DADA Lesson 1 The DADA classroom looks the same as it ever did, if not a bit dusty. Perry casts a haphazard dusting spell before seating himself behind his desk. It's time for yet another class, and he knows the students will benefit from his knowledge. He opens the door and waits for students to appear. |

Anelreas entered the classroom, refreshed from her cup of tea earlier. She bowed her head as she passed the Professor in greeting. She took a seat in normal row in the back. She set her bag down by her side and awaited for the class to commence. |
Raven entered the classroom feeling slighty sick. She had exprienced a rough Potions class and a head throbbing Herbology course. Herbology made her think today. She squeezed a polite smile from her face towards the Professor and took a seat at the front of the classroom. |
OOC: YEAH BABY. i've been waiting for this class for such a long time. x) IC: Alex walked in the DADA classroom and took a seat in the front. She took out some parchment and a quill and waited quietley for class to begin. |
Ally walks into the room extremly excited to start DADA. its her favorite class. |
Erica walked into the classroom and sighed wondering if it was going to be the same as what he taught last term. She smiled at the professor. "Hello, Professor Perry. Looking forward to today's lesson." She took a seat up front to make sure that she was giving the best impression possible. |
Perry eyed the students. He recognized some of them from last term, but there were a lot of new faces. Good... they'd really benefit from his lesson today. "Alright, children. Just a few more minutes for the stragglers and then we'll begin. Please pull out a quill and parchment. You do not need your wand, and I do'nt want to see it out at all during class. There's no telling what kind of damage you might incur by being careless." |
Anelreas pulled out her quill and two pieces of parchment. She sighed by his lasting comment. Yep, this would be an interesting term. |
Tao quickly rushed in and noticed Ally sitting in the room. She smiled and headed towards her. She sat down and mouthed 'hi' and waited eagerly for class to start. |
Terry walks into class in a daze. Singing in Potions Class. Professor Snape is rolling in his grave. It's good thing Professor Airlia took his portrait with her, or he would tell Melita off. Terry finds a seat in the back confident that this will be a sane class. Professor Rae always taught good DADA classes. After settling in she looks at the front of the class and see Mr. Perry standing there. "Oh no! I forgot he teaches DADA now." Terry slides down in her seat hoping he won't notice her. The last time they parted it wasn't on the best of terms. |
Raven snapped her wand back into her robes and pulled out parchment and ink. She sighed realising that she hadn't stopped at Hogsmeade yet. "Professor, do you mind if I can use one of your quills. I haven't went to Hogsmeade to get it," she said kindly. |
ally waves back to Tao "Hey, I have been waiting for this class all week, come sit down." |
As soon as the words left Perry's lips, Erica thought, Yup. Some things don't change and it seems like he's one of them. She pulled out some parchment and a quill and gave the professor another smile before turning her attention to her desk, which suddenly became very facinating. |
Perry opened a drawer in his desk and pulled out a handful of quills. He levitated one to Raven neatly before snapping the drawer shut again. "You may borrow that quill until you have time for your trip. I expect it to be returned to me in the condition you got it." |
Mithos walked in the classroom. This time he was prepared his black wand was polished. "Hello Mr. Perry." He said with a bow and sat down in the front row seat. |
"Yes sir," she nodded and dipped his quill into the ink holder. She smiled at him knowing he wasn;t going to return it to her but it was the out of respect and kindness. |
Rave walked into the class room and quickly took her seat in the middle of the classroom. She got out her parchment and quills and smiled politely at the professor. |
Astoria walked into the classroom and glanced at the Professor. She smiled at him and walked over to a desk. She took out some parchment and a quill for notes and patiently waited for class to begin. |
Tina walks in just like any other First Year, the commotion of DADA classes had frightened her. Walking in and grinning at the teacher, Tina feels reassured that maybe the teacher isn’t as stereotypical as the earlier DADA professors. Tina looks around, walks to the back and takes a seat…. I’m not shy so what’s my problem?, she thought. |
Nadia took her seat within the crowd of students and awaited for class to start. Other than a little out of breath after her strutting down to class, there was no other partocilar sign. In fact, everything sounded completely boring in her life right now. |
Kali walked into the DADA classroom a bit tired from her other classes her had previously. She then chose a seat near the middle of the room. Kali then took out heer quill, parchment, and ink. "Hello Professor." |
Martha rushes in and sees Tao and Ally. Noticing an empty chair next to them she races to it and pulls out parchment, ink, and quill. |
Ally waves at Martha. She is glad that the friends she has made are always in her class |
Tao smiled at Martha as she sat down next to her and Ally. Noticing Martha getting out her things she thought she would too and place everything neatly on her desk. |
