"Professor?" asked Ashlie, poking her head in the door after giving a knock. She looked so upset, the Professor. A rage of emotions on her face. Ashlie offered a smile for the teacher. "Don't look so glum," she asked, more of a request. "You can't let them get to you. That will only make things worse."

*Mickey passes by Riddle's new digs. Mutters.*

"Hang in there ol' girl. Just hang in there."

"Aye, it will," she sighed heavily, twirling her wand between her fingers. "But what else is there to do lass?"

She nodded as Mickey walked past and flashed half a smile at him.

Selena decided to stop by and see lil miss temporary ex professor riddle lol

"Hey there stranger!" Selena said coming in to the room holding an apple "Oh I forgot you're allergic!" laughing selena bit into the apple "So how's the forced vacation coming along?" "You're replacement doesn't seem to like Hufflepuff at all. She docked them for like 50 or more points in one class..well one particular student got the buck of the deduction." laughin

"I did as I said so far, I've BEHAVED" Selena smiled cuz she knew that was asking for alot "I gave them no reason to come after me...okay well maybe my name is signed in Mr. Borr's newly painted office, but hey that couldn't be helped! lol" remembering that night "you shoulda seen how far he threw Lee out of his office. If was raining hufflepuffs that night" laughin to self "so anyway what's good?"

She couldn't pretend that she was surprised that house points had been docked. "Were they for fair or unfair reasons?" she asked, only mildly interested. As wrong as it was, she was biased toward Slytherin winning and naything that kept competition at bay, was a good thing to her.

"I'm surprised though that the Hufflepuffs, from what you tell me, seem to be the ones misbehaving."

"What's good? Well, this room is rather nice and I can't pretend it isn't nice to have lie-ins. But, having nothing to do is getting rather boring, tedious..."

"Well some of the point deductions were justified, Lee and another Hufflepuff named Mu got off on the wrong foot. I had to talk to Lee...he was suprised that a slytherin could be so nice. lol" laughin at the thought of me being nice "but that other one Mu hit me in the head with a water balloon, and she's sooo lucky Jaren was right there. Come to think of it, are we allowed to fly brooms in the great hall?" remembering the hufflepuff mu flying by the hufflepuff table then crashing on the slytherin table "if you like we can paint this room to keep you occupied"

"I hate prejudices..." she sighed, heavily. "Slytherins aren't all bad."

"Brooms being flown in the castle is against the rules, why, did you see someone doing that?"

"No thanks, I like it being dark."

Lee was about to head into Bree's Chambers when he noticed a new room was there. It read 'Riddle's Room' Lee was about to go in when he heard voices also inside. He didn't want to disturb them, after all he had cheesed off Professor Riddle a bit when he went to go talk to her in the spirit room lobby.

Ashlie arched an eyebrow at the Professor for saying this. "Now, don't you dare," she said, her voice almost like a scolding. "Look at the other Professors. They're keeping a smile on their face. They're keeping strong. You just have to remember that no matter what, this is your school. They can't keep you completely out." She stepped all the way into the room to look over Riddle. She was young. Not much older than Ashlie herself. "I don't want to watch you crumble. You can always speak with the Professors around here. Vistitors are always coming. You'll keep busy enough."

"Yeah that Hufflepuff Mu was flying her firebolt in the great hall...that's how I got the water balloon dropped on my head." Selena is still bitter about that innocent "and she wasn't at all apologetic...I think she woulda attempted it again if prefects weren't around. Eventhough i'd have to be unconscience for her to attack me twice. lol" looking around the dark room "well it can stay dark...just add a lil something to it?"

"It's not our school, they could kick us out if we wanted. At the end of the day, we do answer to them after we answer to Hendrik so...all...we can do...at best, is to sit and wait for the verdict."

Raising an eyebrow at what Selena had said, she replied, "Inform a Professor of their behaviour. We can't have anyone else tainting our name in front of the Ministry. Do me a favour and keep an eye out for trouble-makers, keep them in their place." she said to the both of them.

Ashlie nodded. "I will," she said. She felt suddenly awkward with the way Professor Riddle was talking. She didn't have the same fiery hope, it seemed, that the other Professors showed. In a wy, it seemed almost like she was giving up, which made Ashlie feel ill in her stomach. Riddle had overcome so much. And now... now....

