Francis comes back after doing some errands and homework. Sitting down, she waits for the class to resume.

Meghan walks back in the classroom and waits for class to begin... again.

Selena noticed Meghan's expression and laughed. "Lovely class this is, isn't it?" she whispered to Meghan

Meghan smirks and smiled. "Delightful. And I though baking cookied were for 7th years. Never thought she would let us bake!"

Sarah walked back into the classroom, her S.P.E.W. badge pinned to the front of her robes. She sat back in her seat and looked at her watch.

Sophie walked in just behind the house leves with the delicious smelling cookies. As they set about the room, returning the various trays to the students they belonged to, she walked over to her desk and sat down, shuffling through her papers. She cocked her head to the side when she noticed a small note and smiled after she had read it. Though she didn't really approve of the house points system, the other professors and the students seemed to really like it and she wanted to do something extra special... Sophie decided she'd have to add twenty five points to Slytherin and send Alex a thank you note.

"Okay, class," she said, looking up. "It's time to see how well you did with those cookies. You may eat them, if you like, or just toss them outside for the birds if you'd rather not. Everyone who made cookies will receive a gold star."

*Selena pushed her cookies to the side and whispered back to Meghan* "Yeah I know baking cookies is soooo advanced. I bet those 7th years are jealous we get to do something on their level" Selena chuckled and gave the cookies a look "it's bad enough I have cavaties....now I have a teacher trying to help my cavaties get worse! lol Plus it'd so mess up my diet!"

"Yes!"

Lee bit into a cookie and a loud chorus oh 'hmmmmm' followed after

"Miss Melita people may not have been into making cookies, but i enjoyed, cookings always been a favourite thing of mine"

Lee placed the rest of his cookie sin miss melitas almost empty cookie bowl.

"As long as we get to making potions soon i am all for it"

Lee smiled finishing his cookie

Selena turned to Lee

"Here you can have mine, you appear to also be a cookie monster! lol" Selena laughed "Go on, say it Lee "Me want cookies...lots and lots of cookies!"

Sarah nibbled one of her biscuits but wasn't really hungry and decided she would leave them for her fellow Hufflepuffs at the House Table in the Great Hall.
"Miss Melita this was a good lesson, it's nice to take a break every now and then."

Meghan snorted. "Funny they are." She thought. "I don't want my cookies..."

"I don't see why you would be complaining"

Lee murmereed so only selenacould here

"You were sucking up to Borr and he was actually doing soemthing wrong! Not unless your into abusing poor innocent animals!"

"Not complaining, I just don't want the cookies" Selena replied to Lee "And as for Mr. Borr...." Selena hesitated to answer that part about Borr hitting Hurbert. "Honestly I don't think you cared too much about Hurbert's safety either, you knew what he'd do, and you kept provoking him. You're the main reason Hurbert got hit so much!"

Selena pointed her wand at the cookies "Evanesco"

Sarah heard what Lee said and nodded. "You should join SPEW Lee. I have."

Francis smiled. "Oh that would be so great!", she added as she walked over and grabbed a lot of cookies. She ate one cookie while putting the others in her bag to have later. Besides, she didn't want Miss Melita to know that she had a suspicion of what was going on.. or what the cookies will be used for.

:: Ganymede rolled her eyes. She quickly poured her batch into her bag. She would just throw them away later. Once again she placed the Gold star to the bottom of the desk. She wasn't about to wear a Gryffindor color. She rolled her eyes once more and shrugged over her desk with her chin on her hands. She wanted to make something she could use. Cookies weren't that impressive. ::

::Erica waited in her seat for her cookies. They looked delicious, but seeing as how they were out of her sight, she didn't want to chance eating them. She pulled out a sandwich bag out of her backpack and put the cookies in them.::

"No offense, Miss Melita, but I'm not in the mood for eating cookies right now. They do look great, though. I'll save them for after dinner. Can't spoil my appetite, can I?"

"If i didn't care about Hubert i wouldn't oflanded myself in detention! and you obviously do like hitting small animals, we are animals also! how would you like being hit over thehead, Borr is just a stupid overpower mad freak!"

Lee murmered again.

Selena shoved one of Lee's cookies in his mouth to prevent him from talking. Then stuck the gold star she had received on his forehead.

"I actually do care about Hurbert that's why I kept my mouth shut!" Selena looked toward the professor wondering if class was over.

:: Seeing Lee and Selena fighting, Ganymede had to laugh. "Ha HA HAha HA HA HAA!!!" She quickly shoved a hand over mouth. "is there any homework Professor?" she asked nicely. "Bake a cake perhaps?" Ganymede murmurs under her breathe. ::

Anelreas eyed her finished cookies. Although she loved to cook, she didn't trust her own creations ... even if it just was cookies. Gathering them up in a small bag, she placed them in her bag to try out at another time. Somewhere close to the Hospital Wing hopefully.

As for the gold star, she eyed that as well. She hadn't received a star in a long time. It must have been a good decade or so. Not wanting to look like a child, but at the same time not appear rude, she stuck the star in her bag alongside the cookies.

"If you really cared you would have tried to help!, i had chucked his cane out the window so he couldn't hit Hubert again, you could of always helped out then!"

Jaren decided to step in before Selena and Lee resorted to throwing cookies or pulling out their wands. He stood between both of them to stop them from yelling/doing anything else to each other.

"I don't think that's necessary," he said in a quiet, calm voice. "If you wish to discuss non-potions matters, you'd best do it outside this classroom." To Lee he added in a bare whisper so that only Lee and possibly Selena could hear, "You should be more careful of what you say in the Ministry's presence, even if you do disagree heatedly with anything about them. Fighting back physically is not always the best solution."

His intense deep green gaze seemed to bore into Lee's, telling him that if he had anything else to add to that, he had best leave it until after they had left the class to avoid further scenes.

:: Ganymede saw Jaren talk to the two arguers. She was sure he would get them to stop. He had that "look". She waited to see if the class was over yet. ::
