| | Sixth-Floor Corridor It goes without saying that the sixth-floor corridor is a curious one. Several doors can be found along this carpet-lacking hallway that mostly lead to storerooms, a few classrooms, and rooms that are locked for reasons unknown to you. Though the most notable features of the sixth floor are the Transfiguration and Music classrooms and a tapestry covering a long crack in the wall where a mysterious portal had once been.
While there isn't much to explore on this floor, at least the bust of Glanmore Peakes will give you something to look at. But if admiring the sea serpent slayer isn't really your thing, there are plenty of bizarre portraits to talk to. Temeritus Shanks is always up to date about the details being printed in the Prophet and swears every word in it is true; Vindictus Viridian will give you some pointers on how to get revenge on your enemies using a few choice potions; and Wendelin the Weird, well, she doesn't really have much to say because she's too busy laughing maniacally while "burning" at the stake.
Or perhaps a certain nook containing a cage with two birds, one black and one white, will capture your attention. How did those get there?

Hogwarts RPG Name: Max Krauss-Marshall Slytherin First Year | books and cleverness | i like you a latte "In your room, the broom cupboard, the pit of slugs, anywhere that's not taken by them," Irithel readjusted her glasses as she pulled at the Slytherin's sleeve, trying to move her away from the alliance people. She did not know what the girl wanted to practise, but it was probably not as urgent as staying alive. Irithel was not at all desperate to learn how to play the piano, and though she wanted to continue studying Transfiguration, she would not mind if the class got cancelled due to these circumstances. It would mean less homework to procrastinate on. "They've hurt plenty of pure-bloods for annoying them. Let's just go!"
The brunette was two seconds away from leaving this corridor alone. She would wait the two seconds just because she did not want to be known as the cruel kid who abandoned a first year in the midst of evil alliance dudes.

| Bathes in Maple Syrup | Dancing Lobster | Mrs. Charlie Weasley | Seneca's Beard | That's So Fetch The girl's response was expected. She knew the answers to all of her questions before they were even said. It was just disappointing though considering how convenient this floor of the castle had been to her with its many rooms and the simple fact that no one had intruded on her when she was blowing things up. It was just annoying that she was going to have to find a new place where no one would interrupt her.
A sigh escaped her body when her sleeve was pulled on. Cornelia lingered, however. Her eyes darting from whoever this girl was to the Alliance people and back to the girl. What she said about them hurting pure-bloods was factual, but she disagreed entirely with the unspoken insinuation, whether intentional or not, that her own presence would annoy them. If anything, she was sure they would be thrilled she was so eager to blow things up. Her developing mind was being influenced.
Nevertheless, there was no room for arguing against the Ravenclaw's words of wisdom. "Fine," she eventually uttered, deciding that it wasn't worth taking a risk just to use a particular room when there were plenty others in the school. "Let's go."

Hogwarts RPG Name: Max Krauss-Marshall Slytherin First Year | books and cleverness | i like you a latte If Irithel knew that Cornelia had been planning to practise Bombarda, she would have agreed that it would not annoy the alliance followers too much. So er, sorry for the wrong insinuation, hehe. Still, these people didn't seem like the type who allows students to borrow their living space for educational purposes. Best stay out of their way.
Relieved that she decided to go with her, the tall second year let go of her sleeve and began to walk briskly toward the staircase. "I'm going back to Ravenclaw Tower. I still have homework to do," she rolled her eyes because homework was boooriiing, "you stay safe, alright? Bye!" With a wave, she turned to climb up the stairs.
