If you know the password, or where the entrance is from the Secret Passage you can make your way through a portal in the stone wall of the dungeon and walk into the Slytherin common room also known as the Snake Pit.
The Slytherin common room is a long, low underground room with rough stone walls and ceiling, from which round, greenish lamps are hanging on chains. A fire is crackling under an elaborately carved mantelpiece ahead of you. The Slytherin emblem is everywhere you turn, as having a house pride is one of our strong qualities. Portraits of the infamous Salazar Slytherin, Professor Horace Slughorn, Professor Snape, Headmistress Umbridge and previous Head of Houses including the recently retired Mr Justin McLeod are aligned. It reminds students of what being a Slytherin means and allows them to share those feelings with others.
This is where Slytherin students are allowed to unwind and chat with one another, play games, paint on canvanses, or put on a song on the muggle karaokee machine. To the left, a corridor leads to the boys dormitories, and to the right leads to the girls dormitories. Beside each corridor is self inking quill and parchment with the words Attendo Thea Vipera on it.This is where you can leave a little information about yourself so your housemates can get to know you better. Next to the biography parchment hangs a newly fixed poster called Serpentum Nutinum, snake newspaper for announcements and open classes listed, quidditch tryots news and other noteworthy stuff. Placed around the room there are four different Wizard Chess game boards. If you feel like playing, better find a partner and see who can keep their pieces from getting smashed by the opposing team. The windows showcase the underwater where you can occasionally see the Giant Squid and other water creatures swim on by and study or do some homework in relative peace. Near the underwater windows a glass cage has come up that holds Slytherin house's own House Pet, a female gopher snake that loves playing and interaction and doesn't mind an occassional cuddle or pat on the head.
A podium stands to the side with a copy of Hogwarts a History, which is where you will learn that even though the whole dungeon had once been flooded, nothing was waterlogged or permanently damaged.
After excusing herself from the staff table with a promise to Kaysha about breakfast the following morning Professor Vance hurried down the stairs to the dungeons to beat the kids there. Slightly out of breath she entered the snake common room, in her white and blue flowery dress, her white heels clicking in the silence as she surveyed the look of the large room. The house elves had come through as always Laurel noted with relief as she layed her eyes on the ginormous basket full of all bertie bott beans and cans and glasses for lemonade and juice on the center table. Going over to stand by the fireplace Laurel glanced down at her at watch wondering how long it'd take for Vivian, Flynn and Skylar to escort the new and old snakes down to the Common Room from the feast.
Beth had tried to stay toward the front of the pack when the feast ended…really, she’d considered leaving earlier but the conversation with the Baron had been interesting to say the least. Still, the Prefects had been nice…sure, sure maybe nice was pushing it with some of them but that was what she had excepted. Hell, she’d known that’d be the case the moment she had met the fellow and found out he was a Prefect.
She could still remember it, clear as a bell…the moment her mum had dropped that plate she had been drying. The glass splintering everywhere as it shattered on the floor only for her to stutter out a ”wha-what did you say? I hope…that’s a good thing” but her voice, that tone had made her chuckle.
Her own mother was shocked that he had been chosen as a Prefect. Still, Beth rather liked him in the he wasn’t absolutely dreadful sort of way. Once she was INSIDE the common room she couldn’t help but grin. Everything she had been told was true – the window into the lake…oooooh maybe they could learn Mermish this way? She wasn’t about to practice it now that would be dreadful.
BEAMING she practically bounded her way over toward Laurel. ”hi…um, I mean hello Professor Vance, it’s a pleasure.” polite, be polite that was the rule here polite and something about bees and honey. ”mum sends her regards,” she smiled as she reached into her bag and practically dropped a tin onto the table. It was tea of course, no one came to a party unprepared. ”I…um, its tea…mum helped me pick it” that was the truth, well sort of. Her mother had bought it and likely would know where it had ended up when she checked the tea stores in the kitchen…still, Laurel needed tea.

