A colourful wooden notice board hangs on the wall of the Charms classroom. Here Madame Noire posts things such as homework and exam dates, as well as general information and guidelines. |

Graduated | Madame Noire walks over to the board and sticks a bright orange paper onto it. It reads: General classroom rules - Thou shalt arrive on time (being late costs you house points). Please note that in the RP, you "are there" all the time, even if you just posted "Bye professor, thanks for the lesson" or something in the end. You can technically never be late. "Being late" only counts when you post in RP mode saying something like: "*Anna rushes into the classroom* Sorry I'm late! *Takes a seat*".
- Thou shalt not fool around in the lesson. Posting irrelevant things and generally making a clown of yourself to get attention is not allowed. This = house points dropping.
- Thou shalt not *kill* yourself or others. This is really annoying. Also, don't make any gruesome accidents happen to you, this only comes out as attention-seeking. "*Voldemort bursts into the classroom, killing everyone but Rob who fights him valiantly until he, too, falls to his death from the window and upon falling he turns out to be Harry Potter drinking Polyjuice Potion and....*"
- Thou needn't not do homework. This is advised, of course, as doing it earns you house points, even if you've only made a scrap effort of it. Not doing homework does not lose you house points, however, so fret not. All homework is to be PM'd to Keredwel by the due date.
- Thou shalt not post Out-of-Character. This means posts such as "heya peeps, the weather here is rainy, i think i'll go take out my dog, gee i'm hungry, cool avatar you got there bobbetty123!" All Out-of-Character posts much be duly titled, so you must add "OOC" before your message, e.g. "OOC: Aww darn, I really have to go take out my dog now. Be back in a few".
- Thou shalt not swear. I think this goes without saying. You're not allowed to swear on these boards anyways, so swearing will not only cost your house points but might land you with a warning as well. You are not allowed to censor your words with asterisks (*) either, or replace letters with other characters.
- Thou shalt be an ambassador of the school. Act as though you were a sole representator on behalf of the school. Be at your best behaviour, and do not call others names or be unkind. If your RP character is a morose old hermit, then so be it, but don't make others feel bad by barking at them or anything.
- Thou shalt respect the teacher's offline life. Yes, I am a real person with a real life (well, almost). I cannot be online 24/7 holding lessons, so please be patient. 57 pages of "Where's the professor???" are not nice. Take a deep breath, walk around the house, count your floor tiles. Perhaps I'll be here when you're done. Perhaps not. So what? Go count the neighbours' tiles.

Graduated | The due date for homework has closed.
Any more homework that is sent will not be counted. POINTS Gryffindor: 11 Slytherin: 32 Hufflepuff: 17 Ravenclaw: 117 Ravenclaws, good job. I am a bit disappointed in the other houses: I only recieved one submitted homework paper from each Gryffindor and Hufflepuff. Two from Slytherin. You should shape up a bit if you want to catch Ravenclaw in house points!
I'm sure you who submitted are all interested in their own homework points. All points are out of a maximum of 20. hermionehp120: 11 AndiC: 13 Reign: 19 ~*RuBbErDuCkIe*~: 17 Pookah: 18 lunano1: 19 handiangel: 17 demented_death_eater: 16 quidditch_chick: 16

In the US, and that's EST, it's only 5:30am on the 20th that you posted homework closed. In future, can you please give us a time with your date?

I had planned on doing this and turning it in today. Here in the US you closed the HW submissions at 5:30am on the due date. I thought we had until midnight.

Patricia walked up to the Notice and smiled proudly at her score 19, not bad!
She thought nodding in approval, and wandered off.

*gasp* But... I thought it was USA time *sniff* I was half way though it Aw, pity, I thought I still had three hours to the deadline.
There's no way you would receive it now, would you? (Doesn't hurt to ask.)
EDIT: guess not, but I only wanted to say I had fun doing it - or more like doing half of it. =P G'night, looking forwards next class^^
EDIT2: lol, no matter^^ I'm from Argentina myself so I have to calculate where's everybody - the thing is, for some reason, I was sure you were American (most of the mods-professor are so it's not so wild to think it). =P My mistake. About forgetting, I know! Only way I can keep pace with everything is by agenda or asking other people to tell me 'not to forget'. I always do hw (both real life and RPG, scary enough) the very same day I've to send it, or the night before. Bad organization problem.

I thought most people had already done it, as I didn't recieve any submissions during the last few days before the due date. Sorry, I'll be more accurate next time. It's just that I can't do everything according to US time, cause I live in Finland myself. That way, it'd already be the day after for me when I close the deadline. I did think about leaving it open for some more time, but then decided that I would forget it otherwise if I didn't close it right then and there.
