likes; books, quiet-thinking space, bells 'n bobs, learning, education as a concept, swallowing encyclopedias in the most figurative sense, bowties, action figures, dungeons and dragons, pumpkin desserts dislikes; cherry flavored anything, tomatoes, owls, large crowds, athletics in full(ish); Finneas is smart. A super genius, if you will. His brain is the size of mars, probably. He truly enjoys learning and is able to memorize facts far faster than the typical guy. And is a master of magic, can summon a patronus in mere seconds. He's driven by the desire to learn and is quite logical in his approach to life's biggest curveballs. He may not be your brawny, first choice of a protecter during a battle, but he'd surely protect you with his skilled wand-work and systematic approach to problem solving. What he has in brain and magical ability, however, he unfortunately lacks in social awareness. Finneas is a nervous man. He's an anxious blinker and struggles to hold eye contact for prolonged periods of time. His toes are in a perpetually stubbed state, as he can be quite the klutz when in the spotlight. Avalon Eloise Sinclair was born to pureblood Theodore Sinclair (of London, England) and muggle-born Madeleine Sinclair (of Cannes, France) on March 13, 2087 in the small village of Ashwell, Hertfordshire, England. Her parents had spent the last several years traveling for Theodore's job in the Department of International Magical Cooperation at the Ministry of Magic, so they were looking forward to settling down for good with their family in the United Kingdom. Avalon enjoyed growing up in the countryside - she had plenty of room to run and play with her siblings, Archer and Amelia. She attended St. Woboldo's Primary Wizarding School in London, where she excelled in most of her subjects. When Avalon was seven years old, the Sinclair family relocated to Notting Hill to be closer to Madeleine's new job as a journalist and photographer for a wizarding world fashion magazine. Living in one of the trendiest neighborhoods in London had its perks for Avalon - she developed a keen sense for fashion and beauty (thanks to her mother's expertise) and made friends with some of the most affluent muggle children in all of London. However, she soon realized that money wasn't everything, and she developed a firm opposition to the pretentiousness of the wealthy muggle families. She also grew weary of having to hide her family's magical abilities. After all, because they lived in a primarily muggle neighborhood, the Sinclairs could only practice magic behind closed doors. Avalon itched to let her magic free, and one day, at the ripe young age of 9, she stole one of her older brother's broomsticks. She made it about 14 feet off the ground before losing control and crashing back down into the Sinclair's backyard. After a broken wrist, an obliviate charm to the three muggles who happened to see her, and a stern punishment from her parents, Avalon knew she couldn't let her magic loose anymore, so she waited somewhat impatiently to come of age to attend secondary wizarding school. She was ecstatic to receive her letter of acceptance to Hogwarts. Her father attended Hogwarts back in the day as a Gryffindor, and as the first of the Sinclair offspring to attend, she couldn't wait to tell her siblings all about her adventures.

Avalon had a very successful first year at Hogwarts. After being sorted into Ravenclaw house, she immersed herself into her studies. She quickly found out that she didn't love Potions class as much as she expected. To her disappointment, she didn't share her siblings' potion-making talents. However, the young Ravenclaw discovered that she had a particular knack for Transfiguration. Avalon tried out for the Quidditch team, and to her delight, made the house roster as a chaser. She looked forward to practices every week, and although it was difficult at times to manage the sport, her social life, and her studies, she ended the year as the second top point-earner for Ravenclaw house.

Because of the mist situation at Hogwarts, Avalon (along with her classmates and professors) relocated to Beauxbatons for her second year of school. She was quite excited to see the school that her sister Amelia called home. As a Ravenclaw student, she shared a common room with Ombrelune House. Avalon was relieved that her classes were relatively the same as they had been at Hogwarts, with the exception of Care of Magical Creatures. However, she was quite disappointed that Quidditch was suspended until further notice, and she quickly learned that the French students weren't as welcoming as she imagined they would be. Instead of flying practice, she filled her spare time with wandering around the grounds, which proved to be a fulfilling pasttime until she fell victim to a particularly nasty sticking charm in one of the corridors. In spite of the drama that ensued at Beauxbatons, Avalon ended the year tied for the top point-earner for Ravenclaw. She was extremely relieved to hear that they could return to Hogwarts for the next term.

