Professor Rae struggled to open the door to the classroom, nearly tripping over the door frame on her way in. In her arms sat a quite heavy something that was covered in a large star-spangled cloth. She inched it carefully onto her desk before heaving a great sigh of relief that the task was done. Brushing her hands off, Professor Rae crossed the room. After removing her wand, she flicked it, causing the sconces on the walls to flame to life.

"There now," she watched the fire light dance merrily on the walls, then turned to wait for her students to enter.

"Exactly! Freezing them would make them look this bluish, wouldnt it? And it makes sense since Ashwinders egg are exremely dangerous when they get in contact with oxigin and anything that is flamable (sp?)."

"Exactly, Becca!" Professor Rae said excitedly. "I'll give you 10 points, because I really didn't expect it to be that much of a challenge. This is a pogrebin." She tapped the tank with her wand, and the whole pile seemed to quiver.

"What is the MoM rating on this creature?"

It's XXX because pogrebins likes to attack humans from all victims the best and makes them despair when being following quite a while.

If you mean which spell would fight them, I guess it's Stupefy, right, professor? They are quite fragile creatures, really...

Professor, you said that you found this in your office I believe. If they are native to Russia, then how would one manage to travel here? Dark wizard?

XXXXX (5 Xs) which means: known to murder, impossible to train
XXXX Dangerous, needs for especial knowledge, experimented wizards can handle them
XXX Competent Wizards can train them
XX Hrmless, can be trained
X Boring

"I'm not sure as of yet how it got in, although it made my Dark Magic Detector go quite wonky. I'm looking into it, but it is highly possible that the creature crawled in of its own accord. 'Err...it says here 'If a Pogrebin is allowed to tail a human for many hours...' What do they mean by 'allowed to'?

"Now, we've already established some information about the pogrebin. It is small and gray, with a hairy body that can be hidden when it squats on the ground. Mostly this is due to its large, smooth head, as well as to magic and the ability to stay deceptively still. The pogrebin is mainly found in Russia, although there have been some found throughout the world, probably carried there by wizards or in another fashion. Generally, pogrebins aren't very fast unless they are following someone and aren't keen on much travel."