After eating her fill at the Feast, because duh, Kye made her way to the Common Room. She had done a pretty good job of timing it so that she got back well before the firsties got there, so she had time to go to her dorm without the crowd. How they managed such a traffic jam was still a mystery, since it was only one flight of stairs, but it happened like clockwork.
After grabbing a particular bag, she returned from her dorm. She looked over and stopped by the House snake, who she always called Sally even if it was never OFFICIALLY approved, and smiled. "Hey Sal!" she said with a mix of enthusiasm and softness. How big was the snake now, Kye wondered! As she walked over to claim her favorite armchair by the window, she noticed the presence of her favorite Divination professor.
"Good evening Professor Vance! How was your summer??"
She reached in her bag and pulled out a handful. "Can I interest you in a chocolate frog, Whizbee, orrr a jelly slug maybe?" Kye was confident she had everything under the sun packed in her sweets bag, but that was what had made it into her handful. Was that a firstie? "Hey! I'm Kye. Hungry?" she offered. She took a dark chocolate truffle for herself, and got comfortable in her chair. She thought about the 4th year transfer she had met on the train, and remembered seeing him get sorted into Hufflepuff. She made a mental note to save him some candy. For now, SHE WAS READY TO PARTY!

Patrick followed his fellow snakes down the corridor. It was getting easier and easier to navigate the hallways, dungeons, and other secret places at school. He was happy it wasn’t as intimidating as it was two years ago. He was so excited for the term, but he always looked forward to the common room party.
Stepping into the common room he noticed Professor Vance getting the food all ready, some new person he hadn’t met, and Kye. He was so ready to eat some sweets and head back to his dorm room. Hopefully this year nothing will get trashed. “hello Professor, hey all y’all.” Patrick blushed, being back in the states brought his southern accent back stronger than at the end of the year. Looking around he tried to wait for sweets a bit.
Feeling very full and very happy, Lydia followed the throng of Slytherins heading to the dungeons. That was the only thing she was apprehensive about, having to live in the dungeons. Surely that couldn't be sanitary...or safe? But as Lydia reached the common room and stepped inside, she was pleasantly surprised. It was actually cozy! And look at that window...Did it actually look out into the great lake outside? Amazing!
Lydia hesitated near the doorway, taking everything in. There was a pet snake in a cage. Ironically, Lydia had never had much experience with snakes, although she wasn't afraid of them like most people. This one looked very friendly though. Near the fireplace she noticed what had to be their Head of House. Lydia made a mental note to get on her good side as soon as possible. Professor Vance, that was her name.
Feeling shyer than usual, Lydia stepped forward. "Hello," she said. "I'm Lydia Beckett. Pleased to meet you, Professor Vance."
Lydia noticed Beth had gotten to the common room already. "Hello again, Beth," she said cheerfully. She remembered how the fellow first-year had promised to hex anyone who called her 'Lyddy' and smiled; she liked Beth.
Lydia noticed two others in the common room as well, an older girl with a bag full of sweets and a somewhat younger boy, although he was definitely still older than her. When he introduced himself to the professor, Lydia caught the twang of a Southern U.S. accent. Here at Hogwarts? she thought bemusedly. Lydia smiled at the boy as he blushed, obviously a bit embarrassed at showing off his accent, but Lydia thought it was brilliant!
"Hello," she said to the boy. "I'm Lydia. Nice to meet you! You're from America?"

It felt only like she'd just left the creatures in her dorm; how was the feast over already? Well that was what happened one when decided to make a detour and slink off at the initial start of the feast. But it was an emergency because she couldn't bring the carriers into the Great Hall and she wasn't about to leave them with her trunk, so alas, she had little choice... She only hoped she had remembered to make sure their carriers were locked closed after ensuring they had some fresh water and food.
Time to mingle and recruit some new snakes for quidditch though .... and it seemed a couple ickles were already present, as was Kye and Patrick and Professor Vance. So exciting!!! And hopefully Kye wouldn't mind the new addition, that she hadn't exactly gotten permission for, but hey, what was seventh year without living a little on the edge, right? And it wasn't like she was irresponsible, for Merlin's sake, no. Just as long as she was careful ... she didn't foresee any problems. "Hey Kye! Patrick! You two ready for tryouts?" Because she was most definitely counting on them trying out again; Kye basically killed it last year as chaser with Zarina and Junia.
And a look to the two new first years that she hadn't a chance to meet yet (Beth and Lydia), "HEYYYYY, welcome to the best house! I'm Skylar Diggory and I'm the Slytherin Quidditch Captain, so you both should come tryout. We're recruiting for the best, obviously, cause we'd like to keep the cups again." Oops, was that too much rambling? Ah well, best break them in early - as in, on the first night, yea?
Also, what was that noise? Blink, Blink. Suddenly, the seventh year found her gaze averting towards her dorm. Uh oh, hopefully Vance didn't hear that?

Max had never been a huge fan of these Common Room get-togethers. After a long day travelling on the train followed by loads of waiting around at the start-of-term feast the last thing he wanted to do was mingle. He was still a Carden though, and Carden's did not turn down free snacks.
Also, Professor Vance was here so...
The newly turned fifth year helped himself to a can of lemonade and quickly made a beeline for a quiet corner where hopefully noone would disturb him.

The dungeons were definitely as dull and dank as Annaliese was expecting, but the Slytherin Common Room... was not. Upon entering, the eleven year old was surprised to see a living area that wasn’t incredibly below her standards. Obviously, it wasn’t as nice as her family’s mansion, but she could settle for this. Maybe.
Ravenclaw was probably still prettier, though. And snake-free.
Were people introducing themselves? “I’m Annaliese.” Aaaand not interested in learning anyone else’s names. But they could learn HERS.
She immediately zoned out once some girl started discussing Quidditch (ew), eyes averting towards the dorms she planned to reach before anyone else.
First choice of beds was CLEARLY going to Leecey.

oh…jelly slugs no Beth made a slight face at first before covering up that slight grimace with a poised smile. The girl seemed nice and like she really had a thing for sweets. Maybe, maybe it was time to pester her cousin for candy so she could start a little operation in the dorms? Candy for money or candy for secrets.
Secrets could help her establish a means of…working the system she’d know which buttons to press with the right kind of secrets. Turning her head she gave Kye a kind smile ”mmm, yeah a bit? I didn’t eat much at the feast – I’m Beth by the way” she introduced herself with a small smile. Oooooooooooooooh this boy had an accent – Beth loved accents.
Looking over at Patrick she just smiled ”Hey! Hi…I’m Beth” she wasn’t trying to be anything but friendly. Friendly, for her seemed to always come like a double edged sword….oooh LYDIA WAS HERE - yeah. Sure she was excited to see her again the girl seemed nice and could probably pull off that edgy-cool look Beth always longed for. ”Hey again Lydia” Beth’s coy smile was already in place. ”don’t worry I won’t call you that nickname…its awful” Beth said finishing her conversation from the kitchens – ”I was thinking more Dia or Lyd,” she smiled over to her kindly. Heck, she could even call her Beckett, nicknames didn’t have to be shorter after all.
Beth almost moved closer to her when the tall almost intimidated (so far) Quidditch Captain started talking to her. ”—are you guys really that good? Could you keep it…I mean if you got the best recruits out there of course?” she asked only truly somewhat interested in the sport. She was more interested in why the Captain had looked toward the dorms? What was going on there?
Taking a moment she glanced around and spotted the girl that talked to Flynn at the feast and debated heading over to talk to her. She’d likely be her dormmate after all, she’d seen her getting sorted. Considering it for a moment Beth stepped closer to the girl, her cool kind smile still in its place. ”Hey…so” she paused for a moment ”nice name do you have any nicknames?” cause pfft, those were imperative here.

After the feast she heard there was a party in the snakes common room. I mean this slytherin was always up for a party. As she made her way tugging on her robes, she wasn't used to them yet. This slytherin was used to the summer attire of tank tops and shorts. She found the robes kind of heavy and itchy but hey what can you do.
As Zae finally got to the common room she saw that is was semi filled with students. She looked over the common room and nodded towards her fellow snakes. She wasn't in a talkative mood. She saw a first year and was smirking to herself as her first year memories came flooding in. She plopped herself into a comfy sofa and began to take in the view.

Vivian had stayed back in the line just to make sure no ridiculous first year decided to creep out of the way to go on some sort of adventure. Though, if she were to be honest, it did cross her once first year mind to wander around after the feast. And thankfully, it didn't push through. Could someone so clueless avoid getting lost in this castle at the middle of the night? She'll eventually find them anyway, given they still needed to do curfew patrol.
Tiring stuff, really.
Once she arrived inside her hooooome aka the common room, she smiled a tiny bit and sighed in relief. One more term here, huh? She would miss this place. "Good evening, Professor Vance," the Head Girl greeted her Head of House and noted the presence of the beverages and Bertie Bott's. Hmmmm. But important matters first, of course. Vivian made sure the last of the students entered the common room before shutting the entrance and joining Skylar in the entire introduction thing.
"Welcome to the house of champions, everyone," she started off. See? What a lovely way of introducing Slytherin to the newbies. "I'm Vivian Fairfield, your Head Girl. If you need anything or have concerns, feel free to approach me." Mhm, that was about it. She also side-glanced at her little sister, just in case Eloise was already plotting some sort of first day prank to set the common room on fire or whatsoever.
... Wait. "Where is Coleslaw?" They had stuff to do and duty schedules to discuss if he wanted to avoid patrolling rounds with Ronan.

