Even when she was forgetting things, the loss of magic was rather hard to ignore. Classes weren't as appealing without it. "You can sit down, silly." She chuckled as she nudged a chair towards him with her foot. Having him loom over her while he stood was kinda weird, you know?
It was on that moment that it struck her that she was, in fact, working on something. "Oh, I was...." Cassie started, but her voice eventually faded away. She blinked. "....I forgot." The Gryffindor glanced back at him with a very yikes look on her face.
Seeing anyone smiling lately was a welcoming site. When the smiling someone was a friend it made it all the better.
Lukas tilted his head at her.
"There isn't?" Sure they were in a magical school and the soul purpose of being here was to learn magic... but there was plenty of fun stuff to do. There was an entire castle of people and ghosts to talk to and about a bazillion different rooms to check out. Plus everything out on the grounds! Okay, so maybe he was playing it off a little bit and trying not to focus so much on the loss of magic BUT there was still stuff to do. "What type of stuff do you like to do?" He could always help her find something fun to do.
"I know. I was going to." The firstie dropped down onto the chair she had pushed towards him.
The look on his friends face shouldn't have been funny but it was. Lukas found himself laughing a little bit to hide his own discomfort with their current memory issues.
"That's okay. You can always just go along with it and keep painting. See what the brush creates for you." That's what he normally did.
