Current IC Month: AugustWelcome to the Hogwarts RPG School Chat! Once again, it is that time of the year when another term passes and a new one begins. Let's wave goodbye to the Term 47 chat thread and say hello to the shiny new chat thread for Term 48. 
It is now time for your eager student to board the train back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, their home away from home for the next nine months. I'm sure everyone is ready to head back to school, even after the strange events that occurred just months ago. Will this term bring something even more stressful than an international magical competition? Will student lives be put at risk once more? Or will there finally be a quiet year at Hogwarts?
This thread is for all participating members of the Hogwarts role-play to chat, speculate, offer their character to play with, and more!

*rolls eyes at him* Lol... except tell Ronan that restricting to such measures is limiting on the characters one can interact with given that there's only so many active members and only one student character allowed per person. Also i think most of the people who play on site AND on twitter, will bring their twitter-only characters out during DA and during special functions during the term when off site characters are allowed.

Except that having everyone dating Twitter-only characters also limits who those who chose not wade into those waters' options as well. *see Ronan, who has, like, one option currently and that's with being bisexual  HE GETS LONELY PEOPLE! Even though most people probably wouldn't expect that of him at all.

does that mean you are opposed to utilizing the KA forum to play with these characters who cannot be played proper IN the school RPG but CAN be played there and elsewhere as previously mentioned? You don't HAVE to move to twitter or google docs or emails off site in order to interact and play with non post bit charries. But if that is not your cup of tea that's fine too. It isn't for everyone.
But it's also not fair to shame others for 'wading into those waters' and it's not fair for those who play elsewhere (whatever their personal reasons are; ease because phone, time constraints, just a general love of rping) to shun or otherwise actively excuse those that stay loyal to site only.
This a game. We all do what we need to to enjoy playing these voices, you know?

also Andrei Romanos (7th year Durmstrang, VULPELARA) will be in the area since his legal guardians are Airey Flamsteed and Medea Romanos *wiggles*
