Connected to the Armour Gallery, the Trophy Room is where all awards, trophies, cups, plates, shields, statues, and medals are put on display behind crystal glass. Dating back centuries are the numerous achievements that have been made by those who've walked within these walls. When the sunlight shines through the windows and hits the glass just right, the items and names within glimmer and shine oh so bright.
Hundreds of names can be read here, ranging from the great Harry Potter, teachers and ministers of the past, many of today's famous Quidditch players, and more. Carefully looking at all of the names on each individual nameplate, some of you just might even find your parents' names here. Feel free to admire and strive to get your name listed somewhere in this room before you graduate. Just don't press your fingers against the glass or think about having a late-night duel here. You will be sitting here every night for detention until each trophy and plaque in sight is polished to perfection if you do.
Tom had been exploring the castle, when suddenly he came to what appeared to be trophy room, it was filled with different trophies, he decided to walk down the room, taking a look at what was there. He noticed that there was Quidditch Champions, House Cup Champions, he knew that was the house with the most points, when he was at primary school they had a red and blue house, he had been in the red house and they had won the sports championship, but they had lost the points championship, which was something that had upset him, as it was the very first year in all his time there that they had lost it.
There were so many different trophies and Tom wondered who actually had to polish all these, because he knew if it was him, he would actually hate it with a passion.

This being Blake's first year actually at Hogwarts, but his 2nd year of school he was as lost and confused on everything as the first years were. Really it was like the school had double the firsties.
But none the less, Blake was exploring about the castle and came upon a room with lots of trophies in it. Noticing another boy in there as well who could be the same age as him ... or maybe just a smidgen younger he smiled. Unsure if he was going to talk to him or not just yet .... Blake had a hard time making new friends.... but it had been in goal this year to do so.... "Wonder who has to clean all these." Blake said out loud pointing to what a appeared to be thousands of trophies in the room.
Tom turned around, when he heard another boy speaking. "I was just thinking the same thing, do you think that if you get in trouble they would force you to clean them by hand and without magic." Tom thought that would be one of the worst punishments in the world.
"I'm Tom Simpson, but all my friends call me Tom." He smiled at the other boy, who seemed to be super friendly. "This castle is huge, I'm trying to explore the whole thing and have been for ages." Tom wondered if he would get to see all the rooms in his time at the school.

"Nice to meet you Blake." Tom looked at the boy, then he shook his hand. "So what brings you here today." Tom smiled. "As I say, I've gone on an exploring mission and found this place. Sometimes I wonder if I should bring a snack and a drink with me in case I get lost."

"We took giant flying carriages there thought, that was much cooler than the train." Blake had to admit the carriages were much cooler.

Tom was glad to have met this guy, it was so awesome and he was totally enjoying talking to him. "Awesome, I might have to see if I can get my parents to take me to France one day, it's one place I've always wanted to go too." Tom really wanted to go there one day.
Oh right, yes he hadn't said what house he was in. "I'm in Gryffindor!" He decided to show off the colour of his robes. "What about you?" He tried to see what colour robes the other student had on.
Tom was glad to have met this guy, it was so awesome and he was totally enjoying talking to him. "Awesome, I might have to see if I can get my parents to take me to France one day, it's one place I've always wanted to go too." Tom really wanted to go there one day.
Oh right, yes he hadn't said what house he was in. "I'm in Gryffindor!" He decided to show off the colour of his robes. "What about you?" He tried to see what colour robes the other student had on.
Tom had said Gryffindor. Blake knew there was a long standing rivalry between their two houses ... seeing as he was a Slytherin and all, but Blake still wasn't convinced the sorting hat had placed him in the right house. He didn't feel he possessed any of the qualities, no cunning'ness in him. Plus Bernadette was a Gryffindor and she was great okay.
"Slytherin." Blake added out loud realizing that he hadn't actually answered the question. "But each house has some pretty cool people in it." There he put a bit in there to make sure Tom knew that he wasn't all that Slytherin like anyway. "Listen I better get to class, but we should hang out at the lake sometime." Blake smiled, and started toward the door. "It was really cooling meeting you up here." He gave a wave.
