HM Hendrik steps into the locker room, clears his throat, and looks very dissapointed.

"It has been brought to my attention that some of the Gryffindor team members have been complaining that Sir Spots ruling at the onset of this match have been unfair and that Sir Spots is bias towards Gryffindor House.

In all my time as Headmaster, I have never seen such a display of unsportsmanship, especially from Gryffindor House.

I will state this only once. Sir T. Puppington is THE official during all Quidditch Matches. He has the ultimate and final say on any of the rules, penalities and scoring of the match. If he feels that Gryffindor did not meet a deadline that he requested, then he is within his powers as Quidditch Official to enforce a penality he feels is fair.

I, along with the rest of the Staff, fully support his decision and quite frankly am appalled that anyone from Gryffindor House would accuse someone from your own house as being biased toward you! Good Googly Moogly! He's your House Ghost, for Merlin's sake.

I do hope that this is the first and last time I need to step in and make such an announcement. What you students may not realize it that preparing for a Quidditch match is a very time consuming project, let alone prepare for an entire season. If actions like this continue, we might have to take a term or two away from Quidditch to see if the student body really wants to continue the sport."

Headmaster we want to play Quidditch, our only problem was that the penalty given did not fit the actions of us. Nothing happened during a game, so we feel it unfair that he "gave" Ravenclaw points and a snitch that they clearly did not earn. We had another penalty during the match that we all fully accept. Our problem was that actions that occur outside the match should have penalties outside the match, not in.

We will play the rest of the game without hassle Headmaster, Professor. I'm sorry if the actions of a frustrated and agitated team influence your decision to stop quidditch for a term. It brings a lot of people to this school, and would be a shame if you choose to take it away.

:ballcap: Spots enters the Locker room before resuming today's session of Quidditch, "thank you headmaster for your ruling. I appreciate your support in my decisions and rulings." (although it seems to falling on deaf ears....sigh)

Spots then turns towards the Gryffindor Co-Captain, as for my ruling happening outside the Match, as far as I'm concerned, as soon as I request the rosters from both Captains, the match is on and any penalty from that point forward should penalize the team and the team members only, not the rest of the entire house.

Ms_Weasley posted in the match when she is not supposed to... She is not on the team and she is posting out of character. Shouldn't it be a penalty?