Seeing Sky caused Kye to jump from her spot because she had not been able to even get a second with her so far! She went for a hug before answering the Captain. "Of course I'm trying out, crazy!" she laughed. She hoped the same could be said for Junia, Zarina, and the rest of the team! She finished her truffle and put the bag of candy neatly on the armrest, in case anyone wanted to help themselves. After Vivi and Sky said their piece to the group at large, Kye let out a "Woo!" and some golf claps.

After a slight detour up the floors without finding the woman on his mind, the Bloody Baron floated into the Slytherin Common Room. Floating sideways in a rush he went right through the bertie bott bean basket with open mouth but he sadly smelled nothing as usual. Slightly dejected the silvery and blood stained robed spectre went to hover in a corner to watch the students and sulk.

Junia stayed close to Felicity on the way out of the great hall, arm hooked through hers as the Slytherins were paraded right back to their common room for the party. She wasn't feeling very festive, truth be told, but this was going to be their last one. "What do you say, stay for a bit and then go up and share some of the sweets I got on the train? My little brother went a bit overboard. I think he was afraid I might starve on the journey or something." He was the sweetest little thing that way and the brunette was proud of the way he was turning out.
Glancing around, she spotted Vivian and Sky and gave them a wave. They could have some sweets too, if they wanted. It was the last time she'd be indulging before quidditch season, so she was going to make the most of it.

"He's absolutely adorable," Felicity giggled a little as Junia spoke, glancing around the Common Room at the festivities she'd be enjoying for the last time. Maybe enjoying was a stretch, but it would be the last first night back they'd ever have, and she was determined to make the most of it, even if the get togethers weren't her favourite thing. "That sounds like an excellent idea." She squeezed Junia's arm affectionately.
The other seventh year girls got a small smile, and Felicity prayed it wasn't obvious that her eyes were casting around for the male prefect. Indulging in sweets definitely did seem like the perfect way to cure the sadness seeing him had brought about, especially since in the immediate aftermath she'd lost her appetite and hadn't been able to enjoy the feast.

Lydia noticed the arrival of a cheerful 7th year girl. After she greeted Professor Vance and some of the other older students, she turned to Lydia and Beth and started talking about Quidditch. Lydia wasn't particularly sure yet if she was interested in that or not. She had only a very vague idea of what was involved, but she knew it involved flying, and she'd had absolutely no practice at that yet!
"Nice to meet you, Skylar," said Lydia. "I'll definitely think about trying out. Is it true that Slytherin won both the House and Quidditch cups last year?"

Intrigued despite herself, Lydia considered heading to the girl's dormitory to see what, if anything was happening. And it wouldn't be as if she was being nosy or anything. After all she did need to start unpacking her trunk that had been brought down here earlier by the house elves.

In truth, Junia was looking around for him, too. If she needed to create a diversion or be a distraction or a buffer, she was going to be prepared for it first. No sign of Flynn yet, though. "Come on, let's get some lemonade. It looks good." Actually, it just looked yellow, but it made her think of summer and all things considered, it had been an okay one. She lead them over to the table where refreshments were situated and busied herself with getting them both a glass.
"I was thinking we should make a list of things we need to do before we graduate. Things we can only do here. You up for that?" Junia offered Felicity a glass and raised hers, gaze questioning.

"Okay," Felicity agreed absentmindedly, dragging her attention back to Junia as she was led over to the table. The lemonade did look good, she had to admit as she took the glass from her friend. It tasted good, too, but it made her nostalgic for the end of summer she'd spend with the Botros family, which had definitely turned an awful break into a pretty great one. She even had the earrings she bought in, just to make her feel like it wasn't completely over, yet.
"Like a Hogwarts Bucket List?" she mused, taking a sip of the cold drink. "I like that idea."

