"Gryffindor Scores again!! that's 10 more points past the Ravenclaw Keeper. The next question goes to Ravenclaw."

before asking the next question I must caution BOTH teams to read the rules, only beaters of the defensive (meaning the team who's NOT answering the Quaffle question) may answer the Beater question. In this case, If the Gryffindor Beater's answer had been the first, they would have incurred a penalty of 25 points for a player out of position answering...please be careful

Sir_Spots 11-16-2004 02:31 AM

"and the Chasers are on tonight another score by Ravenclaw makes the score 80-20 Ravenclaw......and the next question goes to Gryffindor...."

:ballcap: I must make an additional caution to Captains and Co-Captains, explain to your team that ANY player answering out of position can cost their team a 25 point penalty, the last question was a quaffle for RAVENCLAW therefore no chaser for Gyrffindor should be answering. Since ONLY the first response is being looked at there is no foul this time but I caution each team, if this continues, I will start to issue penalties for not following the rules.

and also once the first question is answered then any additional responses are void so if there's a quaffle question AND a beater question asked at the same time, which ever positioned player responds first (chaser for one team or beater for the other) their question will be acted upon and the other will be void.
