Default Water Cooler

The old quill had a water cooler, and I'm not sure what it was for. This water cooler is not for chat, although there is a lot more leniency in this thread than the issue threads.

In this thread, feel free to post questions, story ideas, and to offer help to your co-workers. Need someone to interview? Not sure exactly what happened out there on the grounds? Looking for something to spice up your editorial? Ask around here. AND ONLY HERE.

Have fun.

Hey everyone I had a thought (now there's a big surprise ) what if instead of just saying distributed bi-weekly we also included the RPG date as a way to help all the noobs that are walking around the school wishing people a Happy New Year when it's supposed to be August keep track of the timeline of the RPG. Yes? No?

Hahaha! I agree Lexy, not that you can read this

I love the idea... must just configure kind of a time line/dates now because terms are about 3 months and of course that isn't really the entire school year at Hogwarts so we need to do some math and arranging there, but I like the idea.

Ah, I didn't even read this thread until now...

Basically, I think the idea of putting scr names in is a good idea. Perhaps you can write the IC name and in paranthesis the scr name?

About the dates, what we can do is just do it in a range -- say, "Jan-Feb Edition!" or something like that. Since the term is 3 months, which would equate to Sept-May (is it?) then you can say each week is:

Month 1:
-- Week 1: Sept-Oct
-- Week 2
-- Week 3: Nov-Dec
-- Week 4

Month 2:
-- Week 1: Jan-Feb
-- Week 2
-- Week 3: Feb-March
-- Week 4

Month 3:
-- Week 1: March - April
-- Week 2
-- Week 3: April- May
-- Week 4: End of Term-- May!

Anyhow, that's just a thought

edited stuff that i added:
And we can certainly add "Special Issues" when needed with the dates of the previous Quill.. That way, we can cover any mishaps in the month weeks