"What's wrong?" she asked, taking the girl by the shoulders and sitting her on the bed. Scurrying over to her tiny inadequate sink, she dampened a flannel and placed it on the girls forehead. "I'm not giving up," she affirmed. "I just believe in passive resistance. Besides, I'm in it too deep to really be up to rebelling much without being really clamped down on for it."

Placing the cloth of the bedside table, she bit her lip and then added, "Say, are you planning to write anything about this in the Quill? Because, I could do an interview if you want?"

Ashlie grinned at this. "Of course I am. I want to introduce everyone to the different views of what's going on, through my eyes of course." She delved into her bag, pulling out one of her Muggle Notebooks and a Quill. "Thanks," she added. "I suppose first off, my main question would be, What's your opinion on all of this? The fact that you've all been removed from your positions."

"My hones topinion is that it's far too drastic. I can see the Ministry's point of view, in a way, but it was highly disruptive of them to remove us from our positions especially when some years are working toward their O.W.L.S and N.E.W.T.S I dread to think what all this will do to their studies."

Ashlie grimmaced, thankful she was passed NEWTS. (OoC: I'm just going to shoot out a bunch of questions, even tho IC it wouldn't go like that).

"So, what did they tell you their reason for this whole expulsion is? And, do you feel that what they're doing is right? There's also the question of how long will this go on? And most importantly, are we really safer with these people here?"

Marcella felt a little awkward at Ashlie's next question. "Well I was told via owl that the reason was due to my irresponsible methods of teaching and my participation in illegal events of the previous which, they said, led to the death of students. But we all know it was Voldemortist's fault they died, not ours."

"Like I said, the method they sued is highly disruptive and has been proven as unsuccessful. It's made the students extremely hyperactive and has stirred up feelings in them which lead them to focus more on rebellion than their studies."

"I've no idea how long it will go on for, seeing as I am not Miss Leiden. I assume that the suspensions will continue until a hearing has been arranged. I'd also imagine that once our names are cleared, as they will and should be, we'll be back in our positions."

"I wouldn't say safer. Just as safe, yes. We're all human, we can only do so much. I don't think you're in more danger because these are professionals, whether you like them or not and they do know what they're doing. You're neither in less danger because as much as they know the procedures by the book, so to speak, they don't know the student body personally and lack in experience of dealing with children. I daresay the nearest many of them have come to children in their lifetimes was probably either house-elves or the goblins at Gringotts!"

Ashlie nodded and asked Marcella her next questions.

"Do you think that there are plans to completely fire you guys [the former Professors]? What exactly does Clause 124 [I believe that's the right number >.<] state? What do you personally advise the students, as in how they should behave, act, what they should be doing? What are some of your opinions on what the students have been doing; pranks, vandals, and the way they’ve been speaking to the Ministry Officials?"

She thought on what Ashlie said for a second. "In all honesty, as much as I loathe what has happened, I do think the Ministry, as ever, intended to do good. I don't think their intention was to oust us from our positions and take over the school permanently. We must remember, they're just doing their jobs. They're not the ones in control of what they do, they're just following orders from a higher power."

"The Clause basically states that Ministry witholds the right to remove any Professor or Professors they so wish and replace them with qualified officials, should a problem arise within the school."

"My heart says they should fight them, as the manner in which they overtook was highly intrusive but my mind says, don't. It will be over sooner if students stay calm. They will stay longer if more trouble is caused by reckless kids. We need to show them that this school is a good establishment and that we don't require their interference to do our jobs properly and protect the student body."

"I've not seen or heard much, only little snippets through the grapevine. But, from what I do, I have to say students are proving the Ministry Officials right at this time. They're making it seem like the school does need the Ministry's interference which will only achieve to prolong their unwanted stay."

Selena walked to the door of Professor Riddle's room and layed a 18" Purple teletubby and a Barney against her door. "I don't think I need to leave a note...she'll know who it's from." Selena said, and then turned and walked off.

Marcella frowned at the two gifts so precariously balanced against the open door. She smiled a little; it was clearly evident who they were from and turned back to Ashlie, wondering if there was any more to her interview.

Message wrote in each of the doors to the Professors' rooms, with shiny letters:
