*Mickey Shultz stood outside the HM's office door watching the human comedy parade.*

Muttering to self: "Well, Ah guess mah lil' problems don't amount to much around here. The Ol' Man has enough on his mind."

Leaves thinking: Is it realy proper for him make such a display towards Pheb... Ah mean Professor Phenix?

excuse me proffessor Dumbledore, am i bothering you?

Lily who happened to be on her way to the common room stopped by to see if he had arrived yet. She turned to the boy.

"The Headmaster hasnt been here for a few days. But I would advise you do get to you're common room, its safe there. I am heading that way my self."

She gave the boy a warm smile and turned to leave.

"Have a nice evening!"

She walked off toward the Ravenclaw common room.

HM Hendrik sees the note left from Lily..."I hope she realizes that she is perfectly safe here in the castle.....I'm sure her Head of House can calm her nerves.....but I've much to do....time is short and we need to prepare the final steps of the potion...."

Hendrik walks over to one of the walls in his office, mumbles a few words and taps on one of the stones. The stone dissapears to reveal a small wooden box. He opens the box, removes his Merlin Medallion and places it around his neck. In the back corner of the compartment, he retrieves a small dagger and places it in a special holder inside his rob sleeve.


"Now I must get to the Spirit Room...."

He turns and leaves his office, locking the door on the way out.

Mickey Shultz approaches HM’s office. Sees nobody’s there. Faces room and tips hat. Leaves muttering, “May not respect the man, but we must respect the office."

*walks in see the the H.M is not there and sits and waits*

ari walked into hm hendrik`s office with kirstie close-by. sighing loudly, plopped down into a chair near his desk.

"so what now?" she asked

*Kirstie, ignoring Ari's Question for a moment, turned and sealed the door behind her, using both wands for more power. After that she turned back to her captive.

"Well, Ari, we are going to sit here and wait for the Headmaster to arrive, no matter how long it takes. So i'm going to get comfortable" she said, eyeing Hendrik's chair behind his desk. She walked around and sat in it, deciding she deserved the privilege. It was very comfortable. she sat forward with her hands on the desk, each hand holding a wand that was pointed at Ari.*

:: Ganymede hoped she would reach it before them, She quickly Dissillusioned herself and seeing that they were inside his office now she plopped a swamp onto the ground outside the office blocking them in and ran.. A sign read "Careful Swamp may contain alligator" ::

As the Headmaster was walking down the corridor to his office he noticed that the floor was getting increasingly wet and squishy.

"Another swamp...honestly, I can understand the students wanting to protect the castle, but this is a bit ridiculous. Exaresco!"

The swamp quickly dried up. He then turned the door knob to his office only to find it locked. He had a very good idea what or rather who was on the other side. He quietly said, "Alohomora," and entered to find two students.

He walked over to his desk and gave an inqusitive look to Kirstie, who was sitting behind his desk. He then turned to face Ari. Without looking back to Kirstie he said,
"Thank you Kirstie, now if you will please excuse us, Ari and I have much to talk about. You may leave her wand on the desk if you please."

The Headmaster never took his eyes off of Ari.

ari shifted in her seat under the headmaster`s gaze & smiled.

"so . . whatcha wanna talk about?" she asked innocently

Kiriste removed herself rather quickly from the Headmaster's chair, blushing just a bit. She noded at him and left his office.

"I think you know exactally what I wish to talk about....care to start at the begining. Now I must tell you, cooperate and I'm sure I can pursuade the Ministry to 'lessen' any corrective measures they have in mind."

The Headmaster turns and walks to take his seat behind his desk.

although ari did not show it, she was afraid. she didn`t want to imagine the repercussions for her actions. to be honest, she hadn`t even thought about them when she had begun her tasks. the only time did it ever occur to her that she wouldn`t get away without getting in serious trouble, was when lord voldemortist had left her behind.

however ari, being as stubborn as she was, decieded to reply with a question of her own.

"what kind of "corrective measures" does the ministry have in mind?" she asked haughtily

The Headmaster looked at Ari with little to no expression on his face.

"Well Azakaban for one. Seeing how your actions were flagrantly supportive of Voldemortist. I would guess the Ministry would 'over look' the age restrictions to Azakaban on your account.

Now tell me Ari, how did this all begin."

"oh i feel so special." she said, in a monotone voice before taking a deep breath and sighing loudly

"so what exactly do you want to know? from the beginning?" she asked, but seeing is vacant expression, she decided to just begin.

she proceeded to tell the headmaster her entire story about she became aquainted with the dark lord, pausing every now & then to make annoyed & tired sighs. no matter what anyone may think, being a loyal servant was not easy work. she felt as thought she hadn`t slept in weeks.

ari crossed her arms across her chest in a defiant manner, but continued all the same. . .

"he basically told me that if i was to help him with a certain task, it would benifit me in the long run." ari finished, trying to sum up her story & eyeing her wand on the headmaster`s desk in front of her

not a moment after she had finished her story she regretted it. she raised her hand to her mouth in a horrified manner of what she had just done. she didn`t understand what had made her begin to tell the story. ari was sure that it was something she had planned to take to her grave, even at such a young age. not only had she told someone about her plans with lord voldemortist, but she told the headmaster. the one person who voldemortist disliked the most. she was surely to be killed for her disloyalty, alothough it was not intended. once again, ari`s fear creeped in, even being made evident in her voice.

