New Lesson Professor Riddoc walked into the CoMC classroom and made his way to the front of the class. He was surprised to see that not many students were there waiting for him. He decided to give them a moment to arrive before he began his class. |
::Erica entered the classroom and took a seat. She waited for the class to begin.:: |
"Ah, hellu there, welcome to class. I think we can give everyone just a little while longer to arrive, in the meantime....Why don't you tell me what all you have covered so far this term, Miss...?" |
Francis walked somewhat closely to the man she had seen walking past Professor Rae's door. Surprised that he went inside the COMC classroom, she quickly hid out of view. Sighing and with resignation in her eyes she sent a messenger spell to Meggz and Ashlie. Stepping out and looking quite harmonious and psyched about the class she stepped in. With a smile on her face, she sat down, opened her book, and took out some parchments. |
::Erica looked up at the professor. She was surprised that the professor was talking to her at all.:: "Arbon, sir. Erica Arbon, first year. Well, I believe we've covered Chimeras, Fire Lobsters, Gunards and Firefly Squids. I might have missed some, though. We studied these because of the relation to the recent tsunami." |
Rosa entered the classroom and looked surprised at the new professor. she took a place in the back and got her book and some parchment out of her bag. |
Lee walked into the classroom and took a seat to see someone else, the strange man who had been wanderig the halls to be precise. Had he replaced Hendrik? Lee sat down quickly in thought. |
Xavier walks into the classroom. He freezes when he doesn't see Headmaster Hendrik. "Where's Headmaster Hendrik?" he asks, shocked. |
Drusilla enters the class and hears the ravenclaw´s comment. Looks at the boy with an expression meant to mean "be quiet". Doesn´t say anything, though. Then she remembers how many house points the ravenclaws already have, so no need to warn them about losing points. Am I stupid or something, she thinks to herself. |
Sarah walked into the classroom, shocked to not see Hendrik in the room. Sarah sat don next to Lee, "Hi." she said quietly. |
Francis shoots Xavier a dangerous look. Xavier could cost Ravenclaw the house cup. Crossing her eyes, she looked at Xavier with a disapproving look. |
Jaren sat down at the back of the class, not at all surprised to see the new teacher. Apparently he and his fellow prefects would have to make an announcement to their Houses asap...but anyway. He pulled out a quill and parchment, and sat back in his seat quietly, regarding the new teacher with indifferent eyes. Noting the Ravenclaw next to him asking about the Headmaster's wherebouts, Jaren muttered a response to him under his breath without looking at the boy. "Temporarily on leave. He'll be back." |
Raven entered the silent classroom quickly taking her sea mid-classroom. Paying non of her classmates any mind she slowly dragged herself towards her supplies. She placed them on the desk tiredly and looked at the Professor awaiting his scolding lesson. Her head already hurting she was in the no mood o be talked to like a child. Noticing how the Professo paid he students no mind she squinted he eyes and loked around the room noticing blus of each house colour enter. |
Selena enters oh to use to the scene before her. She didn't look at the professor, but decided to take a seat next to Lee. |

Nadia was surprised that the stranger she saw earlier in the classroom, and she thought to be some kind of assistant or guess of professor Hendrik, was actually addressing the class on his own and maybe... surely it could not, could it be? Seeing the question had been answered, she didn't try speaking. She could add what they did in pervious terms, only if asked, she figured. Right now her mind was elsewhere either way. |
:: Ganymede heard Jarens answer to the same question she was thinking. She knew what happened to the Headmaster. She didn't want to show just how upset she was to this new Professor. She struggled to keep her hair the same. It was still a short curly brown but was slowly straightening and getting darker. Hey eyes were turning a dark blue. Stress was making it hard to control herself lately. At one time she tried hard to keep the same everyday, but that wasn't possible for her. She just sat quietly and waited to see how strict or horrible this Professor was going to be. :: |

Anelreas paused for a moment at the doorway as she saw a stranger standing at the front of the room instead of the Headmaster. Taking a slow step into the classroom she hoped that her unasked questions would be answered later on in the lesson or very soon in the term. |
Amy walks in and sits down next to Erica. She looked up at the new professor, and a weight sank further into her heart. She took out a roll of parchment, along with a quill and ink. |
Mithos walked in the classroom and sat down quietly. |
*Zekks walks in and sits towards the front of the room, waiting impatiently for the lesson to start* |
Bailey walked into the classroom and sat down in the front of the room. She looked around before taking out her textbook, parchment, and quill. |
"Nice to meet you and I'm glad that the class is finally filling up. My name is Professor Riddoc. I will be teaching the Headmaster's class until futher noticed. So I see that Professor Hendrik has been covering several of the deep sea creatures....interesting. Right! If everyone would open their copy of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them to the section on....hmmmm..let's see....ah! Yes! Open your books to the section on the Augurey. I think we shall study birds for a little while. Now who can tell me about the Augurey?" |
Lee raised his hand " sir i believe the Augery is the irish form of a pheonix and has ministry classification of XX The Augurey is a native of Britian and Ireland, though sometimes found elsewhere in northern Europe. A thin and mournful-looking bird, somewhat like a small and underfed vulture in appearance, the Augurey is greenish black. It is intensely shy, nests in bramble and thorn, eats large insects and fairies, flies only in heavy rain, and otherwise remains hidden in its tear-shaped nest." |
