*Nadia enters, sits, open book and have a quick read of chapter 7. Must be advance Transfiguration, she thinks...*

In animagi you transform yourself into an animal and in metamorphmagi you just change your appearance

however your still changing something about yourself

Animagi change there whole self as an animal and must act as a animal but still can think straight well meta. change only a part of themselves!

To become an animagus you have to study, whilst Metamorphmagi are born with the skill.

Metamorphmagus is one who posses the natural magical ability to change into the physical form of another substantial being at will, and as it is, could change in both animals (as the Animagus do, though only to a certain degree) and persons (as when using the Polijuice Potion) in a blink of an eye and without problems, as well as changing particular sections of their physiology. Different from the Animagi which is one who only can change into animals, and common ones at that, the Methamorphmagus has a wide variety to choose from and doesn’t need to learn but to control their abilities; the power and capacities are innate in them. However both are studied in the arts of Transfiguration working the changing of the own psychical appearance; the general concept which enclose both Metamorphmagi and Animagi the same.

(Wonders why anyone would want to risk going to the Hospital Wing just to change their appearence as he pulls out his wand.)

Now then our fist spell will be Ristaris. This spell can alter the color (only the color) of your hair or eyes. We'll start with changing our hair.

Watch closely now class.

Taps wand once on her head, concentrates very hard and thinks of the color she wants it to be

Ristaris!

Raven colored hair, starting where her wand touchs the top of her head slowly changes to a bright reddish-orange.

Now you try class.

* Taps the top of her head with her wand and concentrates on turning her hair blue while saying Ristaris but instead it turns pink.*
