It kills instantly only one person has survived... It can not be stopped and leaves no scars or marks

It kills its target, it's not painful but immediate, it leaves no scars and it cannot be stopped by ANY spell. Only material shield will work.

Another thing about the Killing Curse is that it is an illegal curse.

Actually there's a way - two if we count Harry Potter's case, which is still a mystery to date -. The other way of shielding would be using a material shield. That's why, if you get to shield being a statue or something like that it will work.
Another thing about the Aveda Kedabra: It's works only by touching - meaning: if you get hit in the arm by the spell it will kill you whole, not only damage your arm. The spell is a described to be smokey loking flash of green light. And it won't *kill* pheonix... at least not definitely

Thanks for the kind words^^ I think it's a common consideration that the Killing seems to be the worst, but as a matter of fact it could change from the perspective. While you are taking life from a person, at least it doesn't suffer, and while psychical pain can drive you mad emotional one can destroy you ona different yet alike way - many people consider the worst thing to be done to one is *being betrayed*, for example. You bring a very interesting topic^^
