Professor Hendrik rushes down to the Quidditch Pitch almost stumbling over his own feet in the darkness. The night was dark and cool and the moon was waining, casting little light on the Pitch. "Lumos....", he says quietly, "there, that's better."
He walks over to the gates of the Pitch and attaches a note which reads: First Flying Lesson
All students welcome, from the beginners to more advanced fliers. Class will begin promptly at:
11am Wednesday April 14, 2004.
Bring your broom if you have one. I will provide school brooms for those of you who are in need. Try not to be late and if you are, please do not announce it. All classroom rules are in effect on the Pitch as well.
See you then!
Prof. Hendrik
Off in the distance, Professor Hendrik heard something. It sounded like footsteps. He quickly extingushed his wand and backed up aganist the wall of the Pitch. He scanned the darkness trying to determine the source of the sound. He waited and watched the errie darkness.....nothing, not even the crickets that usually sang their hypnotic songs were stirring.
He silently made his way down the wall of the Pitch until he was directly across from the west walls of the castle. There under the windows of the DADA classroom was what he was looking for, a rather large and oddly shaped stone.
It was several hundred yards to the castle and with each step, his heart beat faster. He continously listened over his shoulder to determine if the source of the footsteps were following him. Once at the castle wall, he pushed inward on the stone revealing a passage way. Without hesitation, Professor Hendrik dissapeared into the shadows. | |

Professor Hendrik unlocks the gates to the Pitch and wanders out onto the field. He scans the stands looking for anything out of place.
*thinking to himself* "...everything looks in order, still...will have to be on my toes during the lesson...last night was extremely odd...."
Professor Hendrik mounts his broom and takes a few laps around the Pitch to clear his brain while he waits for students to arrive.

"Ok here is how we are going to do this:
I will post a clue here and the first person to tell me where I hid the Golden Snitch get House points. Now I hid them all over the school and I mean ALL OVER the school. Is everybody ready?"
OOC:You will find the Snitches usually in the first post of a thread, possibly the second or third but never more than 5 posts down from the first post in a thread. I will give clues as to where to look and if I stump everyone I will post additional clues to help out. Hopefully this won't take forever and if it does, I will just post all the clues and whoever finds them can and can get the points. Now when you find it, you must tell me exactally where you found it, the specific forum and thread and the SS user's name I posted it in.
Like this "Snitch Seeker Forum - SS Notice Board - School Issues - School Paper - Christiane" Any questions, PM me. "OH I almost forgot, you will be looking for this
