Charms Lesson #3 - Unlocking Charms * After two weeks off due to many unfortunate circumstances with her family, Professor Hanamon walks back into her dark and empty classroom and sets her books on her desk. What a gloomy day for lessons to begin again...she thought as she looked out the window at the falling rain outside and then with a sigh sat down at her desk and waited for her students to arrive.* |
Meghan walks in and takes a seat. She takes out all the material. "Hi there Professor." |
Selena comes in to the classroom "Hi Professor Hanamon!" takes a seat |
Mithos walked in the Charms Classroom and headed to the front of the class "Hello Professor, its very good to see you again!" he said grinning. He sat down and took out parchment, quill, ink and his Charms Book. |
Francis walks in and smiles at the students already in the classroom. She takes her quills and parchments out, and waits for the lesson to begin. |
Bailey walked into the classroom and took a seat. She pulled all of her materials out of her bag, placed them on her desk, and looked around while waiting for class to begin. |
Kali sits down next to Francis and begins to take some of her things out of her bag. "Hello Professor," she says. |
Lee walke din and sat down and a nearby desk waiting for the lesson to take place |
Jaren wordlessly took a seat near the back row, pulled out his quill and parchment and waited. |
Hannah walked into the classroom, she sat down next to Bailey. hey Bailey! she said quitly(sp?) |
*Jessica rushes in, happy that there was another charms lesson, she took her usual seat up front, took out her quill, parchment, and her charms spell book and looked up at the teacher, waiting for class to start* Hello Professor Hanamon. |
Nadia reached the classroom and sat somewhere in the middle, hoping to catch up on what the letter was about before class started. |
With a gloomy expression, Natalya walked in and unusually took a seat in the back row. If this lesson was going to be anything like the earlier potions class, she was going to become 'sick' and have to leave. |
*Ronnetta walks in shivering from the cold and sits as far away from the door as possible* |
Rosa walked into the classroom and found a place in the back. she got out her book and looked a bit in it. |
*Professor Hanamon smiled as the last of her students scurried to their seats and placed their attention on her* Good afternoon class, I trust everyone enjoyed their unexpected 2 week vacation from my class but now it is time to get back to work. Today we will be learning Alohomora, the unlocking charm so if everyone will turn to page 687 of their textbooks we will begin. *Waits for class to open their texts* |

Lauren walks into the classroom, happy and excited. "Hi Professor Hanamon!" She exlcaims, finding a seat near the middle of the room and opening her book to the spot. |
Meghan opens her book and waits for instructions. She thought "Wow this charm is easy." Even though she knew this spell she was always wanting to know more. |
Hannah opens her book to page 687. and waits for the professor to tell her what to do. |
Nadia loudly groaned, blushing when noticing she had dragged some looks towards her. Unlocking Charms were her weak spot, she was never good at those, no matter how much she practiced it. Must be something relating to the idea of having to 'lock things away', because she knew it wasn't a problem of concentration. A subconscious thing, a weakness she had had since her first year. She looked down at her desk, wand kicking her quill away absentmindly. Mmh-ing, pensive as she was, she considered she should be somewhere else and minding something else. But forgetting things were quite a better option. Finally she Accio-ed her book from her bag, placed on the table without doing as much as moving a finger and charmed it open on the page in question. Here we go again... she needed to superate this one spell, definitely. |
Using all her strength, Birdy heaved her enormous textbook onto the table she was sharing with a few other students. She quickly flipped to the back of the book and began scanning the page, re-reading the information on the unlocking charm. Birdy smiled, any lesson was now a good one that was still taught by a real Hogwarts professor. She smiled at Professor Hanamon as she waited for the lesson to begin. |
