to it, but she knew she couldn't say no now. Perry would make her life terrible if she pulled out. She pushed aside the thoughts of "Hufflepuff traitor" and how her friends would take it and held the smile on her face. "I'll do it, but I need to know why it has to stay a secret. What are you getting from this?" |
"I suspect that there are people within this school who do not agree with what is going on and the changes taht are being made. I want to find out where the troublemakers are and keep my eye on them. Headmistress Leiden will be so pleased with me, and with you for helping. Imagine the future you'll have at the Ministry with our backing." He smiled and clapped her onthe shoulder. "Good luck." |
"Thank you, Professor Perry. I'll do my best." On the outside, Erica maintained her composure that she was happy, if not thrilled, to be offered such an important job. Inside, Erica felt everything give way. She knew she had made a wrong decision from the start and was going to regret it in the end. Some how she just knew. She wondered how long she could stand living a double life before cracking like an egg. "Oh, and how would you want me to contact you? Since this is secret between us, I don't think a stroll in the office would suffice with you, will it?" |
Perry thought about it. "You can leave the messages under my door. Seal them and I'll lock my door when I'm not there. Unless you have a better idea... Now, you'd better get along as fast as you can, so no one gets suspicious." |
"Alright, Professor. Thanks." She watched Perry remove the charms on the door before opening it. She took a quick sweep of the hall, making sure there were no students around before calmly walking out of the classroom. |
