| | Back Cars If you want to be the last to leave or want to hang with the more rowdy crowd, then the back passenger cars of the train are for you. Just like the other cars, a long corridor provides access to the many compartments, each labelled with a letter, available for you and your friends to hunker down in until the train has come to a complete stop. Cushioned seats and large windows, allowing perfect views of the British scenery on your journey, await.
Well, what are you waiting for? Slide open a compartment door and make yourself at home. Place any of your belongings not in the luggage car on the racks above you. Chat with your friends about what your summer plans, enjoy munching on the snacks you bought from the trolley lady, get ahead of the game by exchanging addresses, or take a long nap as the train travels over numerous hills and mountainsides. Whatever you do, exhibit your best behaviour -- the prefects will be regularly patrolling the corridors and poking their heads inside your compartment to make sure you are doing so.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Addison Ayers First Year | Ju/Anna! What a twist! It's like the whole year was going to be erased... but if only that were so. At least for now though, he could feel a heavy weight had been lifted and he was EXCITED to return in autumn. He wouldn't have to turn in his badge or anything... Not that he wanted to to begin with, but with how the year had gone. But now... Headmaster Hawthorne was back. did that mean they were getting their other regular professors back??
He sat in the compartment, hoping Anna would find him easily.

Skyler was glad to finally be heading home. Between everything that's been going on, she wasn't exaxtly trusting anything yet, not until she got home back to her brother and mom. Right now, she was looking for a compartment with nobody therem.

He sat in the compartment, hoping Anna would find him easily. Anna was still half-confused, half-not-surprised-at-all at the happenings from last evening. The Great Hall didn't explode in the end, but she had a FEELING something mad was going to happen and voila. She was not wrong.
Not forgetting about the message she sent to the male Ravenclaw prefect - because she would never CHOOSE to meet up with the weirdo female Ravenclaw prefect, that was for sure -, the Gryffindor made her way to the back of the carriages pretty much as soon as she was aboard of the Hogwarts Express. She wasn't a prefect, so she didn't have to do patrols or even to check if people were misbehaving. Thank Merlin!
When she reached the back cars, she started looking in all of the compartments until she spotted the person she was looking for. "Hey!" She greeted him with a grin as she entered and let the door shut behind her. Taking a seat across from him near the window, she looked out and stretched a little. "We're finally going home!" She exclaimed, turning her stretching into celebratory raised fists. "No more madness and crazy professors... for now." Anna scoffed while looking out the window, then she turned to smile at Jackson again. "Congrats on the House Cup! That must be a great feeling." Eeehhhh. If only Gryffindor had won anything.

Taking a seat in one of the carriages at the back of the train, Ewan sat next to the window, his eyes on the ever changing scenery, and a somewhat glazed expression across his face. He really wasn’t sure if he was happy or sad to be leaving Hogwarts. All he knew was, his life was about to become a whole lot harder. He’d gotten a little soft at Hogwarts. All of the regular meals and the comfort of the castle had made him soft. It had made him weak. Weakness wasn’t an option. Not right now anyway.

Jackson probably looked like he was watching a tennis match with how much he shifted his focus from the window facing the station and the corridor where he could get his friend's attention. Luckily for him, she found him while he was looking out the other window. Recognizing the voice, Jackson turned toward the source. "Well hey!" he smiled at her. "I know right? I feel like... if this year kept going like it had been, there would have ended up being another battle at Hogwarts..." Grim thought really, but it didn't feel far off with how much everyone changed this year. But having the Headmistress enter and change it all... Man it was such a good feeling! He imagined the future First Years who would never quite understand, and he couldn't wait to see what freedoms came back to them! "Psh... After this year, I feel like we could take on any wacko professors the Ministry has to throw at us... LUCKILY, Hawthorne has better standards." Then, she praised Ravenclaw and Jackson couldn't help but beam. HOUSE PRIDE!! "Ahh shucks thank you... We're gonna have to do something about that Gryffindor team though huh?" He raised an eyebrow at her (hoping she knew when he was teasing). |

He raised an eyebrow at her (hoping she knew when he was teasing). Anna couldn't help but chuckle at his remark about the battle of Hogwarts. "I mean, I wouldn't exactly say Scrimgeour and the others were that bad, but I know what you mean." She said, still not entirely sure she believed Dark Magic was used. She still had no reliable sources, so she wouldn't believe it until she heard it form someone she trusted. ANYWAY. "Can you imagine that, though? Teachers versus students. Sounds pretty wild." Anna thought for a few seconds, considering whether they could win. She reckoned they did have a chance, maybe. Especially as some teachers seemed to have never left their side, like professor Marchand. "I think we would've been fine. That was a much easier way to end it, though." She added, laughing.
The girl cracked up at his next comment about wacko professors and whatnot. "I think it'd do everyone a load of good if we continued with SOREs. Just sayin'." She said, giving him a cheeky look as she watched his reaction to that.
Jackson's beaming was a cute sight to see so Anna chuckled and smiled brighter. As soon as he mentioned her team, though, she covered her eyes with one hand for a second before dropping it back down and hanging her head back, letting out another loud laugh. "Merlin, tell me about it. Apparently I can't just hold tryouts, I need to try and find out who hates me and who doesn't before I make my final decision next year." She shook her head and rolled her eyes, but kept her amused smile on. She was, though, super glad she had finally reached the point she could laugh about it all instead of wanting to whack her teammates' head with a beater's bat. "Maybe having players that don't fight each other will help Gryffindor." She scoffed, turning to look out the window. Mer. Lin.
