Seriously, I really hope we win the House cup and the Quidditch cup this year. We need to work harder. Don't you think so Spots? |

Serena said, "Yeah, we had alot of students getting their homework done! We need to have alot more participation!" GRYFFINDOR FOR THE CUP :chrleadr: |

:ballcap: Spots nods his approval, "you are so correct Serena, I do remember that one student, Andrew I think is his name, spent a lot of time informing students of the homework assignments that were due, maybe someone else can pick up where he left off...." |
SPOTS!!!!! I made the team again! I get to beater! As for Andrew I just got an owl from him today, he has given 3 other Gryffindors and I permission to take over for him, We have to get together and sort things out, and then we'll start getting people informed. |

Yeah! I made the team too! I'm a Chaser again this year! Lets we the Quidditch this year too! GO,GO GRYFFINDOR!! |
I think we've got a good Quidditch team this year. |
I think so too. We could win again this year! Come on Gryffindors! LIONS FOR THE CUP!!! |
The problem is, we haven't got the best captains in the world, they don't post their teams when they need to! I can think of about 5 or 6 ppl, not to mention myself who would make a better captain. |

::genie overhears adam's complaint to sir spots:: don't worry adam, i'm sure everything will work out alright...this is a set back but we can still win, if we work hard enough...we've already done a good job with coming back point wise, i know we can win the house cup this term. |
I know. There's still problems, though. We can't say that we're completely all in order, anyway. I guess they would have other time-consuming things to deal with, but if they have, then they should say that they had too many things to deal with so I'll hand the captaincy duties to someone else for a while, instead of having us all impatient and disappointed. |
"The rosters in and i'm not on it." Feesha said sadly, "I guess I'm not playing." |

That is because you PMed me a little late so I could not submit your name as one of the starting players... I apologise for that. Quote:

Yes as Spots said, we both have things going on, and are on here as much as we possibly can. As for the roster, no one had PMed me about the reserve team, so I could not post a roster at that time. I was away over the weekend, and thought the captain had taken care of the roster. That was just a slight mix up of I thought they were taking care of it. We've had a talk and nothing like that will happen again. I hope everyone is ready for the match tonite. I have confidence in our team and think we will get off to a better start this term than last. :turns to Spots: Thank you for your understanding in this little mix up, it won't happen again. My appologies again for it happening in the first place. :goes to leave: There are some homework assignments posted that you can do for some easy house points. I even posted a book (link) I found in the library that can help with some of it. :walks back to the dorm: |
"Thanks amyliaz, your still a great captain, it'll be sad to see you leave" |
:ballcap: I think everything will be fine, the most importatn thing to remember is that we are all still in the same House and have the same goals, to win the Quiiditch Cup and eventually the House Cup. This can only be accomplished by team and house unity and participation, both in the match (by everyone being on as much as possible and by strategic substitutions) and by turning in assignments. I feel we're still in a great position to repeat in the Championship but it will take a bit of work on everyone's behalf. Even though some of you might not be "starters" on the team, there are plenty of ways that non-players can help. Using our Quidditch thread during the match for consultation and research of questions would be quite helpful and everyone can be of help there. Good Luck to Gryffindor and remember to come out and support those who are playing.......Spots |
:ballcap: Spots floats back into the common room and over to his corner. He hears several Gryffindor students buzzing about today's match but doesn't look over at them. He realizes that they are excited and have every right to be since as he knew they would, they had begun catching up in the match with the Ravenclaw team. "Yes, I'm going to miss this place," he says to himself, looking at the portrait of the Quidditch Cup he helped win. |
:walks in and sees Spots: Hi Spots. I just wanted to appoligise for attacking your way of doing Quidditch here. I have no reason to attack you, because I haven't a better way of doing things. I know you put a lot of time and effort into it, and a lot of people may not realize how much (I ran quidditch on another site, it was horribly time consuming). So although I don't always agree with you, I would like to appologise for the "attacking" comments I might have made. If you, and the other staff, feel there shouldn't be quidditch next term, that is a shame, because it attracts a lot of people to this place. If I were to resign from this team next term, would that make a difference? :she sits and waits for his remark, knowing fully she does not want to quit, but does not want her actions to ruin this game for everyone in her house, not to mention the school: |
:ballcap: Spots looks up at the Gryffindor Co-Captain and simply but politely says," there will be an announcement at the conclusion of the current match about the decisions being made for the future of both Quidditch and my position within Hogwarts. I would rather not discuss the future of either while the match is still undecided." |
:nods her head: I understand Spots, I just wanted to give you my appology. We didn't exactly make things easy on you this match (us nor the Ravenclaws). In my opinion, you at least deserve another term to make tweaks you see fit to make. :smiles softly, and walks back out to the quidditch pitch: |