Avalon's third year was pretty uneventful except for the portraits of the Hogwarts founders basically taking over the school. As it was another year without Quidditch, she was forced to come up with some new hobbies, so she decided to take up fashion design in her spare time. One of her fondest memories from the year was attending the Halloween party in a phoenix-inspired dress that she had designed and transfigured for herself, thanks to some help from Professor Eris. She also spent quite a lot of time studying up on Potions, as she was determined to improve her skills. Her dedication was successful, and while she definitely wasn't the best potion-maker in the school, she had improved remarkably. She ended the year again as one of the top point-earners for Ravenclaw house.
Text Cut: Year 4
Year 4 started out great for Avalon. She made plenty of new friends, excelled at most of her classes (she even made it through the first disastrous Defense Against the Dark Arts lesson of the term relatively unscathed - with bragging rights for successfully bridling a kelpie), and had time to dedicate to her fashion design and sewing projects. Although she failed miserably at taming a kneazle in Care of Magical Creatures, Avalon continued to improve her potion-making and ancient runes skills. She was even introduced to the wonderful world of jazzercise thanks to Professor Schmoe. But leave it to a magical weather phenomenon to turn things upside down. Just before Halloween, the Ravenclaw encountered a mysterious weather reporter lurking near the front gates. (To this day, she is astounded that she didn't lose any house points for accidentally bringing a stranger into the castle.) It was difficult to make it through the rest of the term without magic and a functioning memory, not to mention that she had to wear nearly five times as much blush to bring some much-needed color to her increasingly translucent cheeks. Despite temporarily forgetting all of her professors' names and basically everything that happened to her, Avalon ended the year on a high note: passing her exams with flying colors, earning lots of points for Ravenclaw, and helping her professors and classmates restore magic at Hogwarts.

Brief History
Eron was born on a sunny day of April 5th in Sweden. The newly wed couple Alfred and Meyer decided to stay with Meyer’s parents for the meantime due to her pregnancy. This way they could save up after Eron’s birth. They lived there for 5 years before moving to Scotland and not long after that Eron had a baby brother, Eryk. Despite the loving marriage of his parents- or so he assumed, his parents separated shortly after Irithel was born. When his father was away for work, Eron was the one who took care of his sister most of the time while his 2 other brothers assisted him in other daily chores such as laundry and cleaning the house. They are very happy on their own and that despite his dislike towards his mother with her “new family”, Eron knows that things will be better for them.

Irithel is the youngest child and only daughter from Alfred and Meyer’s marriage. Meyer left Alfred shortly after Irithel was born, because she was having an affair with another man. She has begun a new family with Theo Savalas and the Rutherfords no longer see or speak to her. Unlike her older brothers, Irithel has few memories of her mother, but still grew up loathing the woman for leaving them. This is why she refuses to use her middle name “Fleur”, which is also her mother’s middle name.
Despite her mother’s absence, Irithel was brought up quite happily by her father and brothers. She attended Primary Wizarding School since Year 1, where her favourite courses were Geography and Muggle-Wizard Connections. She spent most of her free time in the kitchen learning how to bake, or in the greenhouse taking care of her plants. Having exhibited magic at a young age, the arrival of “the letter” in the summer before her first year did not come as a surprise. She was excited to finally attend the great, mysterious, dangerous school she had heard so much about … Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