"he`s going to kill me for this." she said quietly, her voice quavering a bit.

The Headmaster watched and listened very closely to Ari's story. How tragic to have fallen prey to such darkness at such a young age. Though watching her closely, he could tell that she wasn't all bad....there might be hope for her yet.

"Well, things don't have to end up like that...him killing you, you know. I feel confident that the Ministry will take some sort of action against you, what action that is will be mainly up to me seeing you are a student here at Hogwarts. Now I know of a rather small corrective school, across the Atlantic, located in the Balkins. It's very remote, unplottable to all Muggles. I know the 'warden' personally.

There you will be safe from Voldemortist, I can even arrange for you to be invisible to all owl posts as well. However, how can I be sure that if I do this for you, you will leave Voldemortist for good. What could you do for me to show me that you no longer wish to serve him?"

ari was watching the headmaster watch her. she hadn`t a clue as to what he may be thinking. she slowly put her elbows on her knees & her head in her hands.

'what am i suppossed to do?' she thought to herself

she contemplated all of her options thouroughly in her head. although the choice may seem simple enough, it was, in fact, not. she had dedicated an entire year to divulging information from hogwarts staff & students to feed it to lord voldemortist. she turned against her friends & risked her own life to support him. was this really the type of life she wanted? to be under complete control of another?

although part of her wanted to run away from him forever, the other part of her feared for her life & the life of her family.

'i can`t just leave them here.' she thought

after much thinking quietly to herself for a long time, she finally came to a decision.

"what do i have to do?" she asked, her voice hoarse.

"If this is what you truely want, then leave everything to me. I will make proper arrangements for your travels to the Balkins and be the secrete keeper for your family. You will not have to worry about Voldemortist until you are ready to return.....and I expect you to return, someday."

He smiled at Ari as she sat opposite him. He stood and walked over to her, picking up her wand as he rounded his desk. He placed his hand on her shoulder.

"Now, I will hold onto this until you return, they don't allow wands where you are going. I'm sure you understand. I was serious when I said that I expect you to return and until then, I'll keep your wand safe and secure."

He tucked into one of the many pockets that lined his robes. HM Hendrik walked back to his desk and took some parchment and scratched out a note. He then walked over to a window and whistled for a messenger. A Great Grey Owl immediately flew through the window.

"Take this letter to Koha Ditore, let her know I'm sending someone over."

He gave the owl an owl treat and it was off again, flying high over the Forbidden Forest. He then walked over to his book case and took a small silver cup from it's shelves. He placed it on the corner of his desk and held both his wand and hand over the top, reciting an encantation in a rather inaudible voice. The cup glowed green for a moment before it returned to it's natural color.

"There, the cup is now a portkey and will take you directly to the docks on the English Channel, from there you will board a boat that will take you through Europe and into the Balkins. Koha will meet you at the end of the boat trip. When you get to the docks, ask for Smithers, he will take care of you until you reach the Balkins."

He then walks over to a chair and takes an old afagan from it and transfigures it into a large, very thick coat.

"Here, you will need this. And don't worry about your parents, I will write to them and explain everything. Now then, you should be on your way."

He paused for a moment...."Ari...I just want you to know that I don't believe you are completely bad...just misdirected. Koha will help you find your way back home. We will all be waiting for you."

Ari looked up at the Headmaster, took a deep breath and slowly walked over to the portkey. She cautiously grasped the cup and was gone.

Ashley walked up to Professor Hendrik, slight nervousness in her stomache.

" Umm....Excuse me Professor...I may have a bit of information that may be of help. Considering, it seems history is repeating itself. I remember in ym 1st year that this same thing happened to the school. The person responisble was after a book. At one point our HeadMistress was murdered on the way to the Ministry. and I think that Voldermortist may be the same person that tried to steal the book so long ago. I also have some reason to believe her perhaps might be related to Voldemort or was his closest ally to take up his name and change it, then to wreck havoc on the school and its students and professors. I also have reason to believe I may be able to help. You might not think so, but I'm willing. My blood was marked by evil like Harry Potter was marked by Voldemort. I don't wish to see anyone else be hurt or killed if I know I can somehow help. I'm not stuborn, so I know not to try and deal with a person such as Voldemortist in a deal of some sort. I'm asking if I can lend my services to help, because I have some ideas to who he is or why he is trying to steal the book, perhaps, again".

AShley stood there, still nervous. She never really spoke of her family or what had happened to her in the past. She was afraid of what might happen if it was to get out. She sighed and watched Professor Hendrik, awaiting his answer.

*Mickey Shultz paused outside HM office. Hearing Ashley (or as he calles her

affectionalty, Eliza) he shuders. Thinks to himself.*

She's doing it. She's revealing her past and true nature. Ah knew this day

would come but Ah dread it. Ah would rather take on the task mah self than

see mah lil' sister get hurt, but she was born to this and Ah just don't have the

stuff.
