Carriages https://s26.postimg.cc/inwycr1jt/carriages-banner.jpg No matter how quickly you move to the black carriages, getting wet is inevitable. After stepping off the platform, the rain seems to pick up a bit and causes the mud puddles that had formed on the rough track to grow larger. Mud being splashed around, however, doesn't stop you from noticing the long line of black carriages that appear to have nothing pulling them -- unless you can see thestrals. The hoods placed on the carriage seem like a waste at this point as you climb inside one of them while water drips down your face and robes, but at least it'll prevent you from being soaked further. |
Being one of the first to arrive to the carriages, Skyler was nervous for her next year at Hogwarts, very nervous. With what happened last year at the beginning of term, she doesn't trust any of the professors. How could they just stick around, knowing that the students were being tortured and "punished" like that. She sighed and carefully sat in the first empty carriage and waited. |
After the Head Boy's instructions that Natalie had definitely had a difficult time paying attention to, the Slytherin Prefect had left the student leader compartment and had gone to find her brother and Cam. The compartment had gotten stuffy fast and... she wasn't feeling well. She couldn't tell if it was nerves or things relating to Derf Once the trains arrived at the Hogsmeade station, Natalie headed out as quick as she could to get to the front of the carriages like Derf had instructed. He had paired her with Abraham, which she thought a bit odd, but then had decided that it wasn't worth fretting over. She also didn't make an attempt to find him... She assumed he knew what to do. Although she didn't really know what to do. What had he said? Approaching the first carriage, she saw Skyler, a younger Snake she knew from the common room, and climbed up to sit across from her. "Mind if I join you?" |
Skyler looked up at the voice, (hopefully the fear wasn't too evident on her face. "Yeah, I don't mind," she said quietly. |
