Professor Phoenix sat at her desk in the greenhouse, busily scribbling on a piece of parchment. She looked up shortly when the first students entered and flashed them a small smile, waiting for the rest to appear. | |

"Thank you Professor." Becca took a couple of breathes; she still winched. Becca slowly went back to the group. Becca took of her cloak and untucked her shirt. She touched her back; she felt it was swollen in some areas. She took some breathes and winched a little bit. Becca put her cloak back on and tucked her shirt back in. She smiled at the professor. | |

"Oh dear, Becca. I suppose you will have to see the school nurse about that. :/ And she will be after my blood for exposing you to the Whomping Willow. But you should be okay, and the healing doesn't take a minute.
"We will return to the greenhouses so you can pick up your bags and books," Professor Phoenix said with a last content look at the Whomping Willow. "I am very proud of you—especially the first years. That was good work."
When the arrived back at the greenhouse they had been in earlier—greenhouse one—Professor Phoenix unlocked the door and let them inside.
"Oh, I nearly forgot about the homework," she said, and several students groaned, which made her laugh. "I knew you wouldn't have minded had that been the case indeed."
She tapped the blackboard with her wand while stowing away parchments that were scattered over her desk and closing the lids of the healing salves carefully. A piece of white chalk lifted in the air and started writing the homework for the students to copy down.
Quote: Try and find something out about the willow tree. Since the Greek antique, it has been considered as a magical plant. Any ideas why? And how is the Whomping Willow different from a normal willow tree? 200 words should do; but more is allowed.
Homework due Friday, 25th of June. It must be sent to air_of_ancaleth@hotmail.com (PMs not accepted), and must include your Username, House and Member ID. "If you have copied your homework down, you may go," Professor Phoenix said, and nodded at the class. "I will award every house twenty points for the participation in this class—and you can earn more by turning in your homework on time, of course."

"Thank you," Professor Phoenix said with a slight blush. When all the students had left, she checked that all plants were safely stowed away, and locked the greenhouse behind herself.
Next Lesson: Starting on Thursday, 24th of June.
