Current IC Month: AugustWelcome to the Hogwarts RPG School Chat! Once again, it is that time of the year when another term passes and a new one begins. Let's wave goodbye to the Term 47 chat thread and say hello to the shiny new chat thread for Term 48. 
It is now time for your eager student to board the train back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, their home away from home for the next nine months. I'm sure everyone is ready to head back to school, even after the strange events that occurred just months ago. Will this term bring something even more stressful than an international magical competition? Will student lives be put at risk once more? Or will there finally be a quiet year at Hogwarts?
This thread is for all participating members of the Hogwarts role-play to chat, speculate, offer their character to play with, and more!

Sooooo this is kind of related to the school on an indirect level 
BUT, on my CW app on my kindle, this show "Harry Potter: A History of Magic" popped up and it's an hour long ...... and i guess it was done in light of the 20th anniversary of the books ... and it's super interesting to watch. So basically this is me saying, y'all should watch it. I'm only like halfway through cause i had to stop it, but it's got some interesting roots in talking about the history of alchemy and herbology plants and potions .... And yea
ALSO, congrats to all you newly badged people!!! So exciting!!!

I think some may find parts boring if they're not as invested. Although I can't imagine anyone here not enjoying it haha | |
