Anna is a very energetic and spirited young maiden where everything is an adventure and life a page out of a storybook thanks to her vivid and forever running rampant imagination and if you so much as make eye contact with her it is assumed that you are now a friend. Easily excitable and an adorer of all things rainbow and also really likes remembralls , she is long run-on sentence personified. A very curious kitten, Anna is both excited by mystery while simultaneously disliking it and thus she seeks out understanding or will gather just enough information to make up an understanding that is sufficient and satisfactory to her. This is rooted in the mystery that is her heritage and not knowing her birth dad nor anything about him. Anna therefore tends to make up stories as to where her birth dad is and usually paints him like a dashing hero sort of persona. She tends to revisit the version where her dad is a curse breaker turned pirate and his life style is so dangerous and he gets involved with people and items that are coveted so he left her mother in order to protect them both. In basically every version, birth dad left because it was too dangerous for her and her mother if he stayed so he sacrificed his happiness to keep them safe. Anna is also a bit of a pack rat and has her pockets full of something or another - one day it may be acorns, another stones and pebbles, another bits of torn parchment...it is all contingent on her mood and what fantasy world she woke up into.

While not the most studious, Emma is the type to WORK HARD for what she wants. She is the type to STAND UP FOR HER FRIENDS. She has this desire to be LIKED and ADORED, and while not everyone's cup of tea, her personality is MAGNETIZING. She's a complete PEOPLE-PLEASER. A firm believer in JUSTICE and FAIRNESS. She loves her family and friends more than anything and looks up to her big brothers. Because of the age gap between her brothers, she's also desperate to grow up faster, but unfortunately you can't change biology/genetics.

Dylan and Aspen as parents are pretty normal and don't spoil their children much, but Emma has never had a problem getting exactly what she wants. She's their miracle baby, after all. Meaning that Ambrose and Malachi were planned but then something happened that led them to believe that they couldn't have anymore children. So when Aspen got pregnant with Emma, Dylan was an emotional mess. He's a retired Appleby Arrowhead quidditch player who went on to become a gifted neurosurgeon. Aspen is a deeply mysterious character who became deeply involved in the government (read: hit witch). They weren't parents right away, due to problem's on Dylan's end. Dylan's father was a squib. They have several super close family friends - Oakey and Ariana Gunter top of the list. And actual family members include West Odessa, Chris and Charlie Montmorency.
They used to live in a very nice house in the heart of London, but after having babies, Dylan moved them to a place with a beautiful backyard and lots of space for pets and activities ... quidditch mostly. Though Ambrose is deathly afraid of heights, Malachi has no such issues and really uses it to "train" .... Emma will probably also be into quidditch, but it's hard to know at this time...

SPOILER!!: First Year
While disappointed her brothers had both graduated before she could experience Hogwarts with them, Emma quickly adapted to representing the Montmorency brood. Although she got off to a rough start at the opening feast by overreacting about a garden spider at the Hufflepuff table, she quickly recovered from the outburst (hopefully). Between educating chastising Sloane for eating on the quidditch pitch, to learning about the Whomping Willow from Ezra (including tossing a rock at it to see it "in action"), her first year was nothing short of adventurous. She rounded out her first year after learning about Elizabeth Burke, despite Logan Paton's warnings and with Desiree's guidance she helped uncover the truths of why several professors, students and house elves were acting strangely.

~ After Slytherin game of Spin-the-bottle* , Emma housed Sloane in her dorm for as long as she needed due to her needing a safe space from her dormmates/housemates.
~ Decided she was really going to miss Desiree and Yukie and is going to attempt to write to them regularly now that they've abandoned her graduated

- Everything else was just making it through.
- Oh she did get to raise a dragon egg in CoMC, so that was kind of cool. But she was hoping for an Opaleye, yet hatching it near the duck pond she yielded a Ridgeback instead. Still cool but she'd have preferred the Opaleye. Perhaps next time if the opportunity arises again!

Summer: Low-key. Met a new girl, Rose Snakebark, who didn't seem to know about chocolate frogs so explained about that. Got a fake naval piercing which is better than nothing and if her grades are good, perhaps she can convince her parents to sign for a real one next summer.

Born an only child to Crowfilda, a sensible Herbologist and Elvererry, an eccentric magical inventor known for his terrible attempts at ‘improving’ already existing inventions. In 2088 she married fellow historian Finneas Von Fergersnout, the couple never had any children of their own. On the 6th January 2101, both Finneas and her father Elvererry were killed in a freak accident whilst experimenting with magic. Although the accident was traumatic for Apollonia, she gained comfort in knowing they went doing what they loved most. She has remained happily alone ever since.

Likes: Historical re-enactments, amateur dramatics, world travel, calling students ridiculous nicknames, singing opera and musical theatre songs (badly) in the hallways. Dislikes: Lists, rigidity and routine, lack of enthusiasm, people who say they hate history, frowning. Quirks: Snorts whilst laughing, Has a fear of balloons, Collects dirt from every foreign location she’s been to.
To say Apollonia is a ~character~ would be an understatement. Passion aplenty, enthusiasm in abundance and with a vivid imagination to boot, her theatrical nature would not be out of place in Wonderland. Her desire to be involved however leaves her with the inability for organisation and it is likely she will change direction half way through her course. Apollonia isn’t particularly bothered by others opinions about her and would rather be unapologetically herself but it does mean that she rarely ever sits still. Students may find her singing (terribly) in the hallways or hear her bellowing laugh (complete with an unladylike snort) from within the office.

After graduation from university Apollonia continued in historical research travelling around the world studying magical artefacts. During her many years of travel she published several books (which would take several years to write due to her disorganised nature) on historical events she found particularly interesting in her own particularly quirky style. Her most recent book is a colourful and engaging description of revered Witches & Wizards written especially for children. Upon returning from many years of travel, Apollonia worked at the Magical Archives preserving and researching historical artefacts through time. When the teaching position opened at Hogwarts, Apollonia jumped at the opportunity to engage and educate young minds on the wonders of history.
