Professor Rae unlocks the door to her classroom and slips quietly inside. She admires the straight lines of the desks, the clean blackboard, and the general orderliness of the classroom, knowing that it will soon be filled with curious, fidgety students. Both ways are pleasent enough.

You Probaly want to teach us about to Dementoers to tell us about pros and cons. I mean. There are good things about dementors and what they are good for. but to tell us the negative effect of what they can have on people and other objects

"Well, among some people, the knowledge that Dementors are guarding our prisoners, rather than other humans, gives them peace of mind. The fact that the dementors have more power over the prisoners than a normal human would, coupled with the fact that they don't have any qualms using said powers. However for some of us, the anser is exactly the oposite." | |

They can dictate whether somone should live, or die and have their soul extracted. Since this is DADA, I think you want to give us some backround knowledge and protection from dementors, and how to recognize their effects, who could take over at any point. "

The Ministy is not always right. (no offense to parents of ya'll) but they never know what is good for us. I mean dementors are for safety. But the effect of them what they put people is harsh. How they attracted to human is so weird and we call them good. There is alot of Postive and negative about them

The dementors, when ordered, get rid of those who have harmed innocent people. They perform the Dementors' Kiss on those kind of people. | |

"I dont think dementors have souls themselves, therefore nor do they have feelings....so the ministry probablly employs them because dementors wouldnt discriminate or show pity in any way toward the prisoners."

Dementors are not always doing right. They do just attack people to feed. Defintely when they are said to eb moved in an area where there are innocent people like at our school. They feed usually off of the people at the jail yet in when they are placed somewhere else near a human common place. They feed off of us. That is not good

"Yes, the dementors are in charge of guarding prisoners at Azkaban, as well as administering the Kiss if so ordered by the Ministry. Why do you think they are so 'effective' at this job? Why would the Ministry employ them?"
"I'm hearing from you all that you have mixed feelings on the dementors, which is understandable. They provide a service, yet we feel that the way they go about carrying out that service is inhumance or evil. Do the ends justify the means? That's what the Ministry has to grapple with. Now... can anyone answer my question?"

"They're so effective though, because that's what they are intended for. A Dementor was not meant to be a fluffy little bunny. HE is a dark Creature, meant to cause pain and misery on the people around him, feeding off their happiness." | |
