Professor Lainey unlocked her door to her classroom and glided back to her chalkboard. She wrote, " Take a seat and take out your quills, get ready my students for historical thrills. She smiled at her little rhyme despite the fact she knew it was completely dorky .Then she took a seat then stood up, then took a seat again, just to get right back up again. She was more than excited about her first class and just couldn't sit still. Beginning to glide back and forth in a pace-like fashion, she waited for her students to arrive.

Professor Lainey beamed at all her students. "Yes. Exactly. Salazar felt that only the witches and wizards of pure blood decent should be allowed into Hogwarts, thus causing a bit of a rift between them and eventually leading to the departure of Slytherin from the school. Next, Godric Gryffindor. Gryffindor valued courage above all other qualities. He wanted those that had brave deeds to their name in his house. He wanted daring students with nerve and sense of chivalry.

Next, Rowena Ravenclaw. Who can tell some things about Ravenclaw?

Rowena Ravenclaw wanted to "teach those whose intelligence is surest". She is best remembered by her inteligence and creativity.

Also, if you are asking of Helga Hufflepuff (I didn't quite get your question because you talked of them both in the same sentence), she prided her loyal and just students, however, she decided to take the students that the other houses didn't want. She was loved by her charming ways

According to the Sorting Hat, Ravenclaw came from "the glen." Her Famous Wizard card tells us that "(i)t's thought that she came up with the ever-changing floor plan. She's best remembered for her intelligence and creativity." Rowena was dear friends with Helga Hufflepuff. She is said to have stated: "We will teach those whose intelligence is surest." The Sorting Hat has stated that Hufflepuffs are patient and unafraid to toil. They are hardworkers and most worthy of admission.

Helga Hufflepuff was sweet and was from valley broad. She accepted the rest into her house and treated them (us) just the same.

Helga Hufflepuff made the house of the Hufflepuffs to take kids that were loyal and hardworkers....In chapter 7 of the SS , Hufflepuffs were known for loyalty. They are also well known for her royalty and honesty....

Professor Lainey clapped her hands together. "I don't think you lot needed this lesson at all!! Brilliant answers. Yes, Helga looked for those loyal at heart, those that didn't mind hard work, the ones that were honest to the core. Sweet Helga won the hearts over of other wizards with her charm.

Now, I believe that combination of these Founding Four's brilliance and personalities has made Hogwarts what it is today. Even though this school was founded over at least a thousand years ago, the virtues of each of The Hogwarts Four shines through in each of you.