Yay, Hamlet! • Cathopper • Disney Fanatic • I was normal once...
Flynn had mastered his great disappearing trick on the way back to the common room after the feast. He had originally been following Vivian, but as soon as the reached the lower levels of the castle, he had branched off and redirected himself towards the kitchen. He had spent a good amount of time in the kitchen making himself a nice cup of sleepy time tea because what better way to end the evening? The tea was poured into his own personal teacup that he had stashed away in one of the pockets of his robe, and once he was satisfied and ready to deal with all the annoying, smelly first years, he began his journey to the common room.
He muttered the password and pushed open the door to be greeted by so many people. Why did it seem like there were more first years than last year? He made a face but quickly covered it with his cup of tea. Mmmm, he sipped that tea as he made his way over to where his co-Prefect and Captain were standing, giving Professor Vance an acknowledgment nod as he passed by her.
He sipped his tea as he glanced around the common room; his eyes briefly landing on Felicity but just as quick as he looked at her, he looked away just as quickly.
"Sup, larvae?" He spoke as soon as the teacup was lowered from his lips. He was suppose to do introductions, yeah? "Flynn." He pointed to himself with his free hand then added, "Prefect Kowalski to you." He pointed to the group in the common room. "If you have any questions.... issues.... concerns..... anything at all, feel free to find Prefect Mayfield. She's more likely to not bite you. Now, if you must find me, I accept offerings in return for an answer to one question." If they had to ask him more than one question - well, that sucked for them. "What do I accept as an offering? I guess that's something you should find out if you need me." He paused once more and looked around. "Try not to get killed this year, larvae."
He moved from the front of the common room and headed for his dorm.
GoodNIGHT.

Beth grinned her signature smirky grin over to Lydia as she liked the nickname she had offered her. Good, then Lyd it would be…after all Lydly was a horrid nickname that she’d never use. ”good, glad it works” was all she said before her eyes scanned over to the taller and older girl…huh, that brunette was pretty maybe she had good makeup ideas that Beth could borrow in the future? She’d have to get to know her.
For her own good, y’know.
Oh…Headgirl was talking – so that’s what her title was. Beth gave the elder girl a smile and glanced over to the floating dejected ghost…tried to eat candy? Huh, neat – maybe she could get to his good side by making him some mold food?...like the smelliest thing she could find that wouldn’t make her gag and die at the sight.
Her eyes then landed on the next badged person to speak…okay Mr-Grumpzilla don’t need to go all military bootcamp on us she thought with a huff as she even dramatically rolled her eyes. Sure, she liked him for the most part…she even figured HE didn’t quite have an issue with her but she wasn’t going to test him today – maybe tomorrow after she’d gotten some sleep…and clearly he needed a little nap.

Beaming broadly she said refraining from giving Beth a hug. "Hi Anabeth! It's a pleasure to meet you too. Send back my regards to your mother when you owl her next."
When a tin dropped onto the table Laurel blinked first confused but then she saw what it was a smiled at Beth appreciatively. "Aw for me, thank you dear. I love all sorts of tea, but green tea is a favourite just like your mother knows." It was healthy too.

She reached in her bag and pulled out a handful. "Can I interest you in a chocolate frog, Whizbee, orrr a jelly slug maybe?" Kye was confident she had everything under the sun packed in her sweets bag, but that was what had made it into her handful.
Valkyrie 'Kye' was the next snake student to arrive down from the feast and dorm. As she came over Professor Vance greeted her with a smile. "Hello Kye! My summer was lovely. I got plenty of sun and had time to meet with family and friends. How was your summer Kye?"
As the Kye presented her with chocolate frogs Laurel hesitated at first but then thought, why not? And asked "Can i try a jelly slug please?" She hadn't eaten those in years.

Looking around he tried to wait for sweets a bit.
Seeing Patrick, wow he really had grown over the summer Laurel noted with surprise. Must have been at least a few inches. "Hi Patrick! Did you have a good summer?" she called over, flashing him a smile. She also noted in the corner of her eye and heard how Skylar came in and adverted for the quidditch team.

