*start points her wand a particularly violent branch, and shouts loud and clear*

*the branch stops moving for a little bit*

*quiditchchick runs over and work extremely quickly, she runs back and Sarah shouts, again clear and strong*

STUPEFY!

* Runs at the stunned branch un tangles it and bandagess it and jumps off and runs back. *

"Ennervate!" We both yell as bandages wrap tightly around the damaged branch.

"Good Job, voldemortsucks" :flowersmile:

Jill looked at the Professor, then slowly took a step towards a tangled branch, palms up, hoping Becca would Stun the branch from behind her.

OOC - Becca, if I'm not on, you can RP Jill. Is vice versa ok too?

Becca watched Jill get closer. "Stupefy," Becca said loudly. The branch froze she waited for Jill to do the things she needed to do.

* waits for Firebolt7 to stunn the next one * " Tell me when you're about to stunn it. "

Jill raced forward, stopping right in front on the branch. Carefully and gently, she untangled the three branches.
"Ferula," Jill touched one of the branches that looked pretty damaged. Then, quick as she came, Jill jumped back, palms up and out.

Becca pointed at the untangled branches.
"Enervate!" She shouted as bandages popped onto the branches. She pointed to another set. "Stupefy!" She shouted again.

Jill approached the tree a little more cautiously, as if the branches looked to wriggle at any moment.
"Umm.. Becca?" Jill called in back of her. "I think the tree might be fighting it."
"Stupefy!" Came the underlying nervous response as Becca stunned the trio of branches again. Jill gave her a quick smile - she saw Becca's uncomfort earlier, as if she wasn't all to happy to be so near the Willow with Jill's life and health on the line.
"I wouldn't like it either," Jill thought, untangling the branches. "Even doing this makes me edgy." Jill stepped back, palms at the ready.
"Enervate!"

"Good work! Keep on!" Professor Phoenix called, carefully paying attention to the students and tree alike.


OOC: Attention! Remember that the branches ARE actually frozen. You must AWAKE (Enervate) them to untangle them, then STUN them BACK into frozen state! Some have been doing vice versa

"Let do that branch right there," she points to a hurt branch.

"STUPEFY!" Sarah shouts.

*hurridly she climbs to the branch*

"Ok!" she shouts back to Sarah.

"Ennervate!" she shouts.

*quickly untangles the branch and takes out her wand to repair it*

"Ferula!" she points to the branch.

"Ok!" she shouts back to Sarah, again.

"Stupefy!" Sarah stuns the branch back.

*climbs down and stands back next to Sarah*

"Okay, voldemortsucks, I'm ready, let's do it again. Enervate!"

*Waits a Second as the Branches swing about Madly*

"Stupefy! Your turn to Untangle"

Nadia approached tree entangled branches and took her wand to point at them. "OK, Lily, I'm the Stunner and you are the Healer then. I'll awake the tree branches at once now, so careful now. OK then. Enervate!"

The tree branches started moving at once and hurting each other rather than us, but still it went crazy enough - "OK, new plan, I'll stun the other two and to it by sequences - Stupefy! Stupefy!"

Luck - or maybe skill - made Nadia hit two of the branches but the other was still pulling incesantly to get the other two off - "Quick now, before it hurt itself more -"



ooc: what happens, phoebe, is that 'stunning' is like 'making limp', not 'freezing' (harden, that would be 'petrificus totalus'), so for real it wouldn't be necessary to *awake* and *stun* again to untangle the branches. I think that was what made confussion araise.

Meanwhile, Aschere was at another spot with a first year she hadn't seen before.
"Ok, get ready, I'm about to awaken this branch - get a good grip on it, now," she was saying, pointing to the branch. "You figured out how you want to untangle it?"

"Uh... yeah, I have,"

"Ok. Ready? Enervate!"
The first year deftly untangled the branches, keeping a firm grip on them. "Stun it!"

"Stupefy! What happened?"
"Nothing, just that I'd rather bandage the branch when it's still..."
"Right."

* Runs at the wigiling branch and bandages it because its almost broken. * " Ferula! "

"Okay, Next One. Ready?"

*He Nods*

"Enervate!!"

*The branches awake and start hitting the grounds with large thuds*

"Time for the Healing"

*She nods to her Partner*

"Go!"

* runs at the branch and heals it get hit on the face and starts to bleed. * " don't worry ill be fine the WW is in worse shape well fix that then ill worry bout my self. "

"Stupefy!"

"If you say so..."

*Adds another Batch of Bandages to the Branch*

"If you're sure you are all right we can do another. "

"Enervate!"

"Very good so far," Professor Phoenix called. "We've got about half done, so keep up the work!"


OOC: Well, I always considered Stupefy, as the Stunning Spell, to stun a person/thing and make it kinda rigid. Hmm.

(Points his wand at a couple of tangled branches)

Enervate!

(Waits for his partner to untangle them, then stuns the branches and moves onto another bunch.)

* Runs to the branch and heals it and jumps off. * " Next. "

"Enervate!"

*The branches come to life once more, untangling themselves.*

"Stupefy!"

*Waits a Second*

"Okay, now... Heal!"

* runs at the branch. * " Ferula. " * my arm gets hit and i gron. * " I'm ok Ferula. * my arm gets wraped in bandages. * " Again. "

*Looks at voldemortsucks*

"I tell ya, if you're sure you're alright, well... Getting hit by the Whomping Willow is dangerous buissness. Becareful, okay?"

*And with that, she points her wand up at a branch.*

"Enervate"

*The branches untangle themselves once more*

"Stupefy"

"And.... Now!"