Being her brothers’ only sister FAVOURITE sister, Irithel loves being the center of attention. She shows confidence in everything she does, even though she often does said things incorrectly. She is logical in decision making and does not like surrendering to her emotions. This is aided by the goals she sets for herself and the belief that she has to be ruthlessly rational in order to achieve them. Ironically, she is also a master procrastinator, so her determination is strongest the night before a task is due. Her logic, which is usually lucid, fails people when it comes to her fashion style, which she describes as “exotic” and which other people describe as “weird”. She has a growing interest in environmental protection and enjoys learning how to make a change, exemplified by her decision to become a vegan. Meanwhile, Irithel’s strained relationship with her mother has had an impact on her interpersonal skills. Extra Info Personality: Heath has been described as having a mind that “moves faster than a Firebolt”. His train of thought often takes a chaotic path, but he’ll usually arrive at the right conclusions in his own way. A serious and driven person, he has a natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge. When he is truly passionate about something, he will learn everything he can about it and pursue it wholeheartedly.
Naturally shy and withdrawn, Heath is very careful about what he reveals to others. Years of bullying in muggle school taught him to avoid ridicule by censoring himself, so he tries to hide the parts of himself that others may find unlikeable. He never engages without first assessing the situation to anticipate the most likely outcome/reaction. He avoids the things that scare him whenever possible, and when he can’t disengage from a person or task he fears, he copes by going “into character”, e.g. taking on the personality traits he expects will gain a positive reaction. Because he tailors himself to be what he thinks others will want to see, few people get to know the real Heath. He'll occasionally come out of his shell when talking about his interests or when around people he trusts not to react badly to him, but to those who he does let in, he's a loyal friend.
Despite his insecurities, Heath picked up some traits from his Gryffindor family, specifically stubbornness, chivalry, and a desire to help the weak and vulnerable. The youngest child of Adelon Ryder-Jones and Christopher Jones (a St. Mungo’s healer and muggle magazine editor, respectively), Heathcliff came into the world with huge expectations already upon him. Like his older siblings, he was expected to inherit the Ryder side of the family’s light hair, blue eyes, and confident Gryffindor personality. Instead, he got his father’s dark hair and dark eyes, as well as a shy, sensitive personality that didn’t quite match up with either side of the family. Because he differs so drastically from his relatives, he’s often unfavorably compared to his more outgoing siblings, and with the exception of his dad and his older cousin Zira (the only other non Gryffindor in the family), he has a hard time relating to his family. This led him to grow up feeling like an outsider in his own home.
Like all the Jones children, he attended a muggle primary school where he had trouble fitting in due to his magical abilities and shy, sensitive nature. In his early school years, he had his older sister Ariel to help him make friends and stand up for him, but she left for Hogwarts shortly before his eighth birthday. WIthout her, the bullying only got worse. Fortunately, it was also around this time that Heath discovered his two great passions in life, Star Wars and acting. The former he discovered while watching old movies with his muggle grandparents; the latter when his dad enrolled him in a youth theater program in hopes of boosting his confidence. Through the Star Wars fandom, Heath found a sense of belonging he lacked at home and at school, and through acting, he found an outlet for the parts of himself he had to hide.
Like his older siblings, Heath received his Hogwarts acceptance letter on his eleventh birthday. He was eager to join his sister but because of where his birthday fell, he had to wait nearly a year to start school. Then, just before he was due to attend Hogwarts, the school was closed and classes relocated to Beauxbatons for the upcoming term. Adelon believed starting school so far from home would be too much for Heath to handle, so it was decided that he’d be homeschooled by his grandparents until Hogwarts reopened. Heath was at first disappointed that he’d have to wait yet another year to start Hogwarts, but after reading his sister’s letters about her experiences at Beauxbatons, he realized his mother made the right choice.
Heath started Hogwarts at the second year on 1 September 2100. Although he hoped to be placed in Gryffindor like the majority of his family, the hat saw his natural inclination toward intellectual pursuits and placed him in Ravenclaw instead. Heath initially feared disapproval of his sorting, but to his surprise, his family was supportive… at first. Things changed later in the year with the appearance of the Hogwarts founders. Although Heath only encountered Rowena Ravenclaw personally, he was deeply shaken to learn of Godric Gryffindor’s attack on Professor de Nostredame. His disapproval of Gryffindor’s actions put him at odds with the members of his family from that house, particularly his older sister, who refused to believe her house founder would attack someone unjustly.
HIs family drama only intensified over the summer holiday when his father undertook a business venture that would relocate the family to Canada. Adelon refused to leave her job at St. Mungo’s, which led to the couple’s separation. Heath then had to make the hardest decision of his life: follow his dad to Canada and transfer to a new school or stay in the UK and limit contact with one of the only people who understood him. Fearing rejection at a new school, he chose to remain at Hogwarts, but it wasn’t all bad. His sister’s distance and his parents’ separation led to him developing a closer relationship with his brother.
Heath’s third year was an emotional rollercoaster. A strange weather event sent Hogwarts two hundred years into the past, causing issues with memory loss and transparency. Heath spent the bulk of the term thinking he and everyone else in the school had died and come back as ghosts. While the events led to a reconciliation with Ariel, the lack of contact with the outside world meant he was left to process the emotions that came with thinking he died at such a young age (and those of falling in love for the first time) on his own. He later learned that they weren’t actually dead but in danger of fading from existence and did everything he could to help find the solution to get them back to their own time. The experience caused Heath to re-evaluate his life and resolve to be more sociable, so he’d be remembered if he does die young. In some ways, he’s still haunted by those events, but he doesn’t want that to hold him back.