Feeling shyer than usual, Lydia stepped forward. "Hello," she said. "I'm Lydia Beckett. Pleased to meet you, Professor Vance."
First years were Laurel had found always easy to pin point because they tended to hover near the doorways to take everything and everyone in. It was good that they did. Showed that they had some sense. As the girl got up the courage to approach her Laurel was ready with a welcoming smile. "Hi Lydia, I'm pleased to meet you too! Welcome to Slytherin! I’m Professor Laurel Vance and I teach Divination as well as being the snakes Head of House."

Vivian made sure the last of the students entered the common room before shutting the entrance and joining Skylar in the entire introduction thing.
Flynn’s entrance and intro post had not gone unnoticed. He always had to make some kind of impression. But directing them to Vivian and expecting payment for answering younger students questions now that was something that Laurel would have words with him about later.
Turning her gaze to Vivian that had shut the entrance after the last snake Laurel beamed "Good evening Vivian! Did you have any problems on the way down from the feast i hope?"

She looked around with a warm smile, hoping to help in anyway she could!
A loud POP was heard and next minute an elf appeared in the common room offering assistance. Waving Nimma over Laurel asked "Good evening Nimma! Can you assist me with the refreshments and handing out of bertie bott beans?"
Letting her blue eyes scan over the gathering snake students Laurel deemed that it was high time to start because the night wasn’t getting younger. Clapping her hands to get attention and motioning for the students to come closer she beamed broadly at all of them. "Welcome all new and old Slytherin students to a new exciting year of learning hear at Hogwarts! I’m Professor Laurel Vance and I’m your Head of House and I also teach Divination. Your house leaders Vivian, Flynn and Skylar have already presented themselves to you but if you have questions, concerns, worries or anything you are all always welcome to come visit me in my office. And the grumpy spectre over there in the corner is the Bloody Baron our Slytherins house ghost."
Taking out her wand Laurel flicked it a few times to make a big spinning wheel with Bertie Bott Beans Flavours listed around the circle beside her. Excitedly she pointed to it as she explained "Your student leaders and I thought it’d be fun to have Bertie Bott tasting tonight with an extra spin. Everyone has to come up at least once and give the wheel a spin and then eat the bean flavour that the wheel stops on. You can be lucky or unlucky! It’s up to chance! It's fun, I’ll show you!" And just like that Laurel turned to wheel and gave it spin. When it stopped, landing on Sugared Violet she thought she had heared an odd noise but since nobody else seemed to hear it she shrugged and went over to the bean basket and picked out the right bean. Plucking the violet into her mouth she sucked on it and exclaimed ”Ooh that was sugary! Now come on up everyone and try!!!"
OOC: Welcome to this terms start of term party! As Laurel said spin the wheel of bertie bott flavours and then have your student eat the bean and react and let’s just have fun together!
Professor Vance seemed like a cheerful sort. Lydia decided that she liked their Head of House. So there was going to be a game of sorts? Lydia had already tried Bertie Bott's on the train and had a decidedly unpleasant experience with a vomit-flavored one. She wasn't super excited to try another one. But if she was first, she could get it over with faster.
She stepped up to Professor Vance and the wheel. "I'll go first," she announced. She gave the wheel a good, powerful spin. It felt like minutes before it landed on....
SARDINE
Lydia groaned. Why was chance never on her side? Still, she looked down into the basket of beans and selected the right one. Holding her nose she tossed the bean into her mouth and chewed as quickly as she could without being too unladylike. She took a big gulp.
"Yum," she said faintly, heading immediately for the refreshments the house elf Nimma was now passing around.
Why did she have to get fish? She HATED fish. Lydia grabbed a cup of water and drank in down in one big gulp. Much better.

She even had the earrings she bought in, just to make her feel like it wasn't completely over, yet.
"Like a Hogwarts Bucket List?" she mused, taking a sip of the cold drink. "I like that idea."
"Exactly like a Hogwarts bucket list." Junia flashed Felicity a smile and took a sip of her lemonade, blue-green eyes scanning the room. Had Flynn just called the first years larvae? How charming... "We can brainstorm together, come up with things we've always wanted to do. Help each other do them." It could be their reward for studying hard. Merlin knew they'd need it what with all they were facing this term.
The whole Bertie Botts challenge would've been more amusing had Junia been able to sit back and observe the baby snakes do all the testing, but something told her everyone was meant to participate, so she moved forward and took hold of the wheel. "I'll go next."
CINNAMON
Huh. Okay. She could deal with that.
Taking the bean, she popped it in her mouth and moved back to her friend.
