As you walk down the hall you see a door that’s slightly open, and casually walk over to see which classroom it is. As you open the door, you see a room lit by the sun in the windows and the fire lit to the right. Lanterns hang on the walls, for gloomy and darker days. You look around and to both your right and left you see books of all kinds, not only arithmancy but magic in general. Everything from basics to more advanced books. In the right corner of the room a glass cabinet catches your eye. A few old thick books lay there. All very advanced magic and very complex, the cabinet is locked with only a lock a mature adult witch/wizard can open. In the center of the room there are many desks each a tad bit different for students to work at. Towards the front of the rook there are two windows with light pink curtains flowing gently in the breeze... in front of these windows you see a large wooden desk with papers in stacks and a few laid carelessly about. Behind the desk, is a chair that’s filled by none other, then the arithmancy professor...

The professor has brown hair, about shoulder length, that’s pulled halfback looks up at you with her hazel eyes and gives you a warm smile. She quickly sets down her quill and shifts a few papers. She pulls her wand from her front pocket and waves her arm as she summons a chair to the desk and motions for you to take a seat... "Welcome, I am professor Bree how may I help you?" she asks.

Looking quietly around her surroundings, Diana entered Professor Bree's office. She spotted the professor and shyly introduced herself.

"Hello Professor Bree. My name's Diana."

"Why hello Diana!" she said smiling her eyes sparkling in the light. "How are you dear? Looking forward to a start of a new term, I hope."

Tina entered Professor Bree's office. "Hello professor! In case you forgot (OCC: That's highly impossible.

), I'm Tina! I'm looking forward to your classes!"

Serena peeked around the doorway and noticed a couple of other students were already visiting. "Hi Proffesor Bree! It's good to be back! I can't wait for classes to get started!" said Serena.

Yoko looks around kinda intimidated by the fact that the proffessor is there. She smiles softly before looking at the rest of her classmates...
"Good morning Professor Bree! My name's Yoko and I'm new around here. By the way, I hope I'm not late for your class, I can't wait to start!

"Hello Tina, and of course I remeber you, have a nice break?" she asked. She looked at another familiar face, "Serena, dear, I can't wait to see you in my class again!".. she looked past her old students and to a new face, Yoko, she smiles warmly "Hello, welcome to Hogwarts, classes won't start for another few days, but I look forward to seeing you in my class" she replied softly. "I assume all of you had a nice break?"

"Hi!" Mia says sincerely. "I just transfered here from a small wizarding school. I think that Arithmancy is fascinating and I can't wait to get started!"

Jamie walked into the class room and asked Professor Bree "Are there any books that we could study from to prepare us for the first lesson?" she asked and then she thought she didn't properly introduce herself and said "Hold on. My name is Jamie and I will be attending Arithmacy this term."

"Hello Jamie, you may read Numerology and Gramatica if you want a heads start, of course there are other books as well but thats a pretty basic book that should get you started" she said warmly "I look forward to having you in my class!"

Ashlie hurries into the class and takes a seat beside Tina. "Hullo, Professor," she says. "I saw the copy of the Quill. You did a fantastic job on it."

Diana felt startled a bit, but recovered quickly and looked at her feet. "I am fine, thank you." However she felt as though the professor sensed that she wasn't fine; something terrible has happened to her over the break.

"Ashlie, dear, the quill was all of your work, as in the students, I really must say you guys did a terrific job, can't wait to see the next issue" she said laughing slightly, "Make sure to keep up your wonderful work, also congrats on claw prefect!"

"Nice to meet you J.J. I look forward to seeing you in my classes!" she said...

ooc- member number... is the number that you were assigned when you joined, to figure out what your number is hover your mouse over your name, at the bottom you'll see a "link" and at the end there is a number... I went ahead and got yours for you in case your confused... it is 48704

Bree looked at Diana carefully, "something the matter dear? You look a tad bit pale and out of it, you do know I am here for you 24/7 I always have an extra ear to listen to a sweet kiddo like yourself."

Maggie stopped in the doorway to Professor Bree's office and looked around. "Hi Professor Bree," Maggie says, "I can hardly wait for class to start, I'm really looking foward to it."

Bree watched as Evalina introduced herself and walked away some what disappointed, but knew how shy first years were... she would get the chance to speak with her later in the term...

"Don't worry Ashlie, your an amazing writer and people will look up to, now that your prefect... and in case of a mistake, everyone makes them... no one is perfect..."

"Maggie, I look forward to seeing you in my classes, I hope you are ready to learn the hidden meanings of numbers!"

::Erica slowly entered Professor Bree's office, trying to figure out how she was going to bring up the subject. She couldn't help but feel a little scared now that she had come this far, but screwed up her courage and approached the professor.::

"Hello, Professor Bree. My name is Erica and I was wondering if I could have a minute of your time, please?"

Bree smiled softly at the timid student... "Sure dear" she said in a soft tone, she looked straight into her eyes, she was worried about something, nervous about something, something was up... "what is bothering you dear?"

Diana looked around her. Students were coming in and out of Professor Bree's office. "Though I would like to tell you what's wrong with me, Professor Bree, I think I would like to keep to myself for awhile, because it's seems like an inconvenient time right now. See you later professor." She went out of the professor's office.

She smiled at her gently and watched as she disappeared into the busy hallways where students were 'yelling' in her mind and running around as if there were a troll or something, she couldn't help but smile, seeing as she probably was one of those students not that many years ago. She however felt bad, that she, Diana walked away, troubles are worse when you keep them all inside... she sighed slightly...
